DONT PLACE A PICK UP ORDER!!!!!They don’t ask you what you want substituted they just give you whatever they want. They don’t put the produce in bags yogurt was smashed and busted open apples are bruised. Bananas are broke open. I called customer service. Got nowhere. I placed my order at 4 PM pick up for eight or 830 they canceled for that day so I couldn’t pick it up till 5 o’clock the next day!! The point of a pick up order is convenience. This was anything but convenient ,For her to throw the food in the back of my car!!! NEVER WILL I SHOP HERE AGAIN!!

Went to Kroger for carrots and completely out. Inventory shortage is an ongoing problem for this store. I have emailed the company and have seen no improvement. The other Kroger 7 miles away does not have this problem but it is the opposite direction for me. Very frustrating.

I am a middle aged, healthy, hard working, Combat Army Veteran who has been in three times to talk to a Manager about a Stocking job. They have a Hiring sign to scan out front, but the website just keeps re-directing you when you try to apply. I asked the Manager's in the store if they could help, but they just sent me back to the faulty website and acted too busy to give me anytime. I see why they are so short staffed.

I do a lot of InstaCart grocery orders and I have to tell you that your produce guy Charles is awesome. He is always super friendly and helpful anytime I come in and if I can’t find what I need in the produce area for my InstaCart customer orders, he doesn’t hesitate to even check the back to get me what I need. Keep up the good work Charles!

Boxes stacked in the middle of aisles & no staffing. Line wrapped around the store to do self checkout. Ridiculous! Don’t tell me it’s because you can’t find anyone to work…. Been to chick fil a recently? Pay employees s decent wage and you’ll get decent workers.

Had everything I went in for except for bags of Sweet Vidalia onions. They were also not stocked enough of the 12 pk. A&W Root beer but plenty of all the other drinks while there was a huge sale on them. Very disappointed on that.

Has lots of interesting items. Employees may be friendly, i have never managed to interact with them. Just got rid of a bunch of self checkouts and keep 75% of the rest closed and no one is watching the from end if your barcode won't scan. Just an obnoxious place to check out.

Please don’t waste your time doing pickup. HORRIBLE system. I was cut in front of atleast 3 or 4 times and when I finally walked to the front to just get my order myself because I couldn’t find a spot, I was told that I couldn’t have my already purchase products. Instead, I had to go inside and get them myself which took a lot less time then waiting to try and get a parking spot. Definitely will not be back. Associates are rude and obviously overworked. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Kroger and I love Kroger! Super disappointing

There are some really stellar crew and experts of customer service at this store. Tonight, I decided to cash in a LOT of change at the Coinstar. The machine counted no quarters and only a few dimes. Store manager Brian, Front End Lead, Liz and another team member named Guy took time out to help me call Coinstar. Got the machine open and literally got their hands dirty down in the guts of the machine even not knowing about the machine. Couldn’t retrieve my coins. I think it counted almost everything as pennies. They were willing to try though and that’s what counted for me. And yeah, I’m not using Coinstar again but I’m gonna be coming back to this Kroger. As I always do. Tonight was customer service personified. Thanks y’all.

There I was. The zombie apocalypse was upon us and I just need to stock up on a few critical goods to outlast.Just survive. Let’s do this thing.As I walk through the store, I see it’s been picked over. The meat section is empty. Food and trash are found on the floor. I go down the baking supplies aisle and it’s been picked clean. How about some water bottles? No luck. Even the vegetables have been picked over, the remaining options limp and weak.The people I meet don’t seem happy. Now, I just want to make it back to vehicle.I’m sad that the store is picked over, dirty, and lacking inventory of basic items. Hopefully one day the store will get someone in charge that cares.

I used to love Kroger. The last couple of pickups I've had, I got out of date buns with mold and apples that were soft/rotten on the bottom. The management at the store are very rude and don't seem to care about customer service or the quality of goods that the customer purchases. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

My only issue is people at both entrances asking for your business selling things .I do Instacart and I go in and out all day and it is uncomfortable to say the least. It's expensive enough feeding families these days soliciting should not be allowed...for me there's a time and place and while grocery shopping isn't it....

My worst experience ever inside a Kroger. The Kroger by Maury Regional Hospital and not the one on Nashville hwy. This Kroger, Holy Hell. I almost want to quit my General Manager position at my employer and come take over this store just so no guest would ever have to feel the way I did when I walked in there yesterday. I don't even know where to begin, but I'm sure if corporate is reading this they know exactly what I am talking about. I'm sure the lack of staffing was a major part of what I experienced there. There was hardly any product on the shelves. It was if this was the only grocery store open within 300 miles from the next one. It was dirty. It felt unsafe to honest. Not that it was, it was my perception that my body no longer wanted to be inside that particular grocery store, so I cut my shopping short and just grabbed milk and left.

It’s my understanding you close at 11:00PM. Based on simple mathematics you should adjust your hours to close at 10:30, that way when I get there at 10:45 for 2 items I’m not offended when entry is denied. I could care less I wouldn’t bother with the negative review but I like 1% milk and gas stations don’t carry it
