Not impressed. Higher prices verses other big lots , many items not even priced !!! no where near as nice , clean and modern as others , I kid you not ... When we pulled in a BIG RAT (not a mouse!) was hopping in the parking lot towards the building near the doors. How to you plan to sell items with no price even listed ? We left without a purchase.

This place once offered an enjoyable shopping experience. Now they follow me around the store "restocking" random items. Meanwhile, less melanated folk use the five finger discount.

Big shout out to the manager, Jason, at this location! He went above and beyond to be helpful finding the mattresses and furniture we wanted and working with us on pricing. This level of customer service sadly is hard to find these days. I highly recommend shopping this Big Lots location! A+++

1st time at this location. I was greeted immediately. 1st I noticed how clean everything was. Well stocked. Alot of different odds and ends to purchase. The lay out of the store was easy to stroll and shop. I'm not really a fan on the furniture prices a bit high but then again it's probably to offset their great prices on other items. Great job at this location. 👏

Always very helpful and friendly. They always have a great attitude towards the customers and I do pick-up at the store for certain things when I find deals online. They are fast and accurate on my orders. Great store all around!

We bought a couch back in May, and to be honest, we just got a lemon. The springs messed up, the frame was broken, just not the experience we expected. BUT Tiffany came to our rescue. She, along with the store manager, Jason, went above and beyond to make sure we were able to find another couch and helped make the exchange process so easy. We are so thankful for the help they provided (Tiffany especially) and just for working with us on our time schedule! Y’all came through, and I’m so truly appreciative!! If I could, I’d give y’all 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Will never go back to big lots went in to exchange a item miss placed my receipt mind you not wanting a refund just exchange but because of misplacing receipt was offered credit of only 30 percent of purchase price so basically you are going to give the 70 percent of your money for nothing so hell no big lots never again

The store has a new floor layout that is awesome! Store has been cleaned and has a much better appearance! It was nice and nearly stocked from previous layout. Very pleasant experience! The associates were very nice and helpful but not pushy! Not sure if it is under new management but if so it is the best thing that has happened to the Columbia store.

Surprisingly this location is getting raised another star because their service is better than the one on Franklin. I went in search of a product, did not find it. The girl in Franklin did not know if they had it or tried to seek it for me, but I think she may have been new. I went to the register to inquire about it the cashier did not know but another associate said they were on the end cap. I AGAIN searched the bedding area. They had weighted blanket on the end cap but that was not what I wanted. Went to Columbia location, it was in stock, in the proper location and the store was well organized.

While the parking lot and building exterior are in need of some serious attention, the upkeep on the interior is quite well executed and very well maintained. This coming from someone who has shopped at this Big Lots several times.

Had an awesome discount sale on many items, dishes, house items & sale on pet items that we bought for our local pet rescue agency. Leashes, tags, portable cages, awesome buy. I'm sure they can use these items. Thank you Angel & Amy for all your hard work & long hours & comraderie with our law enforcement & community.

The remodel is fantastic. Stuff is easier to find and get to. The new entrance doors are wonderful. The only thing is it looks like you need to put fans above each register that are controlled by the cashier.

They always surprise me. I tend to think of them as a low budget Walmart, but when I'm there I always find really nice stuff at fair prices. I find 3 great Christmas gifts in the first 12 feet of the store.

Even though its close to Christmas the store was well organized. Swift check out and friendly staff for the most part. Only thing not all sale items were marked, but that's ok. I needed the exercise....lol.
