Our Vet’s office wanted to sedate our newly adopted pup to shave matted fur. Petsmart wouldn’t touch her because they said she was too matted and scared. Michael was amazing and confident in taking care of her issues. She looked fabulous and did well with him. He took the time and care into working with our dog. Highly recommend PetQuest for grooming and self wash needs! Very reasonably priced for services.

Today was Comet’s first day at Pet Quest. They sent over pictures and videos he was so happy playing with his new dog friends. He will definitely be going back. The staff is very friendly and they will love your dog like their own..

Quick and easy . Luke is really nice!! He made sure that I knew everything I needed to know about my berkley. He showed me pictures and told me about their daily routine. He went above and beyond! He is an awesome guy!! Great job Luke! You rock !!

Took our 9 month old pup here to be boarded for the first time over about 5 days while we went out of town, very glad we did! They were patient with her and she warmed up to everybody as far as I could tell. The responded to any questions I had within a day and sent me some pictures to show that she was opening up more. Building looked clean and the air was actively being filtered and purified for the dogs. Price also wasn’t terrible for the services and experience provided, good place for first time boarders!

This is the absolute best place to take your pet. Bear is spoiled rotten in the best ways - he gets all the love, and affection, and runs out all his zoomies. He’s stayed for daycare, boarding, and grooming - and it’s my default when I can’t take him with me somewhere. Daycare always tires him out, and he’s so excited to go. Boarding is awesome - I never worry about him missing us because he’s having so much fun. Grooming is also amazing - he smells so good and looks so cute. I love that it’s all in one building, and it’s the same employees - so he’s used to them! He loves every single employee there, and they love him. I love taking him to PetQuest because the people taking care of him are doing it because they love animals, and it’s awesome. I never have to worry about him.

Great place for grooming! I brought my 2 year old miniature dachshund in for her first ever grooming, and she is an anxiety baby, but she did great and came out super happy and looked and smelled great!! Affordable as well!

Very friendly and welcoming staff; they showed real care for my little dog. Her groom was beautiful, well done and completed in a very timely manner. And she didn’t seem to be terrified to be there like she has sometimes been at other places. I would definitely go back! Thank you!

Friendly and welcoming! Appreciate that the groomer met with us to share our thoughts and requests. Happy with the cut. They trimmed the nails, cleaned up her dried up eye junk. Smelled very nice! Pleased with the outcome! Kaysha is happy to be rid of her heavy coat. 🙂 Thank You!

I boarded my three dogs over a weekend, and couldn't be more pleased. I felt comfortable that they were safe and well taken care of. During the temperament test, they sent me many pics and videos and alleviated any fears I had of leaving them. Professional and friendly staff. This was my first time using PetQuest and they took great care of my fur baby while I was on vacation! A lot of boarding places in Chattanooga will not take my pup because she is not spayed, so I was thankful they were able to take her in.The dropping off and picking up process was very easy. While she was there, they sent pictures of her and I was so happy to see her making friends. Super friendly staff and will definitely return! Thank you so much!

This was our first experience boarding our cat. She stayed for 11 nights and PetQuest did a great job with her, and washed her blanket prior to pick-up! We were pleased and will use their services again on our next vacation. Thank you PetQuest!

I began using this dog daycare in late November 2023 for my 2 small dogs. I have been very pleased and satisfied with the service. The staff are very friendly and seem to genuinely care for the dogs. My dogs enjoy going there and their operating hours work well for my work situation . It is so easy to schedule and cancel reservations on the website. The location is also convenient for me. I highly recommend Petquest for doggie daycare.

My dogs have been to Pet Quest for boarding, day care, and grooming. I have also had them picked up and dropped off using the pet taxi when needed. Everyone of these services my dogs have used have been a positive experience! All the staff have been very friendly and helpful and have made me feel comfortable leaving my fur babies in their care! I will definitely use them again.

Was surprised at the outside of the building as it looks like it used to be a bank. In any event, brought my dog with me as I was running the marathon in Chattanooga. When I picked her up, she was bathed and groomed as directed/expected and the bill was one of the most affordable boarding experiences I’ve ever had.Staff was courteous and friendly. Would definitely bring my dog back for another boarding.

I’m very satisfied with the grooming we get at Pet Quest. I’ve had my dogs at lots of other groomers and they are the best ones we’ve used. Michael is who typically does our grooming. He’s great.

I love this place!!! It was very clean and had easy access and private wash rooms for dogs and was so much fun!!! The people and customer service was wonderful (and very covid safe) and they also offer boarding, supplies and lots more!!! I gave them a "5-star" rating, but would have given a "10" if I could. I take my pup Louie to Pet Quest and he loves it! He knows the word “school” and whenever I tell him we are going to “school” he gets so excited. Everyone is so nice and you can definitely tell they all love the dogs and invest in them. Louie gets excited when we pull in the parking lot and I feel comfortable leaving him knowing he will be well taken care of. I looked all over when I moved here for a quality daycare and visited many because we had a great one in our hometown. Pet Quest lived up to our expectations and more!!

I took my 8 month old Samoyed (extremely fluffy, white dog) in and they did a fantastic job. Yeti is a 50+ pound puppy who acts like a puppy. I honestly can’t even believe how pretty he looks. Revi groomed him. A+++ and the price is just as unbelievable. I feel no need to try any other groomer. Thank you!!!

This place was great! It was my pups first experience with daycare. We came in town for the holiday weekend, and wanted to drop the pup off to play while we went white water rafting. This was one of the only places that would accept my Little guy since he’s not neutered, we don’t even have any places in our hometown that do that! We didn’t get updates or a report card throughout the day but I did get pictures after we picked him up. The workers seem like they really care about the dogs and were outside playing with them when we arrived. He was still ready to play when we picked him up but within an hour or so he was completely tuckered out, which never happens. Definitely would stop by again if we ever pass through!

I was extremely disappointed by the false portrayal of this facility online. In reality, the building is less than inviting from the outside and even dingier on the inside. The facility is not set up well, you cannot see the dogs, it is not kept clean, and there are two disgusting fish tanks in the lobby. The male staff were less than knowledgeable and slightly standoffish. I was worried about my dog during the entirety of his temperament test due to some aggression I’d heard coming from the small dog room. When I brought my dog home, he drank more water than I’ve ever seen. I’m shocked the reviews for this place aren’t worse. This is not a place I’d feel comfortable leaving my baby again. If you’re looking for a quality facility to leave your precious pet, this isn’t it.

Boarded our two goldens for one night and they loved it. You can tell the people who work there are dog lovers and treat them as their own. We will be using again and also gonna try their grooming as the prices are great.

Not only did my fully vaccinated puppy come home with kennel cough. I was not made aware that he was sick. I called constantly to check in on him. Soon as he got home I noticed the cough. They said nothing about it. If I was made aware, I wouldn't be so angry. It's not their fault some other dog had it. It's very contagious. But if you claim to give such "one on one" care, how did you not notice that hacking cough!

When I went in to pick my dog up from boarding, I was shocked. The odor was bad, it stank even at the front desk.I couldn't wait to get my dog back, and when they were carrying him out (not walking on his leash), he was shaking.I wish I had had time to check them out before I left town. When I walked in the door, I felt like had abused him by leaving him there.

I’ve been having my sweet dog come here since she was almost 1 years old. We went on vacation for an entire week and also had her have her own spa day treatment. PetQuest Spa & Hotel will take care of your furbaby as if she was one of their own. You can tell she is happy and well taken care of. I have been to other places and to me PetQuest Spa & Hotel is the best of the best in Chattanooga.
