Grocery pickup is a joke. Every time I use this store, my order is delayed, sometimes for so long that I just have to reschedule it for the next day. And whenever my order finally is ready, I’m sitting in the parking lot checked in for at least 30 minutes, usually longer, waiting for my order to come out. As I type this, I checked in a little after 8pm and it’s 9PM now and I still haven’t gotten my groceries. I don’t know if the management is bad or if they don’t have enough people working or if they allow too many people to have pickups scheduled each hour, but this is insane.

Like this location as it seems to have more items than others and typically has most lanes open except after 8pm where you have to stand in line trying to figure out which "self checkout" will take cash... SMH 🙄

If you ever do a curbside pick up, ignore this specific store. They have the slowest service ever and will not answer your calls, the wait time today (04/20) is more than 35min and still counting.

I don't normally leave "bad' reviews however the customer service I received from "Rose" of the deli department on yesterday was horrible.I was going to purchase 5 lbs of sliced ham but as she begin to slice the meat and I observed it was the "end" of the loaf and was not slicing full slices I politely asked her to get the other already opened loaf but she refused so I told her to stop slicing and I will pay for the 2 pieces that she had sliced. As a paying customer I attempted to point out, demostrate and explained to her how it has not slicing quality on pieces of meat but she refused to honor my request therefore I went to Publix to purchase the item which I specifically drove across town to this Walmart to purchase and shop with a friend. Rose is a elderly employee who is old enough to understand I feel that she was being lazy and did not want to walk back over to get the 2nd loaf and I asked if she would pay for the poor quality meat she attempted to sell me because as an adult we all know that once a loaf gets so far to the end you disgard and get a "new" loaf no one has ever tried to slice to the extreme end of a loaf of meat.Walmart please take time to understand that we as consumers have options and you need us to support your stores to keep jobs and stay open for business.I will purchase my turkey from Publix after this experience!!

Staff needs to be made aware of their own return policies. I had a vinyl album that I needed to return. The service desk employee was unsure if it was returnable because it was opened. The manager came up and went into a locked room. He said he had to verify the policy. He came out and flat out said we don't take back records if they are opened. I went to my Walmart app found a receipt for a different album. It was going to allow me to return it. There was no warning stating opened albums were unreturnbable. I have returned other opened albums at other locations with no questions asked. Can you please get all your stores on the same page?

It would be nice to be able to shop without almost being run over by the employees pulling pick up orders. Although pick up is nice sometimes many of us like to pick out our own groceries. Walmart should loosen up the timer these workers must have to deal with. Companies timing everything down to a fraction of a second is killing customer service and generally making their stores even less attractive to shop at.

This is for any Walmart employee who reads this you do have a choice of where you work if you don't want to work here then don't work here. Do not take it out on the customers that choose to come to Walmart. And if you feel like you really don't have a choice and this is all you have and treated that way. By coming in and giving 110%. But I do understand how you can feel about your job because we're on the outside looking in but in the words of the great Dave Chappelle you clicked on that :-) application so you chose to be here don't complain now

I kindly advise customers to thoroughly inspect their purchases prior to departing the store premises. Recently, I acquired a Vicks humidifier, only to discover upon inspection that it exhibited signs of prior use. Specifically, the water reservoir exhibited discoloration, the internal components contained debris, and the exterior surface was greasy. Given the nature of this product as a medical device, its resale after prior use is concerning. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store, I have yet to receive a response. Regrettably, my interaction with this compromised product has resulted in illness. As a result, I intend to escalate this matter to the corporate level to ensure proper remediation and prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Not sure how a company as profitable as this one can be too stingy to hire adequate staff to their delivery area. It's not like you're having to pay cashiers, so what's the deal with your store being a black hole of worthless Uber Eats orders? There's no way you're even getting a small fraction of them actually delivered when there's nearly an hour wait to receive any of them, so you're literally just teasing most of your online customers with a feature you can't satisfy, and screwing countless drivers into choosing between watching their wages or ratings plummet repeatedly. Staff up or remove the feature.

While I was visiting from Georgia I needed to use the restroom, but it of 2 restrooms, and 4 toilets one was occupied, and the other 3 were destroyed. Two had standing pee with pee all over the seats,and the other had tp all over it, and I was afraid to think about what was in the tp. This location needs better restroom management.

If you have been in one Walmart you have been in all Walmarts.... For the most part this is true. I find that to be very good. Coming up from Florida. Going to Illinois I would get my meals much easier, faster and less expensive than restaurants.

Working at Walmart. Cap 1 and 2 are the LAZIEST people and like to gripe. Put things where they don't belong. For the guys unloading the trucks they are lousy at there job. Throwing food items and breaking glass items then stacking it on to a leaning pallet. 100% of the time the pallets are mixed with products that DONT belong where the pallet is staged. Was told one night that management wasn't there to hold their hand to MAKE them do their job correctly. Walmart will hire anyone. The store manager, AMY BREEDEN, is not responsible because there is over $500+ theft every day and no prosecution or arrest are made. Beware if you put in for time off, CRYSTAL CAUSBY, will deny it!!!! She can arrive late or take time off but the employees that ACTUALLY do the work in the store gets denied. They denied me time off and my step daughter was working there but she had medical problems and called in . She was jerked around by upper management adout this. Third shift management, if you want to call him that TRAVIS MASON, will make you stock things that is overstock where there is absolutely NO room. This place will stab you in the back and hang you out to dry. As for the so called walmart radio it plainly sucks, they play the same thing over and over on the weekends.WALMART a multi billion dollar company will give the store managers, Amy Breeden dosent deserve it, a raise and the Employees that actually work nothing. No holiday pay when working on an actual holiday like Christmas day. They offer you a 10% discount as an employee, but that's on SELECT items not on all, don't let them lie to you about that. Came by automotive and ask for my low beam lights to be changed. Was told they don't do this service and was told to see if they had time.. Amazingly, the Lookout Valley automtive has this service and they have the TIME. I guess Gunbarrel decides what they can do. Not the same service as the other walmarts. Need service use another walmart.

