I totally understand they get behind. They fill over 1,000 scripts a day. Everyone needs their medicine. You can go in and tell them that you were there or call in and they will expedite your prescription. I usually get to see ERIN and she is the best at being very patient and getting the prescriptions there I need to have filled in a timely manner.

I would rather them negative if I could. The pharmacy manager was so rude to me and so uncaring and unhelpful, he had me in tears. Will never use them again. The lady at corporate was so nice and caring but could not help fix the problem. Had to go back to my doctor and have them send my meds to another pharmacy. Not worth the hassle or the treatment.

Was in Williamson Medical center ER on Christmas day. Everything is closed in Franklin and the area so we drove down to this CVS which was open. Everyone was so friendly and warm. Being Christmas day, in pain, tired, and wanting to be home it was nice to be taken care of so quickly. Thanks to all who were there and were able to fill my prescriptions with compassion and empathy on a day I’m sure you didn’t want to be working. I couldn’t tell and you allowed me some comfort.

Sarah the pharmacist is so wonderful at night !! I get several texts from cvs app and it can be confusing sometimes because I switched me my husband and my mom over to cvs!! Sarah makes everything to easy for us !! She is professional kind informative and never makes me feel stupid or uncomfortable I can’t say enough about her !!

This CVS location has poor pharmacy customer service at best. No matter when you call you are on hold for way too long.. today the man who finally answered didn’t even give a greeting was in a conversation with someone else. When I stated my needs, it was huff puff like I was bothering him. GM UAW members have to use CVS- not a happy consumer! Do better CVS

For those having trouble getting someone to answer the phone, try calling later at night (10 pm or so). They must not be as busy then because that’s the only time I could get an answer. This pharmacy seems to always run out of medication. I didn’t get my refill until 2 weeks after it was due. Not to mention, I had a hard time getting in touch with them to even transfer the prescription to begin with. 🤷🏻♀️

If I could I would give MINUS FIVE STARS. I have never had any problems before,I always call late in the evening when I know it’s not busy. Usually Sara Jackson is there she is very professional, helpfull and pleasant. I called January 1 (New Year Eve) at 12:15 am,and let me tell you,the male with the thick accent is NOT doing any kind of job there!! Maybe he doesn’t understand English??? He immediately put me on hold ,until the call dropped,I called back ,no answer. I KNOW he is not busy. Hope he’s not being paid very much ,he sure is not earning it.

first of all they gave me the wrong prescription.i have need having a really bad headache & went to the clinic, took the prescription to cvs.went back to the clinic next day bc i kept having bad headaches. showed the doctor all the medication & she saw that the medication she prescribed for the headaches was not on there & she showed me the copy of the what they sent. went to the cvs & they showed me the copy again & told me “they couldn’t read the writing, that it’s messy”well if they can’t read it. call the office or at least let the person know you can’t read it. so i can either go back over there or call. SIMPLE.instead of trying to guess what it is.i am not happy with this at all.

Sent my son to get my twins prescriptions sent there. I've never used CVS. They wouldn't use my insurance because supposedly it's not a prescription card but insurance card. My son had to pay for my medicines. It's funny I couldn't use my card there, but it's accepted everywhere else I have been. First time using this place. I've learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 15 years, started out when it was in the old location on James Campbell. It USED to be phenomenal, the staff knew you personally always happy to help. That is no longer the case. Occasionally if you get the right staff member they will still be very friendly and helpful. But they changed their process and its aweful. It doesnt matter if you order your refills ahead of time either by calling in or ordering online, it’s NEVER ready and waiting. I’m convinced they only start working on your order the moment you arrive and ask for it. It’s always “20 minutes.” Even when a physician calls in a new script, which is supposed ready within and hour, it’s still never ready on time. And frequently a medication will not be in stock. I understand that can happen, but its happens WAY too frequently. I want to be nice to the staff who try their best, but the system is aweful. What’s the point of preordering your refill if it doesnt get touched anyway until you arrive in person? You have to wait 20-30 min MINIMUM every time you go in. It’s really terrible and they need to fix it.

