My husband and I just moved into our first house and have been thinking about getting a fur baby. We visited the Naughty Cat Cafe to check out the cats they have available for adoption. We loved spending time with all the sweet cats they have there. It’s awesome getting to meet the cats because they all have a different personality. Even though we didn’t choose one, we would highly recommend visiting this place. We’ve been here two times and you get to spend one hour with 30 cats! It’s a brilliant place and a wonderful way to get to know the cat before you choose one to bring home with you! Even if you aren’t considering adopting, I would still highly recommend this place because who doesn’t love hanging out with some cool cats and getting some chill time with these cute fur babies!?

The couple at the counter were very kind and informative. The cats were amazing! It was very clean. Plenty of space for.the 14 people they allow at.a time. Lots of great souvenirs that also help support these wonderful cats. Would definitely go again.

Absolutely best experience ever. The cats are actually the sweetest little things I’ve met. I was petting this one cat and it just kept purring and purring!! Brings me to tears how cute they all are. It was also such a chill environment, with a dim area and a bright area. Just spending time with these sweeties can warm your heart up immediately. 10/10 recommend! The cats all deserve a nice and loving family. They’re all spayed, neutered, whatever other things. Y’all gotta go!

The Naughty Cat Cafe is amazing. My daughter has been counting down the days until she turned 11 so we could go. The facility is so well maintained and comfy and decorated. All of the cats are clearly so well loved and taken care of. We never wanted to leave. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend going and chilling with these cool cats. It was a wonderful way to let go of life for an hour and just exist with these cuddly little kitties who just want your pets.

The cutest place to visit!!!! The café is very cozy with two big rooms for the cats to roam. They have all types of beds, cubby holes and cabinets for the cats. They have couches and chairs for the adults. Very clean and no cats odors. The cats are 99.9% lovable and friendly. Since some are recovering from surgery, one or two may not feel well and choose to find a spot to sleep and be left alone. There are plenty of other cats walking up to you wanting to be petted. However they do not swarm you for attention. Its like they feel at home and come and go as they please. Very calm environment. There is another room with a café/gift shop with coffee, water, sodas and sweets. They have t-shirts and souvenirs as well. The owners are very accommodating and happy to talk about their cats. They never mention adoption, but there are books available with cat portfolios if you are interested. It is great that they limit the visit to an hour, otherwise you would never leave. It's like kitty heaven. Honestly, this is a must visit when you come to Chattanooga.

I was very happy to support this place. I was on vacation and missing my kitty cats so I stopped in here and loved on 30 beautiful cats. They had lots of room to run around, well taken care of, and available for adoption. The video is just one of the rooms the cats can roam around in. It's a great place to relax, get to know a cat, and find your new best friend. If I lived closer I would have taken a few home.

A detailed review of the cat experience and the café experience.Full disclosure: this is my first cat café. We have three gorgeous felines at home, and we have always been a cat family. We have offices in Tokyo, and there are several cat cafés there, and they are starting to pop up in the states, and so I was intrigued and was pleasantly surprised at how cozy this one is.The layout of the cat experience:There is a main room when you walk in that is very cozy, and, unexpectedly, elegant: think leather couches and soft lighting and gorgeous, handwoven rugs on the floor and dark wood. This was really lovely to sit in and sip coffee and let the cats come to you. There are a few play things for the cats in the center of the rugs.The next room is a hallway with modern lighting. We actually have these exact fun light-up cubes at home, which glow neon, and add a modern ambience. In this hallroom, there is a special room with three cats who are not quite socialized yet for the experience that you can also visit.The final room is more brightly lit and has a large cat tree that faces the window. Lots of seating, not as cozy as the first room, instead it boats a a brighter airy feel. Although there were some dozing cats here, this room seems to be a space where the cats are more playful.I think my only disappointment was in the café element, because I guess I expected it to be a true café, with cappuccinos and lattes. They certainly did not advertise it as such, so that was my error in expectation. So I give the cat experience 10 out of 10, and the coziness of the rooms is wonderful, but the coffee and tea experience was similar to something you would get in an Airbnb or a hotel. It was nice, it was local coffee, and they had tea, but it was a serve-yourself situation. They kept the coffee hot and refilled with frequency, but, it would be nice if there were espresso-type options available. Please keep in mind again that they never said they would offer specialty espresso drinks; that was just my false preconception. I just think it would be a nice addition if they leveled up their coffee game. I am giving five stars to the overall visit. The cat area was also kept clean with very little litter box odor, and the littlerboxes were in a separate room that the cats entered through cute little mailbox holes (see photo).

