Claridge is awesome! When we first moved here, we boarded our dogs at a very well known and highly reviewed kennel in Memphis. Our dogs were completely traumatized by the experience and both needed vet visits upon our return resulting in nearly a $1000 bill to get them back to feeling better. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous about boarding anywhere ever again. However, we decided to give Claridge a trial run for a long weekend a few months ago and both our English bulldog and French bulldog did amazingly well. We boarded again over spring break for 9 days and came home to happy and healthy dogs! Sweet relief! We won’t be going anywhere else for future travels. We highly recommend Claridge. The staff genuinely seem to care and are always prompt with a response while away. Thanks to all! You guys rock!

My yorkie had been on the waitlist for grooming since December 2023. I’ve called last week twice and left voicemails and never received a callback. Call today to check status and they are booked through 2024. EXCUSE ME!!!! Please explain how you go from WAITLIST to booked the entire year of 2024. RIDICULOUS

My dog’s second home. My sweet boy has been going to the Claridge for 8 years now and he loves it. They have treated my dog so well and have taken great care of him the many times I’ve had to board him there. When I was active duty they were very understanding and helpful when running late to pick him due to my unstable schedule. They always did their best to accommodate my schedule and be able to care for my baby while I was away. My dog loves it there so much it takes my a while to get him in the car when I pick him up because he wants to go back inside. I can tell by his reaction that he is treated well and loved by the staff. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and have been awesome during this crazy year of Covid. I enjoy the many fun activities they plan for the furry babies and always send videos of pictures of my baby during special events. The Claridge Pet Resort has been my babies favorite place when he’s not home. They provide great service, love our babies and care for them like their own. I highly recommend this facility to all dog owners.

I have been going here for over a year, but now they will no longer be getting my business. If I could give them less than one star I would.The scheduling is a joke. You have to wait months in order for your dog to be seen and if you don’t schedule the day after your pet has been seen there’s a chance you won’t get in for a good 4 months.I scheduled my dogs appointment in December for the end of January, however, there was a snowstorm, so THEY canceled my appointment and did not reschedule it. Once I called to make an another appointment, they told me that my dog would not be seen until April. So I made a FULL grooming appointment for her in APRIL but then I then decided to make an additional “partial grooming” appointment as well in between that time frame (January- April) so she wouldn’t go 4 and a half months without getting groomed.Unfortunately, I had to cancel that appointment because of a scheduling conflict I had.The receptionist then said to me in a very condescending tone “if you’re going to cancel your dog’s appointment again then you need to let us know ahead of time so Chris can book that appointment”. Which I didn’t even cancel the first one in the first place and even if I did, canceling 3 grooming appointments in a over a year shouldn’t be a big deal and the customer shouldn’t feel guilty about that either.I told her I wasn’t canceling her full grooming appointment I was just canceling her partial grooming appointment because I couldn’t make it. So her original appointment for April should still be in the books.Fast forward to April, I called to confirm my dog’s appointment and THEY CANCELED MY DOGS APPOINTMENT WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!The lady told me that Chris (the groomer) was “done working with me and my dog because of the cancellations”.She said “well since you canceled her partial grooming appointment I assumed you wanted to cancel the other appointment too”.Not once did I ever say to cancel her main grooming appointment after waiting for MONTHS for that appointment.The disrespect they show their customers and the fact that they try to blame their customers for their mistakes is truly unacceptable, unbelievable and disgusting. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will never go back.

I have been taking my Bax (Baxter) to Claridge since 2018. We absolutely love the place! I’ll enroll him in daycare and grooming about once or twice a month. It’s great social interaction for the pups. We always book for boarding if we go out of town. Emily is awesome! All of the staff are super friendly, and responsible. Chris (the groomer) does a great job with Baxter. He always leaves clean and handsome. Claridge is your best bet for your fur babies! Highly recommended!

We have been sending our dogs to the Claridge for daycare and boarding for the past four years and my dogs (and my husband and I) love everything about this place! The facility is top notch and dogs are boarded in private rooms, not cages. And, while boarding, my dogs also attend daycare during the day so I know they're having a great time and getting plenty of exercise and energy out - they enjoy their vacation at the Claridge as much as we enjoy our vacation (and I can always relax and not give my dogs a second thought because I know they're in great hands)! My dogs also attend daycare at least once a week and they get so excited about going - we can't even say "Claridge" in our house in front of them unless we're planning to take them. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they obviously love dogs! The daycare even has themed holiday events for the dogs like a Halloween party (with a costume contest!), Valentine's day party, pictures with Santa, etc. I could not recommend the Claridge more highly! We wouldn't even consider sending our dogs anywhere else.

