I’m really enjoying getting my orders shipped from Target by FedEx!!!! The orders always arrive days before expected and in perfect shape! Today’s order was a beautiful SOFT rug!!! I didn’t know it would be so soft!I walked across it in bare feet and I immediately said,“No shoes in Here!” Just see for yourselves!!!Lovin’ It!!!💜

Good store, clean and well stocked, but the online order pickup couldn’t be slower. I was there with my mother last night at about 6pm and we waited almost a half hour for our order. Eventually my mother went back and knocked on the door to get our order and leave. Normally the wait is a couple of minutes, and that’s excusable because they have to walk and get the orders from the back, but 30 minutes is atrocious. There were also several other people there who waited for a while. Please work on it! The store is great otherwise and is better-stocked and cleaner than others in the area, and I will be coming back, but the wait time to pick-up an order is crazy.

This target location is my new favorite in the suburbs surrounding Memphis. The store location is clean and almost always has fully stocked shelves. The employees are also very helpful and kind!

Just another Target in town. Well, I know there is a dedicated fan base of Target. However, I’m not one of them. I always feel they are a bit overpriced and the quality is not that good if you compare it with the price. Still these days, I like visiting Target because of the clothing section. They have nice clothes these days I must admit. I bought a long dress from this place and I love it. However, I don’t see any reason to buy groceries from here. If you want cheap, go to Walmart. If you want lavish, posh, go to whole foods. If you want something in between, go to Kroger. I mean there are many dedicated groceries around, then why Target! Lol! Again, I love visiting Target for the clothing section or cosmetic and makeup.

Absolutely horrendous attitudes and service. Please don’t depend on a drive up order being anymore convenient or timely than any of the other options. The pick up counter girl working at 5:00pm at this location should be fired with her lack of costumer service.

Target has always been my place of peace, I can go in there and shop for hours with how clean it is around the store. But only problem is that every single time at EVER SINGLE STORE THE RESTROOMS ARE HORRIBLE AND I MEAN HORRIBLE AND I MEAN AT EVERY SINGLE STORE.

I like that this store had all the items I was looking for… the reason why it gets 1 star is because of the Rude and unprofessional cashier. I don’t get it everywhere else I go they just take the item from the cart.. scan it.. and place it in the bag… she made me take all my items out the cart and then she made an item fall on the floor and no apologies. She took my money from my hand but place my change on the counter… the utter lack of mutual respect is appalling. Would not suggest this location if you are looking for decent customer service… not even good…Decent.

Sebastian in tech needs a raise!I never seen an employee so happy and that smiles that much just to be serving customers and talking about what he loves to do, involving technology. So refreshing. I’ve stopped coming to this target cause this service but just because him I’ll be a returning customer again.

I love this Target location because it’s so nice and peaceful however today around 12:13pm I was at the self checkout and had trouble scanning a few items because the machine did not recognize the barcode. No one was around to assist me. I proceeded to check out the items that did ring up and I had trouble with using Target Wallet. I had to just leave the items there and walk away because no one was available to help.

I love this Target, however, Betty NEVER FAILS to make each checkout experience horrible. For one, she is always accusing people of stealing. She also loves to come over while you're using self checkout to make sure you’re scanning everything. Today, I went to return an item that had been opened. I disliked it & since Target’s return policy states you can bring back an open item, I brought it back. She asked why I needed to return & then said it was ridiculous that I would return it after opening because they can no longer put in on the shelf. Someone needs to look into this employee, please. There have actually been multiple people who have had issues. She has been discussed in a local Facebook group too. Totally uncalled for behavior & she needs to learn customer service skills if she continues to be here.

I went to this location do a grocery order like I have done several times before, and the new cashier lady didn’t understand how it worked because it was a tax exempt order so she has to scan barcode, so since she didn’t understand she called some big rude blonde lady over to help her and she argued me down telling me I needed a specific phone number to make the order tax exempt!? And I tried to explain to her that I never have to use a phone number for the customer because I have this specific barcode for the cashier to scan and she kept telling me no! No! No! And had a very bad attitude, And I went back and forth with her so then I told her to put my things to the side so I can contact the company I’m delivering for, and she proceed to go tell another associate and that associate came over to me to see what’s the issue and I explained and she totally understood so I had to get back and line and do the process all over again and I didn’t have to use a phone number like I said and I checked out finally! And went about my day but I must say that manager lady whoever she is she is very rude, and argumentative for no reason! Lady get some help! And she didn’t even apologize for being wrong all along! I never wanna use this location to shop for a order again!

Never in my lifetime have I given a 1 star review for a Target but due to the customer service and deplorable restroom conditions I must. Not sure if it is under new management but go to the Germantown location instead.

Love this store and normally the pickup employees are outstanding and courteous. However today, there are two young men working pickup that are very slow, and when they bring out the orders, they take forever to sort them in parking lot. I’ve been waiting about 15 mins and they’ve made 3 trips inside for orders and there aren’t that many cars waiting.

Reasonable well organized, although the entire company starts to feel a bit long in the tooth. Ordered an item for pickup at 11PM, and it was promptly ready at the front desk the next morning when I dropped by. The ever present Starbucks in the front seems as nice as average, but nothing special.

Target has some of the nicest employees ever. I especially love using Target's drive-up. It is amazing how quickly my order is ready shortly after I place it and even more amazing that the employees are out to my car in no time at all. I was impressed that the Target in Collierville used a small, plastic kiddie pool during the big snow in February to take the items out to awaiting cars.

Today at outdoor garden items at the back of the store is marked 70% off in big yellow boards and I have picked few items and at checkout the cashier at 50% and called over a lady ( who monitoring self checkouts) to check it out! She asked me to accompany to the back to the store to show the signs to her and when there she just ripped out the signs of 70% and walked away!!!How rude can it be wasting others time and energy!!!Colliervile -38017 TN

Driveup and pick up is super easy. Order then get a notification shortly after that it is ready. Convenience of service and quality employees. My order has never been wrong and 99% of the time everything is in stock. TIP: YOU MUST USE THE APP TO GET THE DRIVE UP OPTION.

The store service was horrible! This location don't even recognize the discount or coupons provided by their company app. When I called , a lady representative was very rude and disrespectful. I was a afraid that I might not receive the item ordered. This store location needs to retrained on customer service. Also, when arriving don’t expect a representative to assist when assistance is needed. They will walk pass and act like you are not even there.
