Kindre was beyond helpful! He informed me that I needed a new air filter, showed it to me so I could make a judgement call and then told me how long it would take to be delivered since no one keeps mine in stock(Volvo) and exactly down to the penny on how much it would cost. Super helpful and professional young guy! Will definitely be back!! Thanks Kindre , and the person under my car I couldn’t see! Lol

The customer service at the Columbia location is amazing!! Jazmyn was wonderful and knew her way around the motor. Her partner KD was supportive and kept building her teammate up. 10/10 experience at Express Oil Change. KD and Randy made our day with their positive attitude and smiles. They gave excellent customer service. KD greeted us with a smile as soon as we pull into the parking lot. Randy offered great recommendations on my vehicle and made sure everything was checked for us before we left the bays. Hope to see them again on our next visit. It was the best time my wife and I had getting an oil change thanks to KD and Randy!

The young lady attended my information and air filter was awesome. But the rest of the crew were very rude. When she asked them to do a tire rotation which was part of the oil change I asked for they replied no we don't want to do it .think the young lady was from another store in spring hill. Won't be back to the one in Columbia.

They're quote for my brake job on my Audi came in 1400 cheaper than my BF's shop!!!! Yes it's expensive to do brakes on an Audi... But this shop is reasonable on their price and NOT way overpriced! Plus they have a Female mechanic! And she was very good at her job! I'll be back there for tires next month! And I want her working on my car! She's good people!Got my brake job done today! Mary did an amazing job 👏 👍 very happy with the work done! I'll be back for tires next month! She was friendly, remembered me from yesterday, and was honest and respectful! Originally she wasn't going to be doing my brakes, so I asked if I could request her! She didn't think they would let her, but then they saw my earlier review and came to tell me that Mary would be doing my brakes! It's not an easy job on an Audi because of all the extra stuff that has to be done. Mary did it in a timely fashion and kept me informed of the changes! She did a great job! Thank you to everyone at Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers! Y'all were great! See y'all soon for my next service and tires! Thanks for taking such great care of my car and my pocket book!

Although it isn’t exactly “express” it is worth the wait. I have a foreign car and found a lot of places in the area did not carry my cars oil or filter. I called Express Oil and they said they could service my car. When I arrived there were about 5 cars in front of me in two lanes. I always end up choosing the slowest lane so that’s on me, not them, lol. Once in the bay, the staff is friendly and work quickly to service your car in an efficient manner. I will continue to use Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers for my routine oil changes.
