Did such an amazing job on my sons Birthday cake!!!! Everything was perfect as ordered and delicious. I’ve ordered birthday cakes from many different bakery’s in this town and this one by far is the best. The lady’s were nice and helpful as well! Will be back.

I’m giving this 3 stars due to how clean the store is each time I’ve visited. This is the first Publix I’ve been to where I’ve encountered a very unpleasant employee. I first encountered this young woman back in December of 2023 to pick up an order I had purchased online ahead of time for my child’s birthday. I arrived timely for my pick up time, and the young woman who had handed me my item seemed irritated from the get go. I was polite nonetheless, and kindly asked if she would write Happy Birthday on it with my child’s name. She gave me such a nasty look as if I was asking far too much out of her, yet there I was still trying to be kind. I knew the store was busy and made sure to be courteous because maybe she was having a bad day so I shrugged it off and didn’t take it personal. Last night my family and I stopped in for some last minute items and I saw that the bakery was out of cookie cake (which I only purchase from this store by the way. It’s the best!). The same particular young woman appeared to be the only bakery employee visible so I approached her and kindly asked her if they happened to have any cookie cake in the back. She said no very quickly with an unpleasant look on her face. I proceeded to ask when they receive their shipments, and she rudely responded with, “I don’t know” which I found strange considering at this point, this young woman seems to have been working there since my last encounter with her back in December. At this point I knew that this young woman simply has a bad attitude and must despise her job, or maybe she has a vendetta against me for whatever reason. I’m not sure but it’s quite unsettling. To make matters worse, she didn’t hesitate to eyeball my husband quite boldly the entire time we shopped the bakery, deli, and fresh produce section. Not sure what her deal is, but rest assured I’ll be sure to talk to management directly in her presence the next time I visit if she proceeds to act like this again.

I love this store. I wish it was so expensive, but I support their company. They always have extensive varieties of foods and drinks, many of which you can't find anywhere else. Their bakery and desserts case are always full of amazing desserts and breads, most of which are made in-house from scratch. I go to Publix when I want quality, variety, and new. Their deli is amazing with fresh made foods and drinks. I just love it all. Highly recommend shopping here whenever you can afford to pay a little extra because it's worth it.They were out of Fritos bean dip this last trip I made, but I tried 2 other stores, and they were out too, so I'm guessing it wasn't Publix at fault there.

This store never can complete deli or bakery orders. They’ve had to cancel my orders so many times and always find out last minute. Once I showed up for my birthday party order on the day of birthday and they didn’t have it ready by requested time a month ahead & all. This is horrible customer service and I am over it! Go to the Publix is Ooltewah they can always give you what’s needed. I spoke with Clayton he’s of no help he said order a head of time and I told him it’s always ahead of time and gets canceled and he said no that’s only during special holidays like football…. I love football but didn’t know it was a holiday! They said the high demand but in MIAMI that has WAY HIGHER DEMAND as long as you ordered 24hr in advance you got what you wanted. So you’re telling me in Cleveland TN on a none holiday weekend they are too busy to complete an order placed a week in advance ? Horrible!

This was my first time at Publix visiting friends for the Holidays.Every Staff Member is so friendly and helpful.I Donna in the Fresh Seafood area.She made these amazing Tiger Shrimp and Scallops entrée with Artichoke Hearts, Fresh Garlic. Spinach & Sundried Tomatoes.It was delicious! My College Buddies loved it.The store is so nice and clean.Fully stocked and well organized 👌 👏 👍

We drove from Murphy, NC to get our Publix deli fix. Sorry to say, not so good. We ordered 2 sandwiches ahead and they were ready on time. My wife always orders the chicken tender sub and sorry to say, it's nothing like we used to get in Florida. Tenders weren't chopped up into bite sized pieces and there was very little sauce on them. I had an Ultimate and it seemed off also. Maybe they didn't use Boar's Head, I don't know. We also wanted an 8 piece chicken to take home and snack on. Well, they were out! At 2pm , a half hour wait, nope. I'm not sure if Publix has different standards in Tennessee, but this was not the experience we had been used to for many years in Florida.

I order from the deli often. They are usually pretty busy, but still friendly and courteous. If they are out of something they will start making it( fried foods) and tell you how long it’s going to take. I love the store, staff and food.

