I ordered products since they didn’t have them in stock. After three days, the product is delivered to the store. I was told someone would call to let me know.The customer goes to pick up the order, but they forget to send the entire order.I say they need to get more organized if they want more business.

From start to finish service was excellent and personal. They helped me from start to finish... Literally...they helped me to my car with my paint cans after purchasing.. I've never had that before. This is a home town shop that will give you what the big chains can't. Thanks so much for making this such a positive experience!!

Staff was knowledgeable. They were nice and pleasant to work with. Quality was an obvious concern of the staff when they asked me to verify that the custom color I order match the swatch I presented. The store was cleaned and organized as well. One small detail I believe they should address is putting price tags on the products. I bought some sanding pads and didn't know the price until I had the receipt in hand. Overall, I would come back again.

Wow best customer service at a paint and wall over store since I don’t know when. I called looking for a small order of some stain to refinish my Teak. Zack and Zeke went way out of the way to test strips for me before my purchase even though it was a $20 order. These guys really care and put forth the effort.Thank you Zach and Zeke!Van Woody

I needed a small amount of paint in a couple of different colors and decided to give a local place my cash instead of running to Lowe's. Their prices were comparable and they mixed my colors quickly.My only real complaint is that there were no prices on anything in the store. They had a sizable amount of supplies and with the time I had waiting for my paint I likely would have found a few more things I "needed", but once I noticed the lack of prices I stopped browsing. Their loss.

Best paint store ever! If you want great advice that you can trust, look no further. The staff really know their stuff and they keep cards on file for you to make touch ups really easy. They'll even carry your paint to the car for you.

When we moved into our new home, we needed to paint our kitchen cabinets. I knew I needed to go to these guys to help me pick the right paint and primer I needed. They were super helpful and were able to get the paint and primer I needed really quickly. I love that they keep all of your paints on file, so you are able to know exactly what you've bought in the past!

The staff at this store went above and beyond what I had expected when we undertook our project. After months of begging painters to fit us in to their schedules, countless un-returned calls from cabinet makers, we took on the task of painting them ourselves with Benjamin Moore's Advance Cabinet Paint. New cabinets were $20k, resurfaced with new doors was $10k, painters were wanting nearly $6k, but we did this entire project for $200.69.Thanks a ton to these guys and gals for their help. We will definitely be back for our future home projects.
