Be very cautious when ordering online. I am redoing my flowerbeds and needed quite a few items. I did the order online only to receive a call 10 minutes later stating they were out of the bricks I ordered despite online saying 360 where in stock. I needed 95. Ok, fine. Inventory is sometimes off, but concerning it is that much off. I had them go ahead and do the other stuff I had and they refunded me for the bricks.I go to pick up my stuff and out of curiosity look for the bricks, which are exactly aisle and bay they say they are on AND they had my 95+ more. So I end up loading up a cart and getting my bricks then go to pick up my online order.Get the online order and as the guy is walking off I notice I am missing the mulch rake and pan I ordered. “Oh it was out of stock too” I am told. Online says there are two. Whatever, I’m tired at this point from loading 95 bricks into a cart and in my truck so I’m just ready to be done, which is also the reason for my next point.I get home… take a quick breather and start to go unload the truck only to find that they also shorted me two bags of much… only 13 of the 15 I had ordered. Yes it’s my fault for not counting at the store but again… I was exhausted after all the bricks.Be careful if you order anything online to get what you ordered and I would also double check behind them if they say they are “out of stock” on something.

There are still many good people.Yesterday 4/1/24 I came to the Home Depot to pay a bil and on my way out I saw a very good Palm plant.I paid for the plant and without knowing left my wallet in the basket. Left and forgot all about it.Today, I returned when I couldn't see my wallet. Thank God I found it all in tact.RamonDa Hope and Lorie were excellent.Keep up the good work.God bless

I think Home Depot needs better policy for returning, I bought product on father’s deals and I didn’t open it until today (leaf blower)And I didn’t like it but it passed return policy, even I was happy to change it to another product but, the manager still said NO. Not happy

Just want to make sure we're all on the same page..A "Military Discount" is a percentage of a veterans purchase price discounted off of his/hers total receipt.Proof of Military status is provided with either a military I.D., DD-214, or a state driver's license that has a veterans verification on it.When your company policy requires access to my phone for that discount, that is not a military discount..That is Home Depot giving me a 10% discount to give you access to a phone that I don't carry...My military status should be in your system when I swipe my home depot card..Call it what you like but it is not a military discount...

No employees were in sight when i needed help in the nuts, bolts and paint sections. I stood for 7 minutes at the paint counter, then i left and drove to a competitor where i was greeted almost immediately and assisted on choosing the items i needed, along with the paint. The gal at the paint section was more than helpful, but pleasant as well.

My mom had the worst experience ever!!!While paying for her purchases the credit machine went out and was told that her purchases hadn’t gone through. They informed her that she had to repay for it, a few minutes after leaving the store she called her husband to check his bank app to see if they had charged her twice, which they had! So she went back to the store to let them know what happened, they told her that they couldn’t do nothing because she only had one receipt. Even though she showed them the bank account where it shows that they charge her twice. Then they proceeded to call a Hispanic guy to come and talk to her because they acted like they couldn’t understand my moms English. At the end the guy couldn’t really help my mom because he didn’t have knowledge of the register. And told my mom just to call her bank.

Would give zero stars if possible.Today an older gentlemen came up to my husband while he was opening the compartments of the tool box and said that he was sure a loud thief.Husband thought maybe he heard him wrong. Nope he accused him again saying he was a loud thief and that they had police and cameras. Started following my husband around then when checking out a person came and looked through all his belonging and every compartment of his tool box.Disgusting costumer service will never recommend again and will never shop here again.

Had to share bc Peyton went above and beyond and followed up! We are doing a remodel in our home. Went to pick up my online orders and had to switch a vanity. She refunded and then went herself and got the new one. Missing part of my order and she went with me and helped pick out a replacement. Had to wait on that particular refund. She called me first thing this morning…a week later…and confirmed the refund and that the last of my order had delivered! This girl is an example of a great employee that understands her job and has great customer service skills! She’s definitely the kind of employee that you would want to retain! Thank you, Peyton!