We love Claridge Pet Resort! We have been going to Claridge for many years and all of our dogs love it there. The accommodations are so nice. Dogs staying at Claridge get more one-on-one time with the staff than they do at other boarding facilities. They also offer more ways to customize your dog's daily schedule while staying there. The staff at Claridge Pet Resort has always gone above and beyond to meet the needs of our dogs.

Claridge Pet Resort is the ONLY place we would leave our 3 pups. They care about each dog as if they were their own. Claridge knows the owners AND the animals personally. My favorite part is they celebrate every holiday with the dogs and cats just as if they were small children. They take pictures with Santa, donuts with dads, and have dress up contests on a regular basis. Our whole family LOVES Claridge!!

I am so surprised to see negative reviews on the Claridge Pet Resort. I just want to weigh in here because my dogs have had the best possible experience. I have two rescue dogs both that had big issues when we first adopted them. The first dog had been abused and was fairly anti-social and scared of everything. Also very protective of us so I was worried how he would do at day care or overnight. He loves going to Claridge. My second dog is a fairly recent rescue. When we first brought him into our home he was a nervous wreck. He settled in but I was extremely worried about what would happen if I had to send him to day care. As it turns out, a situation presented itself that I now have to send them both every day for at least the next month. Today the two of them were so excited when I said "get in the car", it is time to go to the Pet Resort. When I dropped them off..they couldn't get out of the car fast enough and were extremely happy to see the staff. They come home after the day and are actually happier then when I leave them alone during the day. The care they get is amazing. The staff knows all the dogs personally and is always so gracious when I call with a last minute request. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for day care or for overnight, longer term stays. My dogs love them! So...from Rhody and Mikey...they say give Claridge Pet Resort 10 stars... if you could!

As the owner of a very white and very messy Havanese, I shudder to imagine what Yeti would like like without Claridge. The staff is wonderful about scheduling and reminding you of upcoming appointments. Chris, their groomer, is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He listens to your concerns and continues to fine tune the grooming experience the longer he works with you and your dog. I will never go anywhere else for grooming!

We (our fur babies especially) have really loved Claridge! They take excellent care of our pups! Our Golden-doodles are always excited to get in the car to go see their friends!!! Haha! It says a lot that they leap out of the car and run in fast every time. I think we have been clients for around 6 years!l

OK guys so I know I already posted about Chris and the entire team at ClaRidge pet resort in Collierville but I wanted to show you proof on the left is my wonderful Walter pre-grooming. He looked like a woolly mammoth on the right you’ll see Walter after Chris did his magic. He looks like a standard poodle again yeahhhhh! he’s beautiful so the last time I post it I failed to put my pictures up and I wanted to make sure you guys saw how magnificent the before and after shots are my dog is still amazing but I had to show you the work because if an artist can’t display his work. No one will ever see how amazing an artist is and Chris is an artist everybody, if you have a timid dog or a rambunctious, dog or whatever dog, Chris is great , Walter is my service dog. So Chris took him first to minimize the time that he would be away from me which how wonderful is that this place is great guys. Just wanted to show you have a great day everybody Tanya

We have been taking our fur baby to The Claridge Pet Resort for a few years now and he absolutely loves it. To say that our hyper, happy, huge 2 year old labradoodle is happy there is an understatement. When we say “let’s go to daycare” he gets SO excited! During COVID for curbside, they walk out the door calling him by name, and he darts to the door and never looks back. He comes home totally exhausted and clean! He is never muddy even on rainy days - big plus for me. In addition, they have the BEST holiday parties for our babies all year long - even pictures with Santa. They send home some precious gifts.The groomer, Chris, is absolutely amazing and kind. It is apparent he loves his work as it is reflected in a returned happy, handsome dog. ❤️ Thank you, Chris!We also use The Claridge for boarding. Love it! I’ve recommended them to others who also go there regularly. They do everything I ask them - happily. I do wish they had cameras tho because I love to watch how my dog interacts with other dogs. So I text them and they send a video, picture, whatever you want. Always! Everyday even! It works. I can’t say enough good things . Thanks Claridge for doing what you love to do and taking such great care of our fur babies. I wouldn’t go any place else.

We are celebrating 10 years of being loyal customers to the Claridge Pet Resort. There really is no other place for us to entrust our beloved bichon. They took great care of our Bulldog and loved him like it was their own dog, Rider is no longer with us but he was so excited to go to daycare and even stay in the VIP suite for an extended stay. Our Bichon gets the royal treatment on grooming days when she comes out looking like a show dog! It’s really a one stop shop for us which makes things easy especially with the wonderful staff. Everyone treats each dog like a family. which is why I will be a long life customer.

