This was first time here and I was completely amazed and how great the food was, friendliness of staff, and the fast time we got our food. As you can see I cleaned my basket which is saying something for me. Highly recommend and I will definitely go back!

Canes is normal a great plane to get a late snack… well tonight my husband and I went through the drive through and order a 3 finger snack (extra crispy) and a chicken sandwich. Sadly when we got it the fries were old and we had very few . I’m not sure if they were in between making some but I wish they would have waited. Hopefully next time will be better !

Pretty good Canes location, I may be a little biased with being raised on canes but they are new and haven't quite perfected their batter yet. But still delicious!

One of the best fast food restaurants I've ever been to. Very clean, love the employees they are so nice, and the food is always amazing! Thank you guys! 5 stars!! 🙌😁🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Parking: They have plenty of parking spots and disability spots as well. Also spots specifically only for order take out which is nice. They also have a two lane drive thru for when they get busy which is really convenient! ✨Kid-friendliness: They have great kids toys with the meals and my kids love it and the food so much! The highchairs for my little one are clean and great as well.

Driving through Cookeville decided to stop and try the food at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers and I was not disappointed. The food tasted delicious, the restaurant was clean and it had a great atmosphere. I recommend you stop by if you’re driving through on I40. I’m sure this is already a favorite among locals because the restaurant was pretty full for being late at night.

Can I give 6 stars? Holy cow. Chicken was supremely hot, lightly battered, crispy, juicy. Fries were crispy golden, with a perfect ratio of crunch to moistness. Service was impeccable, the caller at the front was vocal but not offensively so to get these orders out and busy as you can get. Model store location. No pictures because food was too good to put down!Parking: Parking is adequate to suit the needs, bigger trucks need to split spaces if in a dually.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wide tables with wheelup ability to the edge.

For a restaurant famous for it's chicken you'd think the tenders would be longer. I ordered the box and expected some full size chicken tenders and fries. What I received wasn't even worthy of a picture. Cole slaw came in a plastic ramekin and didn't taste good. They need to revise their recipe or supplier of coleslaw and make chicken tenders longer. When I go to a restaurant I expect a better experience than going to the store and buying and preparing my own tenders, cause it costs more. If you're driving through and need some quick chicken tenders for the road I could see how raising Cane's may be appealing. I ate at the restaurant and was disappointed with the tenders but overall it was good.

Excellent Canes franchise here in Cookeville, I've been coming here for a while and after 5 years of my own experience in food service they check every box there is.Clean environment and friendly team members, both timely and high quality food every visit - anytime of day. Aaron in management has gone above and beyond to deliver a quality experience, as well as Stephanie and others whose names I've yet to learn. We will be eating here for years to come!
