A man named Doug who was retrieving carts from the parking lot just went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. Walked across aisle to my vehicle and retrieved cart from me unprompted so I didn't have to put it away. Excellent work ethic and service with a smile.

This store is "ALWAYS" out of stock on most items I shop for. There is never anyone in the bakery after 4pm. So, if you have a job working until 5pm, forget about trying to have anything made, because no one else in the store can work the equipment or computer in the bakery. The managers never have a clue why they are out of something, what needs restocked and if they still carry an item or not. I had a cashier tell me she was not allowed to ring my order because I had too many items for her lane. Even though her lane had been empty for a few minutes and the only other lane open had at least 6 of us standing there with full carts. I seem to hear that a lot, "I can't do that or, I don't know how to do that, it's not my job", at this store. I'm certain I could get better customer service at the dollar store.

I will never order a cake from here again, it looks nothing like the picture, it is all lopsided, just completely disappointing. I was told to come back and get my money back and maybe they can remake it... Pick up was 3 today not tomorrow when your people will be there to fix their mess..

They are unorganized, not knowledgeable, rude, less than helpful, deckers don't know how to sack and meat selection was a joke. They put organic veggies all throughout regular veggies so you have to pay attention to which you pick up. Will never go back

This store is fine, I just don’t like the pickup fee you have to pay when Walmart doesn’t charge for the service. If they can do it for free, why can’t Kroger?

Very disappointed that after purchasing meat items that needed cut, no one could be found to help us. Not a good thing. Requested many Kroger employees to assist, no one was located....

That new Kroger on Campbell is like off the hook it is so big and so clean and so beautiful and it has everything you could even want or imagine the pharmacy is huge it is so huge and fast they get your stuff filled now love the store

Really going downhill since they overdid Kroger Brand generic. Hit or miss to find anything else in stock. Glad other options are nearby. Used to shop every time here now will most likely be a back up back up place.

I really like this Kroger because it is much bigger than our local one in Dixon. Some of my favorite things they actually have here!