Claridge Pet Resort was the final salvation of our 1year old very high drive Aussie puppy. Even after high quality board and train, our baby was still high drive and hard to control at times. Claridge was recommended and we began taking Ruger two times a week last summer. The staff is just precious, but they are excellent at their profession. They kept working with Ruger to better socialize him to playing with all kinds of dogs, planned various activities to stimulate him mentally, and of course, pool play, his very favorite. We gave him groomed there, and Chris has done amazing things to get our puppy on board with grooming. I can even brush his teeth now, lol. Then we have had Ruger stay several times now for trips my family and I have taken. The staff send me pictures, communicate his play, and when I pick him up, he’s happy, clean, and ready now to see his family again. If it’s a birthday, they remember it. If it’s it’s a holiday, they plan a party, decorate, and do fun things with your dogs. They are VERY attentive to any allergies or special needs (like slow feeders for my dog).I don’t worry when he’s with them. The daycare schedule during the week is perfect to me: 9-12 play, 12-1 rest and lunch, 1-4 play. Can drop off starting at 7 and pick up by 4-6 in the afternoon. Excellent care, you won’t be sorry you chose Claridge!!!! :-)

Have had the best experience with the staff and environment. The staff has absolutely some of the friendliest people. My dog is a best special and they have always taken such great care of him and treated him as if he is one of their own. They always take special care to send him home with the cutest bandanna and special treats. I can not say enough about how much we love it there!!!

We are beyond thankful for Claridge! Claridge is our doodle’s 2nd home. We use their daycare, boarding, and grooming services. Chris is the best groomer hands down. When we discovered Chris it was after a horrible grooming and he made her look amazing. Our doodle recently was there for 2 weeks and it was great knowing she was loved on and having fun. Poppy gives Claridge 2 paws up!

Since Covid started I have struggle with multiple groomers since my favorite groomer left the place I used to go to. After three different businesses canceled my appointment after waiting weeks for it I called them. I had 0 problems everyone was nice and courteous and to my delighted surprise my favorite groomer who left my original spot was there so I knew my Sheltie was going to be in great hands. Everyone there is amazing and true dog lovers.

I have been bringing both my dogs to Claridge Pet Resort for two years and they have always been great with my dogs. My little dog Rudy will turn 16 next week and they really pay attention to him and make sure he is ok while I am gone. Koda my husky is looked after very well and they are always clean , happy and smell good when I pick them up. I really appreciate this place and know that I do not have to worry about my pets while I am out of town! The groomer is fantastic as well!!!! I have used the grooming services a few times and I am always very pleased on how cute Rudy is when he is done!!!!!

I take my dog for both daycare and boarding. She absolutely loves it! She cannot get out of the car fast enough when we arrive. She gets a full day of play when she otherwise would have to be in her kennel. She comes home worn out and happy. Claridge is the only place I trust to board my dog as well. She is well fed and receives lots of love and attention from the staff. We love it!

Our pup has been to this facility twice now. It is clean and well run. The first trip was for a full week and she came back very happy. This time was only a couple of nights but she was very excited to go into the facility when we arrived. The staff is friendly and they treat the animals like clients not just animals. I wanted to give 4.5 stars as I never do a 5 but this format will not allow it. The only thing I would like to have had was some sort of video of the play time or something. But overall very nice. I'm sure we will use their service again.

My dog, Eli, stayed at Claridge from July 1- July 9th. The drop off was organized and professional. I had total confidence in the care that I would receive. Eli has been very sick for awhile and we couldn’t board him. This was his first time away. They gave him his AM and PM meds. He came home without any issues. He also celebrated his 5th Birthday while he was there. We bought him a special birthday cupcake cookie. They gave it to him on his special day and took a video and shared it with us. We were so happy to see that! I would definitely recommend Claridge!

We love boarding our two dogs here. The lil doggies drag us in when we pull up and greet all the employees. If we have a last minute trip and can not get into Claridge Pet Resort, and we board else where it is the other way around. We are dragging the lil doggies in and we are greeting the employees. Bella and Lady love love love Claridge Pet Resort! Thank You Claridge for loving my two doggies!

I brought my two dogs here to stay while I went on a 10 day vacation. One of my dogs needed her medicine every day, twice a day. When I got there to pick them up, I found out they had been giving medication to the wrong dog the entire time. Side note- the dogs don't look anything alike.. One is white and a male and the other is brown and a female. I had verbally given specific instructions before I left AND even wrote a note saying who got the medicine. This is not only a very careless mistake on their part, but it could have been extremely dangerous to my pets. For what this facility charges, I would expect top of the line care. Needless to say, my dogs will not be staying here again.
