Early appointment for grooming. Victoria greeted us cheerfully as she always does. She is kind, respectful, considerate of my pup, and reviews her/the file notes ahead of time so she knows what was done last time; but never assumes anything--always asks. Did a great job on the cut, too.

Love the staff and especially Carly B at Petco Grooming. Everyone always makes me and my dogs feel special when we show up to drop off our pups. The grooming is always excellent and I really trust the staff there.

we were asked to pay before seeing our dog. that was a bit strange to me because we didn't know if our fur baby had a good experience or not.

Nicked my dog's paw pad and didn't tell me. Discovered it that evening when I noticed her licking it a lot and a pinky nail portion sized flap of her paw pad hanging on by a strip of skin. Shared in the service survey and they never responded. Additionally, realized as well they didn't trim her the fur on her haunches, leaving it comically long like a fringe fanned out towards her tail. Her nails are also very long for having had them trimmed and grinded down supposedly, and one nail already cracked from where they didn't buff it down enough. Never again will I ever use any pet services at any PetCo ever.

While the people were friendly, the grooming was not the quality I have had at other grooming locations. I specifically asked for 1 inch length and the hair was cut down to 2 to 2.5 inches through out. (normally 3 to 3.5). My daughter even clarified when the clerk said, so you want an inch off, she said no, I want it down to an inch in length, and very short at the tail and face. Additionally the length left was uneven. I would use the services again for a bath or nail trimming, but if you are particular about cut/appearance I would not recommend this location.

Janna as usual does an excellent job........but this time the total length of time was 4 hours which I don't understand as to why it takes that long to groom my pup.....usually it is under 3 hours.......I was very unhappy with the length of time

I have a Pom that I have been taking to Carlie BFor years. He’s quite high maintenance and can be difficult, but she is so great with him. My mom uses her for her mixed breed as well. She has major anxiety issues, and Carlie takes it in stride. I make sure to ALWAYS tip her because she makes my life SO MUCH easier. If you have never thought of tipping your groomer, you should. I work in food and beverage, and just like you tip your server, you should tip your groomer. They provide a service that you don’t want to do. What I am saying, ask for Carli, and make sure you tip her, because she is the absolute BEST!!!!!

My dog has anxiety and other grooming facilities I take him to can’t handle him. My pet I groomer was fantastic. She was very patient with him and his cut looks amazing! Very satisfied!!!!

The communication was great from scheduling to where to go when we arrived. The groomer was kind and professional and took time to explain things (we have moved recently and had to leave our groomer we have used for two different dogs for over a decade so it was a tough choice but she took away any concerns)

We came in to get our dog shaved due to all the shedding but jerry suggested to let him try to remove his under coat and groom him. He was a life saver because I have 3 kids and cleaning is exhausting plus cleaning all the dog hair has been draining. Keeping the kids clothes away from our dog bruiser is so hard BUT now thanks to Jerry bruiser slept in there bed last night for the first time and no dog hair was left. I know it's just grooming but to us it was way way more to us. Thank you so so much

Carly is the best groomer in the Chattanooga area. She does an excellent job with Jordan every time. Jordan is always excited to see Carly. And an added bonus is Carly is just the sweetest person.

They did a good job grooming, expected a little more rounded on his nails though. Looks like the don't use a grinder, just the clippers.

Totally a LIE. They are bias towards cats which is unfair. They say tht this is included in their services and its NOT. This isn't Dogco....Its Petco. Im seeing for false advertisements. I've taken a picture to prove it!
