We just had our first grooming experience and we cannot say enough good things! I recently adopted a golden doodle who was severely matted and needed love and a good groom! Mattie and team worked their magic and did a fantastic job with Daisy’s first cut and made Daisy feel comfortable! I’m looking forward to taking my other pup to them as well! Definitely recommend!

Urban Dog is hands down the best groomer I’ve ever experienced, I could go on forever about how wonderful the experience is!!! Mattie truly takes the time to listen to what you’re looking for and does such an amazing job. I’ve had my mini doodle, Remy fully groomed twice with her so far and each time has been absolutely perfect. In addition to being a top notch groomer, the shop is also extremely clean and welcoming. I can’t imagine going anywhere else ☺️

Love this place and so do my dogs! They take time to ask questions and listen to what you want. The salon is calm and peaceful and the dogs enjoy it. Gary and Rosie are never mad when we take a trip to Urban Dog! I'm so glad I found them and I recommend them to everyone I meet!

As adorable as my little Shih Tzu already is, Urban dog grooms him to make him even more adorable! Every detail shows in their work…face, ears, tail, legs and feet…he looks like a show dog after they’re done. Highly recommend Urban Dog grooming!

Mattie did such an awesome job! I thought I was happy with Harpers’ two other groomers but they were nothing compared to this place. Harper always had lines in her hair and is uneven after a fresh cut. I always just thought that it wasn’t possible to make it look better because of her hair type but I know now it’s simply not true. I hope Mattie will be in business for a long time and I will not go to anyone else.

We had our first visit to Urban Dog today and our baby could not look more perfect! They did an amazing job on him! I was nervous since our baby has trauma from a puppy mill, he has his own quirks, but they said he did wonderful and Im so grateful they took such great care of him! Highly recommend them!!!!

I had the best experience here!! My old groomer was getting too busy and I could barely get them on the phone, but my 5lb shih tzu really needed a hair cut and the works. Her undercoat gets matted easily and shes super playful so she gets all kinds of things stuck in her fur. I saw an ad for Urban Dog on instagtam and on a whim I called them. Not only were they able to get her an appointment less than a week away, they were super understanding and non judgemental about her messy hair. They kept her teddy face and tail but cut her short so her hair would look nice, and they did a great job on her nails and fur around the eyes!!! Also- I got the time wrong and arrived an hour late and they STILL took her in and didnt even make me feel bad about it. And when I picked her up my pup was sitting un the window watching the cars drive by!! She was so happy!! I cant tell you how grateful I am, thank you Urban Dog! (And please ignore the messy background and focus on my happy pup)

The owner is not very nice at all... and hung up on me on the phone after the appoimtment was scheduled two times. That is after they cancelled the grooming appointment all within one hour of me bringing the dogs. Then we set a new appointment and they wanted to reschedule that! They only have one groomer.. so best to not take a chance..

Oh my goodness if I could give more than 5 stars I would. They gave all 3 of my dogs the best care and they all look adorable and smell great. Thank you so much for such a great grooming experience. We have a 100lb dog, a 45lb dog and a 6lb dog… they treated all 3 with great care!

We just came from our first grooming appointment at the new Urban Dog downtown and had the best experience. The salon is beautiful and the customer service is outstanding! The groomer listened to my requests and my dog received the best cut she’s ever had. I’ve already scheduled our next visit!

Mattie is an amazing groomer and you can tell she has many years of experience! Great customer service and I loved the convenient parking right outside the front door! Mattie gave my dog a beautiful cut, groomed him exactly as I requested and was so sweet with him! Definitely will be back!

We took our sweet doodle Indie to Urban dog for her first ever groom and she looked WONDERFUL! She was so happy when we picked her up, Cathy was so kind and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Prices are extremely reasonable also! 100% recommend and will always use them.

I have taken my standard poodle here since they opened in Cleveland there is no one around that does this well of a job. Their pricing is very reasonable the staff is very friendly and the shop is as clean as a whistle. My dog absolutely loves the groomers here and always get very excited when I ask him if he wants to go see Mattie (one of the groomers).

Mattie has cut my dogs for years. I'm thrilled Urban Dog is finally open. I waited an extra month, knowing they were opening soon because I don't just trust my fur babies to anyone. Only the best. They did a fabulous job on both my Golden Doodles.

Kathy and the girls did an amazing job grooming our golden retriever Cooper!!! We have visited several different places in Chattanooga for grooming for him and Urban Dog has been our best experience yet!! They’re so friendly, loving to Cooper, and did a fantastic job!

We have had a great experience here with our yellow lab! They are professional, great with our puppy, and do a fantastic job! He is not shedding as much and you could tell he felt great after by the way he trotted home :)

Today was Milo’s spa day snd he looks so very handsome! Our first visit with Urban Dog but won’t be our last. Everything was clean, lovely actually and Mattie was great with Milo who is 10 mos old. I highly recommend Urban Dog!

Mattie is an amazing groomer !!! I took my three year old poodle to her and for the first time I got the exact cut I have been asking for. I highly recommend taking your pups to her . The staff was so nice and loved my babies .

I love this location! The staff is amazing! We followed the dog groomer (Mattie!)from a previous location because of how well she handles our Poodles! We love the way she grooms them! I promise you will love this place! One happy dog Mom! ❤️

Mattie is amazing. We have two doodles and it's so hard to find someone who can do a good job on them! We have been with them when they were in Cleveland and now in Chattanooga! Our doodles come back beautiful every time and do not fear going to get groomed due to the treatment they receive.

Fantastic place! My pup was rescued from HES and doesn't love her paws touched yet, but they got her in and out in about 45 minutes, and she seemed to not have a bad experience! Will be back for sure!
