My Yorkie is very aggressive. The doctors and staff have always treated him with kindness regardless. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy to have found such a great hospital for shots, wellness exams, grooming and even boarding. I am thankful to Samantha for working through his aggression while grooming him. I definitely recommend this hospital.

We've taken our pets to The Pet Hospitals (Collierville) for as long as we've lived here, 30 years. Jimmy Murphy and the entire staff are so caring and are very skilled at what they do. And whenever we've boarded our fur babies there, we know they have been well loved.

Happy Camper! Cade is a very active dog that loves the outdoors. After a recent camping trip, we noticed Cade licking his paw. After looking closer, we realized something was wrong. We immediately brought Cade to the Pet Hospitals in Collierville and surgery was recommended to remove a foreign object and treat the infection. Thanks to the prompt and excellent care, Cade is once again a Happy Camper!

We have taken Stormy to The Pet Hospitals for years..since she was 8 weeks old. I can go to any of their offices/locations and we get the same great care from the doctors and staff.. The only reason that I'm not giving a 5 is because it's hard for me to get boarding sometimes unless I schedule weeks ahead. Guess I can't help everyone loves them too. 😁

Katie's absolutely amazing! Helped my baby who has anxieties with vet visits. The old vet I would go to was horrendous. I don't have to even worry a bit here.If you have a dog that's rowdy or anxious with vets, like mine, and are worried they'll get mistreated because of their behavior with them; don't. This place is the only place I can walk out the door and not get terrible anxiety for my baby.Would give more stars if I could!

Gentle, loving, and kind experience while sending our precious Trixie over the rainbow bridge. We were able to say goodbye in a nice comfortable, quiet room instead of a cold exam room. They even brought her a slice of pizza! How they knew that pizza is her favorite, or where they got a special slice of pizza just for her is beyond me. Dr. Clapp was so sweet to our wonderful girl, and I am so grateful to her and the rest of the staff for their care.

Jacob was amazing yesterday. I brought my puppy in because he wasnt feeling well. I'm a new mom pet so I wasn't sure if my Trupanion insurance would cover certain services, he assisted me by looking up the policy with me and helped me with the whole process. Way to go above and beyond!

I don’t even know where to start. My 5 month old kitten started vomiting Saturday evening and TPH was the first place I called and they got me in within an hour. Upon arrival we were quickly brought back into a triage room and they made sure to go over the pricing of what was needed prior to doing anything. From the time we walked through the door to the time X-rays and bloodwork were completed was only 15 minutes. Dr Clapp was so kind and so understanding of my financial situation. They had my kitten in surgery within an hour and I was able to take her home the same day. It’s hard enough to find quality care but they exceeded my expectations even on a Sunday. The staff stayed an hour late in order to ensure they discharged my cat safely and ensure I didn’t have any questions. 10/10 recommend!

The care team as well as the other essential employees at the Collierville location are exceptional. The team is strong advocates for animal welfare and health. The staff and especially Dr. Weimer are so friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic. I could go on for days on how wonderful this clinic and its staff are and also how much the staff cares for not just the furkids but also the furrrr-parentals. I trust no one else with our "Pack" brood especially since they include a 2 border collies (one puppy, one full grown with a hearing disability), 1 Tibetan Spaniel mix that has a seizure disorder and one Puggle and one Chipin. This pack of babies are all rescues and this clinic gives us a sense of relief that "all" are being well cared for with the latest veterinary medical practices, digitization of veterinary medicine as well as educating furrr-parentals how to best care for and preserve the lives of these precious beings. Thank you Pet Hospitals of Collierville. I sure know that Mike, Oliver, Izzy, Jett and Zig sure do.

Dr. Weimer is incredible. She always listens, answers any questions, offers choices, and is never judgmental. She remembers our babies even though she usually sees them only once a year. She seems almost as sad as us when it's time for us to say goodbye. The rest of the staff is friendly, caring, and courteous. I would go nowhere else.

Our beloved elderly dog Missy Sue passed away on Saturday and my daughter was frantic and drove to the Collierville location and they were closed due to a power outage. However, Dr. David Wright and office manager Joanne were on-site and were amazing in assisting my grieving daughter. Most places are not that helpful with the power on it seems these days so kudos to David and Joanne!

I just want to take the time and share how grateful I am for the love, care, and kindness Dr. Kimble and staff showed us when I had to put down my Nelly Belly unexpectedly (about a week ago now). Dr. Kimble is such an empathetic and thoughtful human being and I wouldn’t have wanted any other vet to ease her pain/discomfort peacefully. You can tell the vets and staff here are genuinely passionate about what they do and it’s so touching and refreshing to see. I lost my best friend of 7 years and the pain is absolutely unbearable. However, I’ll forever be grateful to Dr. Kimble for handling the situation with grace and honesty. I opted for the private cremation and it took about a week for Nelly’s ashes to be ready for pick up (not that long of a wait so that was a plus). The company that provided the private cremation services I’m also thankful for. Her blue urn is beautiful and I was happy to bring her back home.My life is completely empty and miserable without my companion by my side, though I’m so appreciative and happy she is no longer suffering and was handled with extraordinary care. The staff here cares about you and your animals. And that is so very rare. Thank you all. 💙