Avoid this pharmacy AT ALL COST! I routinely wait 2-3 days for normal refills bc their volume is so high and they don’t communicate when there are issues refilling any meds. Had 5 refills left on a blood pressure prescription, from another pharmacy, close to where I used to live. Brought the bottle in to be filled so they could get all info. Acted like it was no issue to fill. Rather than calling the pharmacy the meds were at, and transferring the prescription, they insisted on trying to get ahold of the original dr to fill prescription. I ran out of meds and they just said they couldn’t get ahold of the doctor. 2 days later still no meds. I went back to old pharmacy to get my meds filled. Incompetent staff is the nicest thing I have to say.I’ll never use this place again.

This CVS is the absolute worst pharmacy EVER. They never have your meds ready and when you wait in the 45 min long line to finally get to the window they tell you it's not going to be ready for another 2 hrs. Such an inconvience to your customer especially when your not feeling well.

My son's medication is rarely in stock. You get the run around trying to get an answer trying to get an expected date.Prescriptions are never filled/ready for pickup in a timely manner. You're lied to saying it just came in on the system that you'll have to wait, when you know for a fact it's been there for over an hour. I guess they think we're uneducated on the system.Since this is the preferred pharmacy for BCBS I'd hoped they would've been better.I guess lowest bid wins out.Be warned and go elsewhere. My script got sent here unknowingly and I veered from a better pharmacy because I didn't feel well enough to go through the hassle of canceling and transferring even though I now wish I would have so CVS wouldn't get paid.

To the owner, the pharmacist on duty tonight 9-7-23, she's awful to say the least. She suggested I transfer my son's prescription bc I was ill she hung up on me when I called the first time. So, I thought about it the rest of the drive in from tri star medical. And honestly that was the best advice she could have given me. I did just that and the wonderful gentleman told me he would try to call and get it transferred but that she's notorious about not answering the phone. I understand places are understaffed. I get it , but there's always a level of professionalism one should exhibit and she failed miserably. She's not a keeper and loses her cool when working under pressure.I guess losing one customer isn't a big deal but I'm taking my entire family with me!!

The pharmacist is slow and the pharmacy in general is very poorly ran, always long wait times, no one answers the phone. My fiancé sat on hold for an hour Friday no one ever answered she finally gave up. Saturday we went to CVS and while we was waiting in line the phone counter just kept counting up. It got to 8 on hold call and no one in the pharmacy even tried to answer.

55 minutes on hold about a very important prescription my husband has been out of for 3 days. Still no answer in the pharmacy and the RX is delayed. Very poor communication!

Shocked by how poorly run this pharmacy is. Medicines are never ready for pickup when promised, refills not processed when sent in by the doctor's office. We have even started calling days in advance, and the day of pickup to make sure we can pick them up when we arrive. It's still has not helped, and the staff were extremely rude during our last trip. CVS needs to clean house at this location.

I'd be embarrassed to say I worked here the absolute worst pharmacy get it together. Next time you don't have my meds ready in time and ask me to loop around I'm putting my car in park and waiting right there.

I would like to say a special thank you to our local CVS PHarmacy representative Teresa. She has the most beautiful spirit and compassionate heart. Our family thinks highly of her as she went above and beyond to make sure after career changes were made that effected our insurance. She took her time and patiently ran each insurance to ensure that the she was able to give us the greatest savings. We genuinely appreciate her above and beyond customer care; especially in a time when most are in a hurry and less compassionate when it comes to someone else’s card being swiped. We indeed thank her and amazing company.

