He then provided me with several options for repair, along with the associated costs. The heating system was fixed by Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Co. Their professionalism and punctuality were noteworthy. Their responsiveness was exceptional,making them one of the best in the business. I highly recommend their service and will definitely call them again if needed in the future if it was extreme emergency. It is important to consider that the cost of hiring them is relatively high, with a rate of $249.00 for the initial hour and $199.00 for each subsequent hour, in addition to a $69.99 service fee for the visit. This is despite the fact that thier task only involved removing a bird's nest from the vent.

We had a great experience with Hiller Plumbing. We recently moved here and needed leaking faucets repaired through our home warranty insurance from the seller. Hiller scheduled an appointment quickly and we didn’t have to wait weeks. Steve the technician arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He insisted on putting shoe covers on even though I said he didn’t need to. He evaluated the problem quickly and was very helpful when we contacted the insurance company for approval. We had never done this before and Steve knew the process and provided the information the company requested. After the claim was approved, Steve completed the repairs and had us test the faucets to make sure we were satisfied with the work. All in all very satisfied with Hiller Plumbing and would definitely use them again. P.S. Congratulations to Steve on his upcoming wedding.

Awesome customer services all around, from calling in to the technician that assisted us. Called at 8pm on a Thursday and they arrived shortly after. They were gracious enough to work us in that night. Our water heater had stopped working and the issue was resolved quickly. The technician also offered us options for the future to assist in this issue not reoccurring. Very thankful for the quick and efficient services provided. Will definitely be using them in the future. I was new to the area and wasn’t sure who I should call, but now I know this as my go to place. Thanks!

Hiller has always gone above and beyond for us.They are always on time, courteous and get the job done.After a storm, we had to replace our entire electric panel. It was on the weekend. The tech came out immediately. He assessed the damage, phone calls were made, and people started showing up. We had it fixed by Monday afternoon.It was impressive.Thank you. Hiller.

Our furnace went out and they came out right out. We had to wait a day and night. The repairman, Zach, personally went to Spring Hill to pick up our part so we would not have to be without heat longer. Zach was so personable. The technician, Kyle, showed up on time and was very professional. He told me what was going on every step of the way, explained problems he ran into, and gave me options on what needed to be done. My one complaint is that customers need to be told upfront by the sales person that they have options. I feel that I should’ve been told upfront that I could provide the commodes to be installed and that it would have saved me a lot of money. Rather than that, I was told that if I provided the commodes, they would have to reschedule for an installation time. That’s the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. As far as the technician, Kyle definitely deserved 5 stars!

Very impressed with the speedy arrival even with 6 inches of snow on the ground! Called first thing in the morning and was told someone would come that afternoon. About 45 minutes later had someone out! Very thankful they were able to help with my frozen pipes!!

Needed a new water heater and in the course of Inspecting supply lines, discovered issues with copper water lines throughout house. Hiller was quick in responding, gave us a detailed quote (with explanations/pics), was patient with us as we prayed thru our options, and then they were prompt and responsive when we decided to let them do the work. Arrived on time, crew was professional and efficient. Job completed as promised in one day. They were even quick to respond the next morning when a couple of small issues were discovered. We were very happy with Hiller's response to our need. Will definitely use th in the future.

Discussion of options was informative. Service was completely quickly. Heater jacket wasn't pulled back together & taped. Since the flush & drainage , I have been contacted twice to discuss conversion to a single tankless unit. I haven't received a check back on the repair (unless this is it).

Prices to high. $400 dollars more than competitors.***Update: Hiller did look into the matter and made it right, which shows of a good company. They have top notch customer service, and I will consider them in future projects.

Alex was very good! He was able to save us so much by getting a toy out of our toilet. He was kind and professional. And he didn't leave any Trash behind or scrapes inside the toilet after using the auger. I'm definitely impressed to say the least.

If they tell you “total rebuild” on a toilet, just buy the parts and fix yourself if able. I was charged $300 and some change for a 10 minute repair on a leaky toilet. While I don’t mind paying for a service, I believe you shouldn’t take advantage of the customer. Parts at a local store are maybe $75 at most and I am being very generous with that cost. Profit margins must be off the charts at Hiller!

Prompt service. Replaced a part but still not fixed. Back out 3 days later and says another part needs to be replaced. I sure hope this isn't a pattern.I'm updating this review. The customer care department contacted me and are refunding the cost of the first service call that wasn't successful. I appreciate them reaching out to insure our satisfaction. The problem we had has been successfully resolved.

Thanks Hiller of Columbia for your prompt response! Brian was very courteous and knowledgeable. He changed out my GFCI outlet in no time and got power restored to my garage door and the outlets that supplies electricity to my garage fridge and freezer.