Had the most horrible experience after purchasing an lg washer dryer from here. The appliances are great but the company they use for delivery is horrible. They made a dent in the pedestal and messed up the washer door's rubber while trying to swing the doors since our dryer connection is on left. Today after a month of actual purchase I am with a washer I cannot use. I hope no one has to go through what I have gone through with this purchase.

Small store. They still have everything I need. But they can't saw a 6x6 in half because they're machine only goes up to 4 in. But home Depot political stance is why I'm giving it less stars. I go to Lowe's when I can.

Returning an online order is a nightmare. One manager will tell you they can have someone pick it up, another one will tell you they wont/cantI requested to speak with store manager and she didnt ever call me back.The company they use to return online orders, Non Stop Delivery, will take FOREVER to call you to schedule a pick up.Im never ordering anything online from HD again.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! This has been the worst experience ever trying to get all the flooring I need to finish my mothers-in-law's house. No one is helpful! Jackson and Collierville employees are very rude and need more training. We decided to drive 2 hours out of our way to get the rest of the flooring because every time it came in at Jackson it was completely damaged X 6 times!! We get all the way to Collierville just to be told that they don't have what we were looking for. So, after multiple times of asking they finally found it, after I pitched a fit and made them talk to Jackson while I was there. I called today to order 2 more boxes, and no one would even go look to see if they had the flooring in stock... What a JOKE! I just ordered it to my house and just praying that it doesn't come damaged. We only need 2 to finish......I only encountered 2 semi nice employees, 1 customer service lady at Jackson and 1 customer service lady at Collierville. The rest was very rude!

I use this Home Depot frequently. The store has transitioned over the years to a better store. Employees do not offer assistance own their, but they do help when asked.I like the selection of tools they carry. I have learned the store snd makes it easier to find what I want.Their self check has never been closed and only one cashier ringing when I have been there.

I purchased a dryer on 08232022 already broken when I called the store I was given a number to call instead of the store honored the merchandise that was sold from the store. Less than 4 months old cost 478.00 I find this unbelievable 😳 Be very careful when purchasing something with this place and also keep your receipt They could care less and as expensive as stuff is nowadays I need it to last longer than 4 months

Dont buy appliances here . I bought a refrigerator it took 4 days v to deliver ,when I received it it didn't cool , on the refrigerator side . I called the store and told the appliances salesman he gave me a number to call . I said this is B.S. he hung up . I called and asked for themanager he wasn't in ,I was told . I was given a number to call . taThey told me to give it 36 hrs I did and 4 days later its not cooling . he is still not in the lady told me she would call me back in 20 minutes when sh did she told me it would be 10 days before they could get a replacement out there .

A very good location for all home needs. Never crowded and always find items well stocked. Employees are friendly and always there to help. Also prices are super reasonable. I would prefer to shop here first than any other home improvement stores in my area.

Do all Home Depot stores SUCK or is it just the ones I visit. Out of stock, nobody to help you, self checkouts only and customer service was very irritating. Besides being slow, she wouldn't refund something I just bought, didn't even go outside. SUCKS big time. Why do I waste my time in these stores?

Great service. Tedra helped us with our LG fridge purchase, and she could not have been more delightful. The store was in good order, and had everything we needed, but Tedra is really what made it such a nice experience.

Avoid Home depot for appliances. My mother went into the store and selected a dishwasher from the floor to include delivery and installation. When they delivered it they could not install it because they said the existing water line to the unit is copper. Well not long ago all dishwashers were installed with copper line instead of the cheap steel braided rubber hose they sell you today. So I went to install it myself and discovered it was not a stainless tub, that she was told it did, and that it did not have any side mount options. We took it back and they demanded a 15% restocking fee for a dishwasher that we did not even take out of the box. They took advantage of a senior citizen. They were rude and also quoted some false home depot ploiices.They are other large retailers that do not will happily return an appliance and believe in customer service

Never seen a Home Depot on a Sunday with so few people. It was crazy easy to get around. For the 9th of Oct hard to believe almost all Holoween stuff was out of stock. Good location.
