Terrible produce, and so many basics that are often out of stock. Kroger corporate knows they are selling expired produce (see the onions below… every single one is rotten, and there were other entire bins of rotten onions). They try to make money off selling expired produce (there's an entire Reddit thread started by Kroger Produce employees about this very fact). I always get home with something rotten from the produce section. Never enough checkers and baggers at the checkout, etc.

Management has been working hard to make sure team members are nice and friendly to the customers. However, it only takes one person to ruin your day. Chase at the self checkout is rude and disrespectful.

Pothole city, no available date to fix parking lot. Cashier's are ringing up items twice and also they will forget to put your items in the cart. So when you get home and realize they messed up again. I'm done with this location. Do better Kroger.

I found what I needed with ease. I was able to self checkout without waiting.As usual it’s a great experience. The store has changed things around. Pharmacy’s open 7 days a week. Up front far left to the entrance with the restrooms. I’ve added some photos that I took on today. I pictured some of the adjacent shops. There’s also Mc Donald’s, Zaxby’s Pyro’s Pizza, Smoothie King. Back yard burger. Just across the street. Headed south’s a Sonic.

I visited this the little clinic yesterday in a lot of pain. I had an ear infection and sore throat and was helped quickly and the pharmacy had my medication ready very fast. I told the pharmacy tech that I didn’t live in the area and I wanted to wait. She was very helpful

Do not go shopping for the week after 9pm. This store does not have checkers or baggers after 9 pm.This is second time we have gone shopping Sunday night and they have not had checkersThe manager was polite but claimed they could not hire anyoneI worked at Kroger 30 years ago as a kid. When I worked there they would pull stockers to work the register. The manager stated, they don’t do this anymore.If they don’t have checkers after 9 PM they should put a sign up, close or give a discount

Horrible “customer service” in the Clicklist department. I was running behind on my pickup today, which has never been an issue here or at any location before, the associates are always polite and accommodating.Today 6/28 at 3:22pm I got a call and the associate rudely asked did I want to cancel my order since I was behind. I informed her that we were running behind, but in the area. To which she replied “That’s why we have assigned times. You gon have to wait.”Okayyy…that’s a horrible way to treat customers…

I pulled up ro the pharmacy at 12:54 PM on Sunday, March 19, 2023, one vehicle in front of me, no vehicles behind me, and by the time I got to the window it was 1258. P.m. They pulled the shade down and went to lunch in front of me. Lunch is from 1:00 to 1:30 I guess and we SURE can’t miss that now can we? Need I say more Geez

I still wonder why I use a location where the person at the register ( Reg 6 11:45 Sunday 26 Feb 2022) makes you feel like you are forcing them against their will to do their job. I also love how there bagger bags for some and then they walk off when it’s your turn. I would use the self check out but I’m not getting a discount or paid to do their job.

2017: Very large store, good signage, plenty of parking, multiple lines, self-service available, friendly staff, clean and organized.2021 Edit: This store has gone completely downhill. Customer service only open a few hours a day. Wouldn't refund money on unopened wrong size items with receipt. No one said boo when I walked in late at night that they were about to close, then the STORE MANAGER got mad at me for shopping! Asked an employee for help, she got aggro at me for making her take her headphones off then told me *I* was being rude asking her for help! I hate this place so much I'll drive across town to go somewhere else.

This Kroger seems to be more upscale in atmosphere than the others. It has a wonderful olive bar, sushi, and cheese selection. It features organic foods and has a peanut butter maker. The is hardly a wait in any lines because the checkout personnel is attentive. They have a nice supply of outside products before going into the store. I would say this is my favorite place to shop for groceries.

Great service, clean and very accessible. The only downside is the fact they become very business during rush hour. In saying that, they try to keep as many lanes open as possible to address the problem. I suggest, if you don't have to many items, to use the self-checkout kiosks. They always have a speedy turnover.

Honestly, this location’s biggest weakness is customer service and it painfully shows. The best example is at checkout, where I personally have had to bag my own groceries during multiple different visits, while employees gossip with each other in the corner and walk around freely, I am assuming while on break.Not exactly a good look when your customers have to help the cashier do their job, and your employees apparently couldn’t care less about that or have any initiative to go that extra mile for the customer.

Place is nice but the deli department is atrocious. I've never felt like I was imposing as much as when I made an order there. First of all, no one mans the phones so don't try calling up there if you want to put in an order. And if you do get in touch with them then expect them to be aggravated that you want to buy what they are selling.

Great quality selections of produce. Neatly organized. I would give it five stars but it doesn't sell my favorite ginger beer like the other local Kroger's. Please stock cherry ginger beer by Cock 'n' Bull. 😊

Clean, great customer service, if I am looking for something I can't locate I can ask an employee which always point the customers in the correct direction.Management has improved their social skills.But most of the cashiers are very rude in need of a class on how to treat every customer with respect .This Store and it's employees attitude changed after there last store manager got transferred to another Colliville Kroger store.

Kroger is my number one shopping center. I love their rewards program and short lines. If I ever have am issue with an item I buy they are always 100% on making sure I get something better. I also love the fact that I get coupons for free items in the mail and it is always items I already use!

This store use to be great and now it's deplorable. I always order online and pick my groceries up and on several occasions they have screwed up my order. I was charged $70.00 for 1 lb of crab legs and the manager didn't want to reimburse me.

My wife left some items in a bag at the register that did not get in her basket. She called the manager, mr Nash and he had her text me the receipt and had me bring the items to the customer service counter where I could get them. The items totaled less than $10 and I had another $30 plus to purchase. The customer service counter clerk couldn’t care less if Mr. Nash or the president had told us to come get the items, and when I showed her the receipt on my phone she said it had to be the “original paper receipt” . I love Kroger and worked for them while in high school and college but this is the second time in a month I had a less than pleasant customer service experience in this store. Mr. Nash apologized to my wife when she called back and she said he was very nice, but if they can’t deliver customer service they should close the customer service counter. We now have choices to buy groceries and I will make sure I use the other choices! I gave one star because no stars weren’t an option. Merry Christmas 🎄!

I went to Kroger to purchase a birthday cake. The customer service by the Caucasian employee in the bakery was horrible! She was so rude and unprofessional, my daughter and I just left the store. I definitely won’t be spending anymore money in this store and I’m gonna make sure I spread the word as well!

Make sure to always check your order at the deli before leaving. They tend to slice the wrong amount or slice the meat with the plastic still intact. Very limited selection in the bakery and meat department but they do have a decent organic section.

I was so disappointed in the behavior and lack of staff knowing how to talk to customers in Kroger's deli department on Houston Levee/ Collierville. A young lady that work in the deli department answered the phone to take my order and had no customer service skill what so ever. While giving my order as she asked instead of saying excuse me or I apology and she yells "Hold up Hold up" and say the cook is booked up. She didn't recommend I call another kroger or nothing. Just we booked up. I just hung up and said ok thank you
