I love this store! There are so many specialty bird products from bird houses and foods, to wonderful gift ideas, like earrings, puzzles, mugs and more. They have a wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They always carry my purchases to my car and provide awesome customer service!

The staff was so incredibly patient with me. I had several questions and came in right before closing (I didn't realize this until I already was in the store.). They are a wealth of information and have a great selection. I'll definitely be here looking for gifts and other items to include in our homeschool nature study!

I have seen this store for years and have always been curious about it, and the window kitties definitely help with enticing you! But as I’ve gotten into birding over the last year I decided to make the trip with my girlfriend and see what it’s all about, and I was very pleasantly surprised.The interior was lovely and welcoming, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, the products were numerous and of good quality, and the cats were an added bonus.We both enjoyed the store far more than we expected and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend!

Love to look in this shop. The staff is always very helpful but not hovering that makes you uncomfortable. They are quick with answers or will find out what you need. A very large selection of products for a smaller space so you don't feel like something is missing. Plenty of parking and they are always offering to help get purchases to your car

A wonderful place to get bird supplies. They staff is very helpful to get you set up with whatever you need. There is also hummingbird supplies and squirrel supplies. If you join their membership you earn free products. You also get a free item for your birthday. The staff even carries your items to your car.

I love coming here! The staff are so helpful and this time tried to put together an extension pole for my deck bird feeder. As I already had the pole - their better ones wouldn't fit. Maybe next time. Both kitties were there today!

Best place for information and supplies for backyard birding. I waited to join the "daily savings club". Don't wait. Ask questions and and take suggestions from their manager and employees and it will save you money.If you are looking for a unique gift for a birder, gardener or friend the WBU has a beautiful selection of gifts with a range of prices.

STAN IS A RACIST AND HOUNDED MY PARTNER AND I throughout the store while looking at bird feeders. He stated because of social distancing he had to stay in close proximity to us. He was more like 2 ft away from us the entire time. Definitely not 6ft. I felt uncomfortable within immediate entrance especially after he asked very abruptly if he could help us, then never left our backsides. Very unsatisfactory experience.

Only two customers at a time allowed in the store and you have to have a mask on and they wore masks. I appreciate everyone staying safe.
