I would not recommend Petco for dog training, as there is zero communication about what is going on. I scheduled the Adult Dog Complete Package online on 08/19/22, and received my confirmation number, along with instructions on what to bring to class for 11/01/22. The day before class I received a text saying they were so excited to see my dog for class, and to make sure to bring vaccination docs. The day of class, I received another text saying they were looking forward to seeing us in class today. So I show up at Gunbarrel Road, and was told that they haven't had a trainer for weeks, and there would not be any classes. She also informed me that the store had no control over what was done online. Basically, she apologized, and told me to call customer service. I wasted my time, money, gas, and the supplies I bought for the class. I did call customer service, received a refund, and waited 20 minutes for a manager, who never came to the phone because they were assisting other people. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not be going back. This is why I shop at PetSmart.
