My family and I were attempting to buy two pairs of shoes that were the exact same shoe and exact same sizes and even had the same barcode numbers. One was priced $54.99 and the other $49.99. They were both ringing up $54.99, but the manager would only adjust the price of the one labeled $49.99. They wouldn't even price match their own in-store prices, and i reiterate they both had the same UPC number . That was the last straw for me. We will not be returning to this store.

I absolutely love Dunham's. The associates are very professional, friendly and willing to take time to help find what your looking for or answer your questions. Great merchandise, the prices are very affordable. The store is very well kept so it easy to find what your looking for. Keep your eyes open for their wonderful sales and discounts throughout the store.

If you're looking for a firearm, this is the spot! ✅🔫 .They might be a bit pricey, but you'll definitely get your money's worth. When you go, make sure to ask for Austin! He's super knowledgeable, ensures customers get what they need, and provides outstanding customer service.

I thought this place was going to be a huge disappointment but I was very wrong!!! The staff was crazy busy but they still took the time to hear me out and honored a price due to a discrepancy on their part. I bought 3 bows for my kids and they are of very high quality!!! My uncle also bought some trail cameras and they are working great!!! Thanks for your honesty and customer service!!!

A lot of merchandise hard to move around the store. A lot of merchandise that was old. Dust on the products. Some prices are reasonable but a lot is higher than other stores.

It is a high end sports store that has everything from golf to baseball, hunting camping mini bikes bicycle exercise equipment. Clothing. Everything sports.

First time there and it was worth it. Got some great deals. This is a real sporting goods store that carries a decent amount stuff for everyone. I even got a gaming keyboard, headset and mouse combo pack for under $30.00. Nice fleece lined Hoodies for under $13.00! I'm definitely going back.

This place is pretty pricey, some discounts are just normal price items. Ammo here is more expensive and so are the shoes. I only come here to buy socks now. It’s not cheaper, I just don’t want to wait for shipping.

Dunham’s has a great selection and most of the time has everything you need. The only problem I consistently find is that their prices are not usually as advertised. Signs will say buy one get one 1/2 and you’ll get to the register and that’s not the case. Typically, at the register are kids and they just stare at you and say sorry vs getting someone to adjust the price because that’s what’s advertised.

Horrible advertising policy. Bait and switch. Received add, for a gun at 329.00 which was 95.00 off. Two days later the coupon is 25.00 off. I have screen shots of both. This is the third time this has happened to me except I went to the store the first two times. I caught it this time. Never will I set foot into this store again. Enough is enough. I can just tell everyone on my experience.

Just left your establishment. A wonderful associate rang me up that was clearly in training. She did a great job! HOWEVER, the young lady that was training her came across as impatient, arrogant, and judgmental. She could use some training in these areas as it pertains to customers. Otherwise, I hope the one that rang up my items sticks around. Hard to find good help these days. 🙂

I've been to this location several times, and both times the store was quite dirty, the manager (Zach) seemed to pay more attention to his female staff than his stores cleanliness.Alarming that this was observed both times I've gone. Dunham's needs to get their ducks in a row if they want me to return.

Cashier tall young fellow with long hair. No greeting no nothing very unwelcoming!! Rung one shirt up twice bc it was priced more. No apology whatsoever, seemed intentional and racist. Customer service on a scale 1-10 he scored 3..... Great Store workers aren't friendly at all. . maybe just to colored folk I don't know. Glad I found Titans and Blue raiders gear!! Wouldn't return unless I absolutely had to. Shop where your money is welcomed respected and appreciated 🖤 🖤

Long haired manager refused sale over some made up rule about physical licenses vs the information they pull on background checks. I have never ever heard of such a thing. I will never buy anything from here again. Especially a gun. I’ll take my business to kings or teds. Terrible customer service.

What can I say, they have the best prices and inventory for hunting gear around! You might find a slightly better price somewhere else, but to be able to get everything at one stop has it's advantages. I'll be back!

Great selection but no one to help with prices on tents...and camping equipment. None of the tents were marked and were in piles in front of the shelves. Had to find the "only" sales associate in the store and that was not easy either as he was on the far side wall of the store.

Convenient location. Easy to get in and out. It's a big store and they have a big selection which includes shoes and equipment for all the local school sports. The prices were great. Definitely my go to for sports and outdoor instead driving up to Cool Springs.

I have been in this store several time. If you need assistance forget it. I was in the store on December 30, 2021 around 3pm went to the firearms counter, no associates in the area. I waited, then went to the front, told a male associate I needed help. He paged someone. I went back, waited about 20 minutes, he paged someone again (apparently at another customer request), waited another 5 minutes, no one showed up. There was other customers at the counter as well. As I was leaving I told the same associate they no one ever showed up. I hate driving to Academy Sports in Franklin. I hope the manager can get this corrected.

The prices are a little high, I went to buy a sidearm that was on sale and the prices listed were incorrect on the tag but rang up properly at the register. It was a little odd that they have several documents to sign to take all liability off of them and they have to walk you out of the store with the firearm locked before they give it to you. Although I'm sure it's for some reason that they have had issues with in the past but still seems excessive and slows the process greatly. Other than that, the staff was overall friendly but not very knowledgeable. I won't say that I won't be back, but for my next purchase I'll definitely shop around a bit more.