Online pick up here is an absolute joke! Seen a lady today at 7 pm completely losing it as he order was supposed to be ready at 11 am. Poor management plus the fact maybe half the loading staff actually works. I could shop, self check out and still be out of there an hour at least before they load me. Only store with these issues and it needs to be addressed starting with management!

It's a very rare thing that wally world gets 5 stars from this man. A young gentleman helped me with mixing paint just 20 minutes before closing. I did not know that the paint area was not staffed after 8pm. Nonetheless, he jumped in and gave me the customer experience that Walmart once was known for. I wish I had his name. Rest assured I'll be calling the Chattanooga Walmart tomorrow for the general manager to thank him and ask that the employee be recognized.

Has most things you'd expect from a Walmart. Games are a bit expensive though, but .22 rounds of ammo and shotgun shells are decently priced so can't complain there. Grocery wise it's decent.

THE WORST OIL CHANGE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD! Took my car to Walmart, waited almost 2 hours, and they had me drive my manual car on the lift because no one else there could. While driving off lift my skid plate got caught and tore off. Employee guided me off and all. They also overfilled my oil by at least half a quart, stripped the drain plug and Refused to drain extra oil or even refund oil change. AFTER 3 WEEKS ignored phone calls, verbal harassment from Walmart automotive manager Jerome, and being told that I was liable because I drove onto the lift. I got ahold of the general manager. I’ve spent well over a month, at least a few entire tank of gas, $200 and a crazy amount of effort into this case. NOT TO MENTION my case still hasn’t been filed with their insurance. And I probably won’t see half of what this has cost me.

Horrible grocery delivery experience. Ordered $500 worth of groceries and my order was given to someone else. I received someone else’s order of a single item. They need to check their delivery orders before the drivers leave with them or double check their whole system in general. I will never trust a delivery order from this store again. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to get a refund and someone else got $500 worth of free groceries that I paid for. No groceries tonight for me and I’ve been fighting with Walmart customer service for 3 hours and haven’t gotten anywhere.

My phone froze and was completely unresponsive when I got out of my car. I walked from Joanne's to the electronics section here. The wonderful employees kindly fixed my phone by restarting it. 10/10 service!

I have to say that Walmart is definitely stepping up their game when it comes to Keto! They do offer a larger than normal selection of this type of food. It was kind of dirty boxes all over the place.

1. Went to the sports/outdoor isle at 9pm and wanted something from the locked glass shelf. Pressed the assistant button and waited about 15min and pressed it again. Waited until A worker walk by and I asked if the button even works and if he knows if there’s a representative for the sports section. He said the button does work, he left, came back and said the person in charge with the keys left for the day. I guess it’s my fault for coming late, but they could’ve at least put hours of operation on the counter or something.2. Came back the next day at 12 and pressed the button again. Waited for 30min, pressed it agin, waited for 15 min. Walked to the customer help desk and asked if if there’s someone for sports? They used the loudspeaker to ask for a rep for sports. Walked back, sat down on a shelf for another 20 min. It’s currently 1pm something and a worker walk past. I asked if a rep was even working today and all the things I went through. He called someone on his phone and said he’ll be right back. He came back with the keys and grabbed what I wanted. I understand if y’all short handed or busy (even though I see groups of workers casually walking and talking). But it’s frustrating when you don’t know if the dang button works or if the rep of the depart is there. But I would like to thank the person who helped me within minutes.

"For a while, we didn't go to Walmart because it was usually too crowded, and we didn't think they would have the groceries we needed for our keto diet. However, we were wrong. In fact, Walmart had more keto options than our regular grocery store, and they stocked everything else we needed. Plus, we saved money." It's less crowded if you go mid-week early in the day.

Went in looking for a Walmart Exclusive Funko Pop Vinyl that was supposed to be in stock. Couldn't find it but asked the electronics associate about it and he had five boxes that were unopened. On the fifth box, there it was lol. Got four of the glow in the dark The Vision from Wandavision.

I ordered online through app. The order was delayed and then it said it will be 2 hours delayed. Then the order was changed to will not be sent until the following day. I ended up cancelling the order and doing groceries myself. This is the second time it has happened to me ordering from this Walmart.

I’ll never give this company any more than one star on any review. The way they treat their employees and half of you guys on here are complaining about the treatment of the employees. Look up the ladder. This company literally fired someone for reporting child abuse. Every Walmart store should be a one star in my opinion.

While my mother went 5obse3 if her books for November were in, I went to look for some jewelry baggies but the shelves had none. No workers near by the craft section either. Just as the last 'up-teen'' times I have been there. But, no worries. I usually go to Joanne Fabrics for all my craft desires.

Came in today to try and return (without a receipt) some baby shower gifts and was turned away due to a very restrictive policy clearly driven by theft. However, the people at the service counter were cheerful and really helpful!
