I was searching for a great groomer to groom my sweet Gabby… I will look no further I have found the best!!! She did exactly what I ask her to do…@ a great price!!! My Gabby looks amazing!!! Thank you Mikki YOU are our number 1 groomer!!!

Very friendly service I know it may not seem like a big deal but they remembered both of my pups name just after the first visit with them. They are always happy to answer any questions and if they don’t have what you are looking for they will happily try to help source it. We are definitely glad to have a pet store so close to home that sincerely cares for pets and will definitely be coming here for all our pet needs!

The owner of this place is a puppy mill and uses this store as a front to look legit.It's only been open a year and all the 1 stars reflect that fact..She was removed from my 28k Tibetan Mastiff group for stealing and flipping other breeders dogs.She's currently in possession of stolen dogs and helped the felon Langston Campbell scam a lot of people in the dog community and his current kidnapping case..Not to mention stealing $1200 from me as well..Don't fund this!

Shop smelled like feces and rodent urine. Very little stock in the aquariums. Most tanks empty and not well taken care of. Fish being sold as fish they were not and clearly mislabeled. No fish food. No merchandise. One reptile.

This place is definitely not fancy but I have bought several fish and plants for my fish tank and all have done well. All have been healthy with no issues. I’m not super familiar with prices of fish in other stores but Mikki’s prices seem reasonable. They only charge $1.78 for neons which I priced elsewhere at over $3 a piece. They are just getting started and I see improvements each time I go in.

I called groomer on Tuesday and asked if they had availability tomorrow, which was Wednesday September 6, 2023. He said yes and when I asked about price he said the groomer has to give price. When I arrived at 10:05am when I was told the groomer would be there and she dropped off her husband and left to take a child to daycare. I asked about the price again and was told the groomer would have to give me a price. I had to leave and could not wait. I ask them to bath them (which most groomer/bather) is ears, anal glands, and nail trim) I had already clipped my dogs before arriving. I said if there was a stray hair they could cut it. I asked for my springer to have his feet done also. Not sure why he put my dogs medical information on here because does not pertain to the bath( almost hippa violation of human). I explained specifically that Milo had a bad ear infection and to not clean his ears because the vet put medication in them and not to clean for 30 days. When I left I did not have a set price on how much it would cost. So when Curtis said I had an agreed upon price before leaving is not true. What was my fault is I did not get a price before leaving which I felt gave them opportunity to charge higher price. I received a voice message at 12:08 pm to pick up my dogs. I did not realize they called because I was working with some people at my house. When I saw the message I headed out and they proceeded to call and text again. If you look at his receipt it will show a time of 1:38 pm. Curtis keeps saying over two hours. I call produce the voice date and time as proof if he allows to post his number. I quickly looked at the dogs and they looked ok. I went to pay with office staff and granted I still was never quoted a price. The office girl sad 50 a dog. I stated my groomer would charge that amount if I was having the dogs clipped and bathed. Curtis stated they trim (I guess feet trim) but they never clipped or trimmed my other dogs, if they had the buttocks would not have had poop on it and buttocks would behave been clean. Now Curtis was some where else in the store. I never asked for face trims I said if there was hair out of place they can trim it but I had clipped them. I never once said I was not paying, but was questioning how they got to 50 dollars a dog. That is when the girl said she would call Mikki and was on the phone with her in the back room. Curtis walked over and I said, “I am not trying to offend your work but the amount for the baths did not appear to match the work done”. That is all he would allow me to say because he kept interrupting me and yelled to get out. I was paying while he said get out of his shop because the girl came back in and said 40 and I said ok. I never raised my voice or said anything that I was not paying. Curtis if you have a video camera in your shop, by all means I give you permission to post the real video and not alternated one. Curtis did not even know the girl was talking to Mikki and he was kicking me out. I try to explain if she was a licensed groomer I would understand the price but he got even angrier and yelling for me to leave for paying the bill. I stayed to pay the bill. I asked what was making him so upset that we cannot talk about it. Curtis claims I was the angry rude customer but I never ever said a mean thing to his employees or him. I was rushed out of the store before noticing my dog still had poop on his butt.

Came in for the first time hoping for a local feed store. I own a private exotic farm, and raise zoo quality exotic animals- so it would be great to have a local feed & pet store… unfortunately… this is what I found. My standards for cleanliness are high- but this… this was neglect… I’m not sure if USDA has been out to inspect, but when they do come, this place wont last past the first inspection.. Hopefully these conditions improve drastically and quickly.EDIT: I’m not sure how to reply- but I don’t know what you’re referring to with the goat. I don’t have or sell angora goats. I have 3 goats, but they are personal pets. Overall- the video here speaks for itself. I don’t care about you not being a feed store- it was the condition of the animals in your care. It also doesn’t matter that you’re new and under construction- if you can’t properly care for the animals while you’re under construction, then you shouldn’t have them until you can properly provide them with care.Not looking to argue. As I said previously- the video speaks for itself. If you’re going to have animals, please ensure they are cared for.

So happy to have found this place. We were on the road trail riding. The owners had just closed for the day but reopened so that we could wash our doggo. Nice place great customer service.

She is a brand new business. She may not have everything right now but she's getting it in. There's no need to say what you've said. That is uncalled for . Her store is cleaner then any solo non big chain store ive seen.! Don't judge people or bash business
