I picked up a order at the Photo Booth the associate snatched my bag and slammed it on the counter telling me photo register is closed you have go to the front.. nasty attitude and tone in her voice just flat out rude I have been shopping here 10 years and use the pharmacy as well I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY ON HIGHWAY 58 AND DONT FEEL APPRECIATED OR VALUED AS A CUSTOMER .. the whole encounter was embarrassing look at your tape 6:16 on 3/16

This location’s pharmacy is unbelievable! My primary care doctor prescribed me clonazepam for anxiety, and the pharmacy tech and pharmacist spoke to me like I was a drug addict! Not only did they ask me for my ID which was no problem, but the pharmacist said, “Are you visiting? Do you live here? Well, I fill your prescription this time, but you need to find a PCP locally.” Little that this jackass knows is that I’ve been traveling and live various places because I work for the government and have not found a good PCP in the Chattanooga area. I won’t be back and will be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere. Don’t assume someone is a drug addict because they’re getting a controlled substance refilled. You’re NOT a physician. Your JOB is to fill the customer’s prescription. I was highly offended today!!!

First, let me say they deserve at least ONE star, because they can actually be very nice, while they waist your time.This review is not on a whim, and is well overdue. These pharmacists apparently don't know their job very well. They have waisted my time on too many occasions, until I finally changed pharmacies. They would assure me I can come pick my prescription up shortly, I leave so I don't have to wait in store, and come back only for them to tell me "We can't fill this yet". I always wait and make sure there are no problems like that before I leave, but it doesn't matter with these people. Most of the time they won't even call you or text you and let you know there's a problem so you don't waist a trip back out there. I even got to where I would specifically ask them "Will you please double check and make sure I'm not filling this too early?" They say "No, you're not too early, it'll be ready shortly". I come back, and it's the SAME thing, "We can't fill this for you yet, it's too early". So I tell them "The girl checked earlier for me and said it wasn't too early! Why would she tell me that? This has happened several times, so I specifically asked if I was filling it too early". They try to make a few excuses why she told me that, but none made sense. And one of the ladies says "Next time, tell them to make sure they check the"... blah blah whatever (can't remember because I was getting upset). Figure your own jobs out, people. It's not my job to hold your hands and make sure you know how to do your job and how to use your own systems. Asking "Will you double check and make sure I'm not filling this too early?" should definitely be clear enough. No matter what you do to try to prevent it, they WILL often waist your time. Oh, I almost forgot, one of the times they waisted my time going back out there, they ended up telling me "We can't fill this until Friday", which was in 3 or 4 days. But when I went back ON FRIDAY, they STILL said it was a day too early. I grew a few more grey hairs instantly.

Pretty clean and organized store. The staff is typically very friendly and actively look to help you out. Anyone who has been through the door when one specific employee is up front you know you will hear a deep voice say boldly "welcome to Walgreens". I love that employee, he makes the place and makes me smile every time. They have a drive thru for dropping off and picking up prescriptions. They have a photo center (for those that don't know, some people actually have physical copies of their photos printed out :-)).

Went for Covid pcr for travel. Short story- Results were lost. Initially -Was told I would have results within 72 hours. After 4 days and no results I called the Walgreens(Hwy 58) and was given the number to a lab. The lab was closed. Called Monday and the lab did not have my results. They were not able to track down my record. I called Walgreens again and explained my concerns and was on hold for about 10 minutes before I was hung up on. Called back and was told that there was no record of me. I told them I thought there was something wrong on their end and asked them to check if anyone else had results lost on the same day as I. I heard her mention that it sounded like seven other people had results lost that same day. The only solution was for me to go back and get tested again.

This is the slowest pharmacy ever! I’m not sure what the problem is here and this was even before Covid. They have one line open and the line is almost always wrapped around the building or to the street. Cashiers should be able to multitask, open both lanes.

This Walgreens is the worst pharmacy. We have used many Walgreens over the years and have been happy. On three occasions, picking up of simple antibiotics has taken over 30 minutes. They have failed to have things ready when scheduled twice. Drive to another one, it will be faster.

I don’t think I have ever been to this Walgreens on Hwy 58 and it has not been a line either in the store(pharmacy)or at the the drive-thru(pharmacy). Why do the cashiers act like they don’t have a clue of what they are doing? This is ridiculous when you have to stand in line for 30 minutes to pick up a prescription and this is not the first time I have had to do this.

The staff there is so helpful usually in most stores you can't find anyone to help you but at Walgreens you get more than one usually two to three asking if they can help you and they're very knowledgeable I'd give it five stars

If you are using the pharmacy to fill a script the pharmacy technicians are THE NASTIEST people I’ve EVER felt with. If I didn’t have to use this particular pharmacy I would ABSOLUTELY go somewhere else. I just spent 20 minutes trying to get a script that was already filled. The tech then practically threw the Rx at me. No thank you no come again just a nasty look and throwing the Rx under the partition. If I was the pharmacy manager I would fire this BRAND NEW tech!!!

Walgreens overcharges for prescriptions, even when giving generics. Spoke with my doctor about starting a particular elective medication, and I mentioned price would be an issue. He looked up pricing for me. What he mentioned didn’t sound bad. He sent the scrip to Walgreens, where I’ve been going, and when I picked it up, the price was literally four times more than what the doctor told me, and they even gave me the generic. Walgreens overcharges for prescriptions. Beware! I checked around afterwards, and other pharmacies prices were in line with what the doctor mentioned. It was $62 at Walgreens, and $15 most everywhere else.

I received a text from walgreens after my son's Dr visit that said his cough medicine was delayed due to insurance so I waited and waited. Finally I called and received the same automated message, delayed due to insurance. So I call again at 9 o'clock at night and talked to a human who told me that the insurance company would not cover the cough medicine. I asked what was I suppose to do, I have a sick child coughing till he is on the verge on vomitting. Well my answer was, I can get over the counter meds, which he is already on, or call the dr tomorrow. This happens two weeks after there was an issue with my other child's albuterol, which he needed for a breathing treatment. Again, there was zero lack of communication from walgreens. Now, wouldn't it have been proper customer service for someone in the pharmacy department to have called me at a reseasonable hour to explain this to me. It seems like this place is far too busy or they just don't care about their customers.

After waiting over an hour for a prescription for my husband who had just been discharged from the hospital for surgery that they did not have the medication needed. I was told they would call it in to Walgreens on 153. They never called it in! Such incompetence has no excuses. None.

Worst pharmacy in Chattanooga, every time I need a re-fill I make at least one wasted trip to get my medicine. "It's in stock, it will be about an HOUR AND A HALF." I go back and oops it wasn't entered wait another HOUR AND A HALF! No sorry for the 20 minutes of driving. No apologies for your wasted time and gas. Just deal with us being terrible at our jobs. Don't waste your time and money with this place.
