The pharmacy workers have serious issues, so def stay away if you can!!!! I feel bad for them, they’re all very clearly miserable :( and take it out on customers for some weird reason! Everyone keep them in your prayers, they need it! Rudest people I have ever encountered. Have given multiple chances but doe not get any better. There is one person in this establishment that is consistently nice and professional (Chad). Honestly if it wasn’t for him I would have been gone along time ago but this is it for me. Changing pharmacies ASAP.

Pharmacy staff (with exception of Chad) are extremely rude and unprofessional.Corporate management — I hope you read this and consider some additional customer service training for this staff.One pharmacy staff member in particular is shockingly rude for no apparent reason. She has been rude on several occasions, including to customers in line ahead of me.I will be using other pharmacies moving forward and you should too!

I am a loyal pharmacy customer. I have been getting my family medicine from Walgreens for years but today I am a very unhappy customer. I sit in my car in the rain for 30 mins with only one car ahead of me to get my family medicine. For the pharmacist on duty to shutdown the window in face. So I what inside to see why he did it and he said we close at 6:00. I said I been in line since 5:30 . Then He walked off. He is the smart mouth man with the long beard. I am a very unhappy. I hope corporate would fix this .

My wife went to this location last night around 8pm as soon as she parked the car she was being harassed by a male that kept on persisting to give him money she does not carry cash so he followed her into and around this store to eventually give him a gift card with 20$ on it fearing that he would not harm her if she gave him something. Why do these stores allow people to harass hard working people not to ask once or twice but asking and asking till someone is scared or terrified will not ever go back to that Walgreens

So I always end up running out... The best customer service experience is when Chad is at work... I will miss dealing with him.... Everything else is Trash...

Whomever is the manager on Sundays a short white guy was very unprofessional during my curbside pickup. I’ve always used curbside pickup even before COVID and for him to walk out to bring my order to me, just stare without saying “hello or hi” was just so rude of him. I will not use this location again for any purposes and will drive all the way to East Ridge to do a pickup where I know they are professional.

It’s really a zero star rating. The pharmacy is horrible! It should not take hours to get a prescription filled. The customer service is atrocious and the manager is incompetent. I believe because this location and the ethnicity of their core customer demographic is low to middle class, Walgreens corporate has allowed this to go unchecked for so long. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!

If I could give zero stars I would first cashier was very rude. at the Brainerd road location wouldn't provide bags for the items I purchased I had to bag my own items. I asked was it time for his lunch break. Very rude and no professionalism. The pharmacist returned from his lunch break but continued to eat and lick his fingers while serving customer. I left and went to the Walgreens in Ringgold where I received excellent service.

This location is so unprofessional. No one has the key to open the bar/body wash soap. So how long has the soap been on the self if no one has a key to open it. I went in early this morning a staff member told me to come back at 3pm & I did and no one has a key to open the soap. Nor does anyone who they can report to so they can get a key. Just a huge inconvenience since this location is less than three minutes from my home.

The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They lie, and try to come up with all these rules that they make up. They’re rude, and treat customers like trash. The place needs to be bulldozed and made a parking lot. It’s nasty, smells and the pharmacist are communist!!!!

DO NOT EXPECT THE PHARMACISTS TO SHOW UP ON TIME. Waiting in the pharmacy drive-through line at 8am to pick up a prescription on my way to work. No one is here. I called inside and was told the pharmacy was running late, and I should wait til 8:30. I have a job to get to also. This is pretty unprofessional. I have to drive much further to go somewhere else, but Definitely not coming back.

Drive -Thru pharmacy is always so slow. When I'm trying to get prescriptions throughout the week I don't feel like I should have to be in line for more than an hour. I feel like if someone's medication is not ready they should make them move right away. It's Ridiculous to say the least.

I have been a customer bat this location for a year now, and if it wasn't for the fact that it is so close to my home and I am disabled because big chronic spine issues, believe me, I would have moved along months ago. Several times already, when staff has assured me that they will follow up with my doctor for refills, they definitely have not. The next business day when I have called to ask about this, staff has no idea what I am talking about, or they say, doctor hasn't gotten back to them. So if it's a vital daily med that I need to take, you're just gonna wait til the doctor's office decides to call you back? ( And don't get me started about doctor's offices in this God forsaken city) A few months ago, pharmacy tech actually lied to me, made up an entire falsity concerning Sudafed, saying it does exactly the opposite of what it actually does. He said that Sudafed doesn't dry up your sinuses, it makes the congestion run and run and that I probably don't want that! I also had another bad experience there yesterday. Went to the drive thru and when the tech opened the slide out drawer so I could pay for my script, I put 2 dollar bills in there, and since there is nothing to hold it down ,( even though it says to put bills under the non existent paperweight. There is a flimsy spring- like thing that I think at one point probably held bills down, but since it was now bent up and literally serves no purpose, there is nothing to actually hold any bills down in the drawer) AND THE TECH LEFT THE DRAWER OPEN FOR OVER A MINUTE, one of the bills blew away. I told the tech it blew away and when she came back to get my payment, she told me I needed to give her more money. She said that was my fault and argued with me and I when I asked to speak to the pharmacist, she started talking over me while I was speaking to him! Where I come from, the only answer she would have had would have been IM SORRY, Miss Beck, don't worry about it. She also stormed away, saying something I couldn't hear clearly, and then came back amd slammed the drawer back out to give me my receipt. What people in this city accept as appropriate and courteous customer service, is disgusting. And I can guess that she passed it off onto me because I am Northern, and said that I was the one who was rude. Happens all the time here.

This Walgreens has inherited many of the customers from the closed Rite Aid across the street. At first the transition was somewhat of a nightmare but now a lot of the kinks are smoothing out. It is important with the volume they are experiencing to take advantage of ordering ahead and just being patient. Give yourself and them time to help us.

I showed up at this store right at 8am when the manager was unlocking the door. As i got out of my vechile he said we arent open we open at 8. (It was 8 on the dot and be was unlocking door as i pulled up.) I went back to my vechile and looked at the time and then the time on the walgreens door.. Um.. It was 8am... ONE MINUTE LATER... the manager unlocks the door! I am very frustrated! Why was he sending me away (or trying to), i was there to buy my husband flu medicine! I hope something is done about this. I am so tired of prejiduce in this area, and i believe a manager of a store should be more professional. He also follwed me around the store as if i was there to shoplift, i am very insulted by this. I shop in this store @ 4 times a week!

I really like this place. Its clean. I can get food here when I don't feel like driving. They have lots of items you need from batteries to medicine. They have cold beer too. Plus, they is always open.

I believe the employees in the pharmacy at this location think they are the medical board. They think they know more than the doctor because they refuse to fill prescriptions as the doctor prescribes. I recommend going to the Walgreens on East Brainard Road. The employees at that location are Awesome!

This is the worst pharmacy ever you have to sit in there drive threw Line and wait at least a hour they will not even make any arrangements to find a way to get your medicine to you better the corporation needs to look into this I have never went here and got in and out don't be really sick and go here go to another pharmacy

Some weird things on security, like last time I had to ask for my deodorant from a key holder which was awkward...otherwise a great place to shop but can be pricey unless you are a card holder and know coupons!
