Always truck in the aisles. They need more staff or better staff. Pay more and get quality employees. Dont think they have ever swept or picked up trash outside. Shelves always bare. Try not to stop here unless I have to.

The manager let a woman count out over $8 in change (dimes, nickels, pennies) with a line FULL of people. Instead of helping her or checking out others while she did that, she just sat there, talking to the lady and distracting her making the process even longer. It is always something when this lady works. Even when the place is not busy, she is so slow and doesn't have any regard for others time. People go here for convenience not to have a full conversation at the register or wait for her to stalk shelves before she cheks you out. The lady is nice, but this is definitely not the job for her. Do not expect to be "in and out" at this location.

There was about 8 of the things they fill up to put out their inventory just sitting around. 1/2 or more shelves were empty. It seems these stores are not willing to hire the help to get their stock out. It cuts into the bonus checks

Dollar General has more items than I had imagined. Have to go by myself to look around more. First time going they had exactly what I wanted. Glad I didn't have to go elsewhere. Staff are so very friendly. I will be going again.

Very disorganized isles dirty and narrow. They hace carts with stuff overflowing on the floor in the main isles. Tje lady that checked me out was nice but i asked her a question about if they still took PayPal and she dint know so she aaked her manger and SHE was rude. Looked at us with a look and hesitated to answer ay first and was just not very hrlpful

Not a bad Dollar General to stop in to, employees always try to greet you as soon as you walk in even tho when they do it to me my mind blanks and I say something random to them. But over all very nice store.

This store is almost always a mess! Boxes everywhere, employees (a manager) that did not know her specialty merchandise and clearly did not care, and another manager that parked her car in the front row outside the door (aren't employees suppossed to park the furthest away, making parking convenient for customers?)

Convenient but filthy. Disgusting bathrooms, floors are always dirty and the parking lot looks like garbage pit. Understaffed, stock and stock rollers just left on the floor but somehow shelves always stay empty.

Leftover Easter display, tables, etc. had no prices on anything (Wed after Easter). Brought Easter candy to clerk to check pricing.....ask if it is reduced. Clerk "dunno." Scanned Easter items = full price 3 days aftee Easter. Like really!

Love Dollar General's idea on opening in small areas! The only complaint is the stores stay so cramped! The Columbia, TN on Trotwood stays in a disaster. Merchandise is all out in the aisles. They run out of supplies all the time so I go to Walmart now. It is sad we have to avoid such a great down home feel.

Long lines...empty freezers ..high prices on food and snacks. Higher than grocery store prices on chips, coffee other things. But they are closer to home and easy access.

The black female working at12:50 was rude ,refused to come around the register to wait on me while watching me struggle withy my grandson. Then laughed at me when I got upset to leave and stood in front beside the door laughing and smoking starng at me. I am disabled and have a hard time. And she has never been nice but this was just cruel

Went in for a few things. I love the app as I can download coupons... and it doesn't hurt every Saturday get $5 bucks off the final total. ☺️

Found what I want without havin to take a 5 mile hike. And they don't play move the items so you have to take that 5 mile hike. Like the big stores

This Dollar General is the same as most, over crowded with product and flowing into the floor and there's never anyone around to get checked out. Coolers are usually empty and I've purchased out of date sandwich meat a few times.

When you need something quick, fast, and cheap, it's the place to go. Seems like they are understaffed a lot which can lead to long check outs occasionally

One lady working try to stock and run cash register isles blocked with boxes of stuff to stock. Dollar general need to get people to work in stores instead of building more stores.

Usually have to wait for someone to come to the register, and once they get there, they're in a hurry to check you out and get back to working and I feel rushed and almost forgot stuff before.
