I would never recommend this company to anyone. They claim that they do custom work-just call them. Well, I went in with a friend, discussed four products with Debbie and she assured us that she would email proofs. They never came. After many calls that went straight to voice mail, I went in. I was told that they were too busy to return my calls. They claimed that the electric went out, a machine broke and that there was a family emergency-- everything but the dog ate my home work. They do not keep their promises and will ignore you. Two little girls will not receive their personalized gifts. Very poor customer service and no accountability. No matter what reason was given, a call, text or email about the situation could have been given. There is no excuse to ignore customers. And if the power is down and no work can be done for over 2 days, then Debbie had ample time to notify customers. I trusted them and they failed my friend and I. And they didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. They acted as if we were wrong to expect them to honor their commitments and to be courteous. We were left hanging. The holiday stress brings out the worst in this company. Christmas orders are time sensitive-- especially if they have to be mailed.

Wow great service by Debbie the owner and staff. We had nothing but a positive experience. The products we ordered were perfect, delivery as promised and pleasant people when I had to call in.