It was my first visit to a Publix. Nice store. Did suffer a bit of sticker shock. Their prices are more like big city prices rather than a rural community. We went because they had a great leader item. They had prime rib roasts for $6.99 per pound. Sadly, they did not have a sign posted saying there was a two roast limit, but were held to it at the register.

I have been shopping here for years and now I have made the decision to never go back. There are to many stores to shop at rather than deal with a manager who will put people ahead of me in line and cut me off as I'm trying to walk out of the exit door. There are better stores with better management. Considering this manager has done this to me multiple times, it seems like it's more of an act of discrimination.

Have been shopping Publix for 30 years. Always clean, staff are always cheerful and helpful. Variety of foods is good. Terrific bakery, especially their cakes and specialty pies. Great freshly baked breads, and the nicest produce you can find. Of course, you do get what pay for.

Better selection of smoked salmon and sushi than other grocery stores. Deli food is amazing, but beware - even if you call ahead an order, they won't make it until you're already there. Called an order in and 10 minutes later came in and it wasn't prepared. Took 30 minutes to make a footlong sub.

I’m a long time Publix customer. I have always liked the company and patronize them whenever I can. The Paul Huff location in N. Cleveland lives up to the name.All the employees I’ve had the pleasure of more than a few words with have been delightful and helpful and have treated my family and me with the greatest customer service. If you need groceries in N. Cleveland, go to Publix.

3 managers standing at the front gabbing away while my cashier, a little old lady, bags her own stuff, on Super Bowl Sunday while the store is packed. In my opinion they should immediately be demoted. You do not have leaders working for you. You have entitled, self-centered people managing. I even said something and two of the female managers heard and looked at me and walked away. Not to mention not having every lane open.

I just left the store and have never shopped at this location before. I was extremely impressed with the assortment of flowers and balloons. It was clean like all Publix stores are, and I could find things easily. However, when I went to self check out, the man stood over me like I was about to steal some thing. It made me very uncomfortable to the point where I slowly rang up each item. And when I rang up my cilantro, I held the bag up so he could see there was really only one. He did not talk to me, greet Me, askme if I needed any assistance. Just hovered. It was a very uncomfortable situation.

I I came in looking for some Nutella cookies today and couldn’t find them. Without even asking, a tall man named Scott asked if I needed any help and showed me where they were. While doing so, he asked me how my day was and showed genuine interest. It turned a boring day into a great one. I will continue to go to this Publix because of things like this.

I like publix but it is so much more expensive than food city or food lion. Since its close if I just need 2 or three things I'll run in there but if I'm buying for a week or more I'll go to food city. Plus at food city I dont have to unload my cart at the register. What I don't like is star bucks and not enough handicap parking. They gave several spaces to those people who shop for other people. Why do they need special parking? Every business has to have a certain percentage of handicap spaces per total parking and Food City doesn't meet that number.

John from customer service really made my day, not going to go in detail but he was the answer to my prayer and he helped me and gave me relief with me not being from this area and not knowing where to go or what to do he was there to save the day I would recommend to anyone to come here very clean, organized, nice, best place to go even if it just to have a better day!

This was my first time going to Publix. I received a gift card before Thanksgiving from my employer. The store targets people with certain desires. For me, it was very crowded with higher prices on everything. It is a nice store but not for me.

We have to keep the Franchize owners' pockets bulging if we want to eat healthy.It's too bad, bc my God has no pb giving out the very best sruff for free.So.......sigh....Publix has some really must-have and fantastic food choices in there. Produce appears to be so extra fresh. Ppl behind the food counter makes special efforts to serve not only quality foods but high-level quality service.All healthy eaters just have to visit the Ooltewah location at least once. At least once. Mosey over to the deli and order the chicken sub if it fancies you and says, "Shopping is a pleasure 1954".Oh, and don't forget to sign up for a rewards card bc they actually have those ooohhh lol they actually got those. My best friend recently got married nearby and we used this location to order flowers as well as two cakes from the bakery. We were BLOWN AWAY at how beautiful and tasty the cakes were! Delivery was right on time and the couple were ecstatic with the final product. Management was also so helpful in ordering the florals for us from placing the order all the way until pickup. The flowers were so fresh and beautiful when we picked them up. I cannot thank the managers here as well as the bakery team for everything they did for us that weekend.We are so grateful for all of you!