I’m 60+ and never had a such a bad experience with a pharmacy. Been in ER from the hospital across the street. Dr at the hospital sent my scripts in, told me they would be there waiting, as well as my nurse, didn’t leave the hospital till 2 hours after he called them in. When we pulled up to the 24hour pharmacy, told me 20mins on 4 scrips to fill. Kept calling me a different name, kept telling him no. Someone got behind us after about 15mins, was told to move and come back around, then waited another 20mins for those ppl to have they’re meds filled. I got meds and started back to Lawrenceburg and counted only had 3, went back to him, saying they had 2 ppl with my name, both of us born same yr, different month (I reminded him I had just left from there, how can I be a different person) he would not give me the other antibiotic. Ask him to call the hospital to verify, thought sure he was going to take the 3 back from me. He finally gave it to me and said he would call the hospital later. This took 1.5 hours at this pharmacy. I will never be back at this CVS. After I’m well I’m really thinking about finding out how to report to the state about the rude, uncaring, lazy, unprofessional pharmacist that works night shift. Come home and made sure I had the right meds in the bottles to be on the safe side, using pill identifier. Beware of this pharmacy!!

For the last three visits, I’m saddened by a specific issue that needs resolved.Using the self checkout, my receipt for the one item I purchased was only one foot long. It’s vital that I get at least 36 inches of receipt paper. We use this paper as kindling to start a fire and 12 inches simply isn’t enough.Hopefully this will be corrected soon.EDIT: Visited yesterday and my receipt was 47 inches long for the water bottle I purchased. So thankful for fresh kindling.

this is without a doubt the worst pharmacy i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. for two months they have routinely not filled my medication, despite it being prescribed by the hospital across the street from them.i was told the medication had to be 'pre-authorized', despite the fact that it was prescribed by a doctor at the hospital. after seeing my regular doctor i jumped through several more hoops in an attempt to get it filled. after being out of my medication for several days i was told by CVS that they never actually sent in for the pre-authorization request.i will never come back. i have never had these issues with Walgreens.

Pharmacy staff is rude, will not answer a phone and when they do it’s just to pick up the phone and hang up on you.Rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful and no knowledge of celiac disease nor do they care about most people. Just a job and we are all at their mercy and they know it.No compassion or care just another number that is all anyone is to them. So saddened and frustrated. Being on hold for apx 30 minutes for them to not even say hello just hang up on people. One way to get people off hold.

Three cars in pharmacy drive thru? Expect to wait 20-30 minutes just to have them tell you to come back thirty minutes from nowTerrible

Has not had my meds for two straight months. This is unacceptable. When it does come in they back up your pick up date by the number of days that they are out of meds. It’s there fault but they punish you for there mistake by not ordering enough meds.

The pharmacy staff is nice and friendly and I don't want to take away that but seems to be incapable performing simple tasks. I had to call 3 times and then needed to walk in just to be removed from the refill schedule of drugs I am not taking anymore. Updating my new address required two attempts and asking to call my doctor for refilling my prescription besides just sending a fax 2 days later didn't work either. I am still waiting for a response. I don't want to blame this specific location but I think there is something seriously wrong with the CVS system in general or at least how their staff gets trained. I really miss some common sense here.

Great Pharmacy, Great Customer Service! The Entire Staff is Friendly, Eager to Help and Courteous.... But You NEVER EVER EVER EVER seem to be able to have Sugar Free Red Bull or Mostly any Red Bull to be honest, its gotta be the vendor? What's the deal?!?!? This CVS is my go to place, because its close to my house and has mostly everything I need for a quick necessity grab. But you'd be better of finding snow in the desert than a sugar free red bull in my local CVS. Please remedy this?

Unspeakable incompetence. Waited for prescription pain medication after knee replacement surgery, was told come back in 20 mins. Returned to wait a further 35 minutes, already past the point of severe pain. Drove away only to discover there was no pain medication among the prescriptions dispensed. Returned a third time, waited in line to be told 'we forgot to give it to you". Asked the pharmacist in charge for her name and she actually said "don't know what you'll do with that, prescriptions are given on a first come, first served basis. You are not welcome to fill your prescriptions at CVS" !!!!

CVS is one of the only places available 24 hours right now. I was surprised to learn that Walmart was no longer 24 hours and that Kroger's was no longer 24 hours and pretty much everything closes by 11:00 p.m. . Walgreens and CVS are the two places that stay open and CVS is the closest to me so CVS has been a God send for me, because I like to get out late at night to go do shopping and stuff. CvS is always clean, it's never crowded, it always has everything I need and I love it!
