When I placed a Walmart order on the 12th of this month they held a charge for $477 when the cost of the food was only $415.58. The next day I go at the time I’m supposed to and they charged me the $415.58 but never got the $62 back. Still waiting on day 9 of when I decided to call them and they are telling me that it was reversed when I know it was not

Ordered online paid 103$ for 36 items woke up this morning to half of the groceries not on the list anymore because they “didn’t have it” I’m sorry but I refuse to believe that half of the items I ordered are unavailable and this isn’t the first time this has happened, don’t order from here I’m serious I’m warning you go in person, the workers are to lazy to actually look for the things you want. Going to the store right now to confirm if my items were “not available” or if they were just lazy and wanted to up charge me, for stuff I didn’t want.

Good pricing, clean, good service ,friendly employees. Selections are sometimes limited. And my biggest complaint against Walmart is products cancelled.. I get hooked on certain food products and without fail the products are removed for some reason. I really dislike this about Wal-Mart.

I went to this Walmart location today 4/3. First off it's always an issue with something there. They never have anyone working checkout so you have 15 employees standing there watching you do THEIR JOB. I scanned all my items and then out of no where as I'm finished a young guy came up and stated I didn't pay for a box of takis yes I did but they don't fit in the bad so they go on the bottom of the car apparently unless it's in a bag you didn't pay for it regardless of the size of the item. Then processed to make me pay for it a second time and then had the audacity to try and tell me that I'm not allowed back at either Walmart location. You have no basis for that I payed for all of my items and I'll be back tomorrow not a thing you can do. The last time I was their a couple of weeks ago a woman stood right next to me and watched me but she can't do her job. I will not be back and will take my shopping elsewhere. Their getting ridiculous

This Walmart was nice. I didn't stay long. I ran in for a couple items to do some patchwork on a wall. The staff was available and friendly. As usual self check-out makes it quick & simple! I did notice that this Walmart had "many" items on sale in the aisles and on the floor. The store was clean and to my surprise not very busy. I was back in this Walmart again and it still earns a 5⭐review! This store is so clean and well managed. I wish all Walmarts looked this good!I added some neat photos that I took of the flowers that were on sale. 😊

First off I don't appreciate self check out. With that being said I was trying to check out through self checkout because of the very limited number of cashiers. I scanned an item that was marked $12.54 in sporting goods and it ended up scanning @ $54.00. So naturally I didn't want the item. I was waiting for an associate to come clear it for me when an apparent want to be prison guard walked by and barked that she had cleared the item, that I was still sitting the holding. I had to ask her what to do with it and she perked it out of my hand. I also proceeded to tell her that sporting goods needs to be a little more careful when pricing items. At that point she rolled her eyes and ignored me. Along with another worker with her. They acted like I didn't exist. The want to be prison guard was working at the home end. Of the store on Dec 27 2023 @ about 1030AM. She had a number of pins on her vest and her hair was a purplish pink color she also wore eye glasses

There were lots of empty shelves. It was our first time in this store, and the layout is different from our home store, not that we frequently shop there, but we spent way too long looking for stuff.The check out clerk was outstanding, so we had a less than ideal time shopping, but she raised the grade by two stars.

every single time i buy PACKS AND PACKS of perdue or even the other brands like walmarts, for chicken, the chicken is falling apart and rotted when i get it, it’s discolored all to hell and i have been trying to convince myself for months that it’s okay and to try it anyway everytime because i keep being gaslit and it has made me so sick and my family has wasted HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS of dollars at ALL of the walmarts looking for chicken that wont do that yet it all does. do NOT buy chicken from any of the walmarts.

Its always fun shopping at different Walmart locations. This ones hoppin with people all day and into the evening/nite hours. Full buggies are abundant and the registers are ringing. Win/win!

Visiting from out of town.What a great experience!I've been in all areas of customer service, public relations, marketing, merchandising. With that said, I have to give the store manager, merchandising team, and the staff, the highest praise on being the nicest, and most perfectly merchandised store that I have ever been in.... And, it's two weeks til Christmas.I could not believe my eyes!The whole store was impeccable, from food, to clothes, to home goods, Seasonal Christmas (which was brilliantly done) and even the perfectly straighted toy department!Yes, I took a picture of your Oreos and sent it home to my daughter.Well done Cookville. 👏

Almost all wal.art supercentets are excellent places. Almost everythong ypu could possibly need under one roof. But this one has a staff that gives the extra. If you just look like you are having trouble finding something it doesnt tale long before someone will ask if you need help finding something. The staff is very friendly and always smiling at you. It has 2 roadway entrances and exits, which creates an easy traffic flow.The first can be reached by turning between the Mcdonalds and the convenient store. TZhe second can be reached by turning at the red light. The Walmart is conveniently located beside highway 111 and can be seen from the highway. It can be reached by taking the Algood exit off 111 anf heading East toward Algood.

I'm a 67 yr old woman and today Oct 10, 2023 I went in Amy's checkout lane, she immediately came around to my basket and started scanning my water and cokes, I usually have to ask the cashier to do that. She was so nice and accommodating and I appreciate her so much! Y'all have a wonderful employee in her! Thank you so much Amy

A good location for this Walmart store. This place has a decent tire center that we have used for years (would rate that as 5 stars). Overall store having an Ok selection of products, but is not stocked up compared to other places.The parking lot can be dangerous at times (with how the entrance and online pickup is laid out for this location). Just be cautious.

Walmat has always been known for cheap. But it would be nice to see a better quality of merchandise in there too. Overwhelming the size of the store. Also do not like that they have 2 or 3 people to tell you when self check out is open, but when there are long lines at cashier, one or more of the people telling you which self checkout is open, can't open a register and help the lines move faster. Also it would be nice to have a rewards card for people who shop there often, and not have to pay extra for a rewards card.

I want to personally thank the gentleman at Algood Walmart for doing such an amazing job on my oil change! I highly recommend them not only for the price but also for being so thorough. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and am highly satisfied with the customer service I received as well!
