Every aspect of this place is top notch. Riley’s is the ideal construct of a small American business. Quality, selection, service, are first-class. Very trendy chic boutique with an amazing variety of healthy food and treats. High quality toys and accessories as well. By far the best groomer and pet photographer in the mid-state. Clarksville is lucky to have them. The pictures are before/after grooming.

Riley’s is the BEST pet store in Clarksville! No one can beat the knowledge and investment every single employee has in your pup! We get dog food, natural chews, and treats there and my boys have never been happier or healthier.And a special shoutout to Taitum!! She grooms both of my dogs- an Aussie and Malinois/Malamute mix. They’re big, fluffy dogs and she crushes it every time whether it’s a normal bath/de-shed or a full cut. Such a personal experience and I can tell she really cares about what she does and the dogs she grooms. My boys look amazing after every visit!!

We love Riley’s! We get our Charlie groomed there and he’s always excited when we pull in the parking lot. They are our go to for treats and they have the best durable toys. We’ve also had portraits done twice with Ashlea and they’ve turned out amazing! She works wonders with some very uncooperative (at times) and stubborn dachshunds. We’ve also done a puppy class with them and we all learned a lot. Best of all, everyone who works there is always friendly and welcoming! They know our pups’ names and our names and they always greet us as soon as we walk in the door! Thanks for being our favorite neighborhood pet store!!!!

Been looking for a good groomer in Clarksville for a few years, since ours left the state. Had our baby groomed at another establishment a few weeks ago and it was a horrible experience. Contacted Riley's pet market last week and took our pup yesterday for his first appointment and they are fantastic 😍. Our fur baby has never looked better. The groomer, Taylor, is the best. She did a fantastic job grooming Nick......he has never looked better. We immediately made our next appointment for the 22nd of April and wish to have Nick groomed every 6-7 weeks. Thank you Riley's Pet Market and Thank you Taylor. You all took wonderful care of our Nick and did a fantastic job with him.

I took my dog Bo there today for the first time. We enjoyed it very much. The staff were super nice and as picky as my dog is he actually picked out a few chews he really enjoyed. I definitely will be going back, and by these photos, Bo highly recommends the salmon chew bones! He absolutely loves it and they are rawhide free! He has ran and played and chewed on it all afternoon. Now is passed out sleeping ❤ Im hoping to try their grooming soon as Bo really needs it hahah Definitely recommend giving this place a try if you havent been

So extremely knowledgeable and kind hearted. You pay for what you get too quality dog food. Not to mention the grooming services. They WILL take care of your dog as if it’s their own! One day of our life is 1 week in a dogs life. Make it worthwhile and feed them good food from Riley’s.

Wow🤩! I just had my boy groomed here today and can I say I have never felt this at ease about leaving my dog at the groomers🧘‍♀️. From the moment I walked in everything was clean and organized and I was greeted with smiling faces😁. And it only took about an hour, I have gone other places and it takes well over 3 hours. When I picked him up he smelled good and was a happy boy😊. He wasn’t dying to leave like other places we have been. The staff were very helpful, I had some concerns about my dog and they gave me helpful information. I love this place!💜 definitely will return and highly recommend Riley’s for your pet goodies and grooming needs. And they offer bow ties ☺️

I have a long hair corgi so when he hasn’t been groomed recently, he loses his “corgi butt” and shape. Yesterday, the groomer did an absolutely beautiful job with his cut and his coat felt amazing. Plus, he was so happy to be there and the staff was incredibly friendly.While I was waiting, I overheard one of the girls at the front desk asking a customer how her dog was doing since a recent medical diagnosis, it means so much to customers when a staff member remembers things like that and checks in. They definitely care about their customers and it shows!

Riley’s Pet Market is the best pet store. Their employees and owners are welcoming and helpful. They greet the dogs with smiles and body scratches. They have treats readily available to give to the pups as they walk through the door. We don’t go anywhere else!

Always take my pup here for nail trims. Excellent service. Won’t go anywhere else. Tatum took my pup’s overgrown nails back to a much better length and took her time doing so. I could tell he feels so much better, and as a result, so do I!

Riley’s is my favorite place to shop for my furbaby. They always great us with a smile and remember my dog’s name. They carry high quality products that my dog adores. The raw bar is a hit for our babies. I have had my dogs photos done twice at Riley’s. I was stunned by Ashlea’s ability to capture the perfect moment. It’s nice to have somewhere local to shop for high quality treats, toys, food and photography for our furry families.

This was my first time taking my dog, Chance, to get his haircut and they exceeded my expectations!! I loved his haircut. It doesn’t take forever for them to do his hair and the price is reasonable. LOVE IT ! Definitely gained a new customer. I will be returning. I’m so happy to finally find a place for him to get his hair cut after my first horror experience from another place.

My favorite place to get anything for my dog. They know my dogs name whether she is with me or not and it feels like an amazing family. Great selection of toys, treats, good food for your 4 legged friends. The only place I get her groomed and she even leaves with a bandana most of the time. We love Riley’s! Their selection is awesome and we love the staff! Our dogs do not get ear infections anymore since we upgraded their dog food. Our dogs love the fresh treats and they’ve been able to try new things you can’t find at petsmart and other pet stores. We’ve used their grooming service before. I’ll be making two appointments later this afternoon for two grooming appointments!

I take my dog, Lucy, there for grooming. They are always excellent with her and she always looks fantastic when I get her back. I’m writing this review is because the groomer had a death in the family, and she had to cancel Lucy‘s groom. Instead of pushing my dog back several weeks, she elected to open early and “catch up“ on grooms that she had to cancel because of a death in her family. This was super kind and completely unnecessary, but just shows what type of employees they have and the care they have for their customers. Because of this, I will not stop recommending Riley’s’s pet market.

Today was the first time taking our GSD there for a bath and he absolutely loved them and did so good. At first we wasn't sure how Jake would do the first time there but they was extremely good to him and showed him so much love and care and for that my husband and I are extremely grateful. We will most definitely be taking our Jake their again.

I recently booked a full grooming appointment for my Australian Shepherd. This was our first grooming appointment in Clarksville and visiting this store. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The groomer allowed me to walk back with my nervous pup, which I was never allowed to do at other groomers. I definitely felt comfort in that gesture. When we picked her up she looked perfect, the photo I had shown him and my concern for her fluffy butt were heard. We can’t wait for our second aussie’s appointment!10/10 would recommend.

Riley's is my favorite local pet place for grooming and buying other things like clothes for my dog. Sofia loves it there too. I'm anxious to try their photo session as I've seen some beautiful work from them. Highly recommend Riley's.