When I first went to this vet, I was really impressed with the service. I had pet insurance which they accepted and processed. We had a fantastic vet, Dr. G. Unfortunately, she is no longer there. After she moved, it was like, the service tanked. I was patient and understanding throughout the renovations. Twice after our vet left, did I go and stop because 4x I had requested them to send my insurance the bill and they failed to do it, so we ended up on the hook for the full payment. The first visit after our vet left, I asked the ladies at the desk to check if they had the claim forms which our previous vet had. They said they had it and would send it. Then I called to confirm it, they said they had it and would send it. Didn't send. Fast forward to the second visit. Right before I left there were 5 people at the front desk. I asked if they could check our files that they have our vet claim form. I watched the girl look for it and pull the form out. She had it. I asked them, can you please send the claim cause the last claim wasn't sent. They all assured me that they would send it. The claim was never sent. 😡 I am a type of person that want to believe that if you say you will do something, I can trust in your word. There were five ladies NOT doing anything at the moment, just hanging out playing with a puppy.I was really disappointed 😞 and I never went back.Vet bills are almost as expensive as hospital bills, so sending in those claim forms are really important to your customers. If your business doesn't understand that, then you don't care about the people you serve. I loved our previous vet because she always took care of us. ❤️ Sad to have heard she left. We would have recommended more people to this location, but after being dismissed multiple times with constant reminders, 😕 it's enough for me to search for better service.

Absolutely hands down, 10 out of 10, the best staff ever!!! They are kind, compassionate, and polite. I came in as a walk in with my 16 year old baby that was critical and she wasn't going to make it. They took her back right away and never left her side, they conformed me when that time came for me to say good bye. Thank you!

Without getting into the nitty gritty, remember this is a corporation. They only care about money. While we love, Dr. Wiemer, and she does actually care about the animals, it's time for us to take our 10 pets somewhere else. This place has let us down one too many times.Dr. Weimer - If you ever decide to start your own practice, we'll be the first in line!

The Pet Hospital has always been caring with my 3 dogs and cat. We had to recently put my oldest boy down, and I couldn't believe the sweet environment that was provided! The room was so comfortable, and my sweet boy was showered with love by the staff, and we were given plenty of time to say goodbye. He went out with a smile on his face, and for that I am so appreciative!

Dr. Kimble and vet tech, Alexis, were more than I could have asked for for my sick baby. I truly felt like they treated her as their own pet, and she felt so comfortable with them, which says everything. They were very transparent, clear, and didn't feel like my money was just trying to be taken. 10/10 great experience.

The Pet Hospitals is by far the best staff, doctors, and service I have received with my dogs in the last 7 years. Most of the time you get a good doctor or good staff, rarely ever both so the service was always an issue. At The Pet Hospitals they have made everything so easy for me that I deeply hope they never change. From the moment you get there to the moment you leave is flawless. They have things set up and scheduled so you don't have to fear other dogs that may not be friendly coming in contact with your dog. I am disabled so they help me physically throughout the process especially when I am checking out as that has always been an issue for me. Not anymore! They take care of my dog while I focus on checking out since I clearly can't do both. They also help me take my dog to the car when I need extra help. I can't say anything negative about The Pet Hospitals. I was anxious about changing vets yet again but I am so thankful I made this change and now I will never have to change again. I am so very thankful and grateful to the wonderful staff and caring vets at The Pet Hospitals. They truly care about my dogs but they care about me as well and it shows.

My husband and I rely on The Pet Hospitals to help us take the best possible care of our 2 Yorkies with special needs. One of them is 11 and was in severe distress 3 times in 2020, but Dr.s Wooden and Weimer (sorry, not sure of last spelling) in Collierville saved her each time and she goes back to enjoying her food and toys again; the other is 7 and has severe anxiety, but Dr. Morrow (again, ?spelling?) at Massey location prescribed a medication that finally allows us all to gets a night's sleep! Not to forget, either, that all of the desk staff and technicians are all very nice and helpful as well.

If I could give this hospital system 100 stars I would. A few months ago, my boxer mix was diagnosed with Addison's disease. While I was not familiar with Addison's in dogs, every Dr. at the Collierville location was. The staff knew exactly what to test for and I believe that made a difference in saving my dog's life. Several months later, my dog is doing wonderful like nothing ever happened. Dr. Bradshaw is kind, professional, understanding and so patient. She always answers all of my questions, no matter how silly they are and took care of Harley like she was her own. The same is true for all of the other doctors that saw Harley at this location as well. Harley is typically nervous at the Vet, but the staff at Collierville always have a smile on their face and are so eager to provide the most professional and reliable care possible. She felt right at home every time she stepped in the clinic. The best part is that not only does the Collierville staff rock, but you will find the same level of care for your pets at each Pet Hospital location. They know you from Midtown to Downtown and you'll always be greeted with a welcoming smile no matter which location you're at. I am very thankful to have experienced such wonderful care under The Pet Hospitals!

This was my first visit to Pet Hospitals and I must say what a pleasant experience. Very friendly and helpful and my girl was calm around the employees while they examined her. I also think it is such an incredible giving back that your first exam is free with shelter adoption papers - bless you for that! It amazes me how my pets receive better care, compassion and concern than I do in healthcare these days.

Dr. Cox and the entire team are truly incredible! Last year our lab was diagnosed with lung cancer, and unfortunately we had to say good bye to him. Dr. Cox and the team were so friendly, caring, understanding and supportive in the most difficult time. A couple weeks later, I received a letter of condolence from Dr. Cox. I was completely taken back at the kindness they showed. Now we have brought a new member into our family. She is a 10 week old lab puppy. I took her in for her first visit and puppy shots last week, and again was blown away at the kindness and professionalism of this team. They will forever be our family’s vet!

my dog ate something and was obstructed, I called the office on a Saturday afternoon and was told to come right in, he was in surgery within the hour- Dr. McWaters saved my dog's life! They were fantastic!