Very clean. The cats were super soft and personality varied to match anyone's tastes. They brought out treats about half way through the hour reservation. There are several different areas to pet or play with the cats. There are tables with toys, but the cats really like your shoestrings.

We absolutely loved Coffee and the Cats! One of the highlights of our trip! If you love cats, stop by, love on some precious kitties, get a great cup of coffee, sweet treats, and cool cat merchandise (perfect for gifts or yourself)! I love supporting causes for the fur babies that walk among us; this is so needed! These cats are living their best lives while waiting for their forever homes! This is the nicest cat cafe ive been to. Two different rooms with enough seating for everyone to enjoy the cats. The vibe is perfect. Youre able to get coffee or tea to take in a mug with you while you enjoy the cats company. The staff is very friendly and thankful for every guest that comes by.

We absolutely love it. The rooms with the cats is very calming and clean. They are living a great life while they are awaiting their forever homes. Make sure to make reservations to come and visit with the kitties. They are all up for adoption. We will be back.

Absolutely the nicest cat cafe we’ve been to. There are 2 rooms you can sit in, each a different vibe. One is cozy, dimly lit, and has more of an at home feel. The other room is bright with loads of light and has a wall of windows for the cats to bask in the sunlight.Over 50 cats and there was no smell, the cats were clean and healthy, and Very lovey.All trips to Chattanooga will include the Naughty Cat Cafe from now on.

Cool place to see older cats that need to be adopted. All roaming around, you sit down, and they come to you. See one you like, apply to take it home. 😉Recently adopted one, and because she was in this environment , she made the transition to our house and the other cats in just 2 days. So much better that getting them from the pound. Thanks for our new little girl.

We had an amazing time visiting with the cats. The cat lounge is set up perfectly and they offer some great coffee and treats you can enjoy. The staff is also so kind and helpful. Highly suggest this for anyone in Chattanooga

If you have never been to a cat cafe or if you're a big fan, this is the place to go! This place has three large rooms that are very stylish with the sweetest cats! I've been here a couple of times, and it never disappoints! You don't need to pay extra for drinks because they're included in the price so it's well worth your money. If you want some fun times with some kitties, this is the place to be!

We had a wonderul time at the Naughty Cat Cafe! The staff are great and they have very cool merchandise. Of course the cats are the highlight. It was very relaxing to lounge and hang out with the cats. They gave us treats to give to the cats which of course they loved. This is a great way to spend your time and if you're looking for a cat, they're all available for adoption!

10/10 such a wonderful cat cafe with amazing merch! I would highly recommend booking an appointment multiple days in advance since they can only have 12-16 people with the cats at a time so walk-ins don’t seem too available.Nonetheless, a must go in Chattanooga!

I stopped by right after Valentine’s Day this year, and I loved the experience. I plan to come back every time I visit Chattanooga.There is a $15 per person fee to enter, and you have a choice between a refillable coffee mug or a canned drink. Note that they only allow 14 people per hour, and prioritize reservations.The cats were all incredibly sweet, and there is a really cozy atmosphere. I really loved the fact that I could tell that the owners were passionate about ensuring the cats went to good homes and were comfortable at the cafe.

This cat cafe was incredible! So many cats across a couple rooms, including a little room for cats to adjust to the cat cafe life. It was such a fun way to spend an hour just a few minutes from downtown Chattanooga

We had the BEST time visiting! It was so relaxing just hanging out and petting the cats. They have a wonderful place to hang out until a forever home comes along! My sister and I had an amazing experience! We were in town for the weekend from FL and came across Naughty Cat, as cat lovers we couldn’t pass it up! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, the 2 legged and 4 legged ones! Coffee and ambience were great as well! Clean and comfortable setting! Would recommend to everyone!

We had a wonderful time loving on all of the kitties! It’s clear as day that they’re well taken care of and enjoying their lives. Each has their own personality and many actively sought out pets. There’s nothing like spending an hour with cats in your lap, playing in the floor, and lounging in the window. If we didn’t already have two at home, we would’ve adopted one! I loved all the cat-themed merchandise offered too! We will definitely be going again on our next visit to Chattanooga!

The best cat cafe ever!!!! The lounge looks amazing, and is decorated so nicely. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, with the price to visit is included a drink, if you choose coffee or tea you get free refills as well. There were 45 cats there when we went, and still somehow it does not smell like litter at all. We were so absolutely impressed with this cafe, if you’re thinking about going you definitely should! I only wished I lived in town so i could visit more often! Absolutely in love.

Love this place so much. The couple who run it are so engaged and caring. It is a fun, comfortable environment, and there are always plenty of loveable cats to spend time with.
