I visited here with my Kitty boi months ago. I was going to *unnamed vet clinic* before, but in needing a quick, unplanned appt, I was directed here to Main Street Pet Wellness Center and will now make this our primary vet in the future. The staff was super kind and attentive! My cat wasn’t their biggest fan(not at any fault of theirs lol) but he also just hates being taken anywhere but our home. They treated him with love and helped ease his discomfort! 5 star place for sure! I highly recommend!

Our dog has heart cancer that is causing her to go through heart failure as such we go about once a week to this location to have the fluid drained from her abdomen. They charge about 75$ per visit and it takes about half an hour each visit. The place we had been going to was about 400$ a visit and we would have to drop her off at 8 in the morning and wait on a phone call. This usually meant that I was waiting anxiously all day for a call that would come any time between 2 and 5 pm.This place always seems so clean. Even the parking lot is clean and that is saying something as they have a gravel parking lot. The staff are so kind and actually seem to care about the pets that come in. I don't feel like dollar signs when I walk in.The most important thing to me that I have noticed is that Eriu (pictured) who always trembles like a leaf in the wind at the vet, is very calm and does not hide under my seat. She even looks a little happy to see the employees when they come to take her to be drained. Last time I didn't even have to walk with her towards the door for the tech to get her to go to the back.

My husband and I wanted a fresh start with a new vet after adopting our kitten Birdie, and our experience with Main Street Pet Wellness Center has been really great.The text reminders for the appointments are so helpful, and it is always a very short wait once we are settled into a room, which is usually within just a few minutes after being checked in!The staff have all been so kind and helpful, and they even took a little extra time at one of our last visits to help with some tips and tricks for nail trimming since our Birdie girl wasn't super keen on that.We look forward to continuing our annual visits here!

Dr. Lindsay and his entire team are top of the line. We started taking our dog here when she was a puppy and they have always been fantastic. They are even very fair on their pricing, which is tough to find. Recently my dog started having stomach problems that unfortunately led to a fairly major surgery. Dr. Lindsay walked me through our options and came up with a gameplan to help get her back to her normal self. During her recovery we had lots of questions and concerns that came up along the road and Dr. Lindsay and his team constantly made sure she was doing fine. He even called me over the weekend of her surgery to check up on her. Had a great experience with bringing my dog in for her first visit. All communication was done professionally and promptly, over the phone and in person.I really appreciated the vet, who really took the time to sit with me and discuss what treatments were best for my dog. He easily could have persuaded me to spend more money and get more preventatives, however he was very honest and didn't shove a bunch of vaccines at my dog. That says a lot about this establishment.I will definitely be continuing with all of my future care here with Main Street!

Being new to town, we weren’t sure where to establish vet care. A neighbor recommended us to Main Street Pet Wellness, and we are so happy with our care! It is a small team who care genuinely for you and your pets. I’m a first time pet owner and [retrospectively realize] have had the most ridiculous questions ever 😆. I liken them to my pediatrician when I had my first baby. Dr. Lindsay and his staff have all been so kind and caring to us hoomans and our fur babies.

Dr. Lindsey and staff are awesome! Very kind and caring with animals. Our rescue organization uses this office and we love how attentive they are with the pups! They have days designated for appointments and other days for surgeries, so call ahead of time to make arrangements to come in.

Dr Lindsey is the greatest vet we have ever had. He has a great patient relationship with our Australian Shepherd, ' TOOK ". He sits on the floor with him, and speaks to him. Our Austin loves him, and the staff. They are all very good with the furry kids they treat. Knowledgeable and Kind. Compassionate and Loving, Professionals at the top level. Dr Lindsey has a new child, and has taken a sebaical, but two more doctors have joined the team; who are also top notch.Our wonderful dog, gets exited at arrival 😀

I can’t say enough nice things about Main Street Pet Wellness Center! I’ve been looking for a new regular vet for my pups since moving to Chattanooga. I knew after speaking with them on the phone they would be a wonderful fit! They spoke with so much patience and kindness. They thoroughly addressed each of my questions and were extremely upfront about pricing. Everyone we met this morning was so kind and helpful! The vet and nurses were extremely gentle and kind and made our visit painless and easy. My pups are so happy and will be returning as regular patients here! :)

This is the vet to go to the doctors and nurses are very loving and caring to the animals. My animals act like these folks are their second family and they treat them like it. The level of care and attention to detail is unmatched.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. My dog needed to get his leg amputated after an already long and dreadful process of being in a splint for 2 months with hardly any healing. The other vets quoted me thousands and thousands of dollars to have the procedure done, but Main Street Pet was able to do it for a quarter of what everyone else told me.The entire staff from the vets to the receptionists to the techs were incredibly attentive, compassionate, and so so caring. They truly took the time to explain the process to me, and checked in multiple times to see how his recovery progress was going.They truly care about your pets. When I walked in for the post-op appointment, everyone remembered who my dog was. You can tell that this is so much more than just a job to them. Some of the other vets I went through during this process treated us like any other patient and was very transactional. Main Street Pet has truly been the best vet that I have ever been to, and I have taken my dogs to several different ones, many out of state as well. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Although I'm your classic "I usually don't leave reviews" gal I felt it necessary for Main St Vet. I had visited twice with my cats and had pleasant experiences but after meeting Dr. Lindsey today, while picking up my kitten post-spay, I will definitely continue returning. He was incredibly kind & comforting & answered all of my questions without hurry. I couldn't have asked for a better interaction.

I’m pretty sure they have a wait list still, so if you’re not on it you need to be on it.We got referred here by our vets in Murfreesboro when we moved.Dr. Lindsey is calm, gentle, and genuinely cares about the animals he treats. He doesn’t jump the gun and prescribe every drug under the sun. He works to understand the actual issue and puts the health and well being of the animal first.All of his staff are super nice. They are pretty good at remembering the animals and care about their health.They helped our old lady enjoy the last several months of her dog life. We even saw her start wagging her tail and curling it again as he treated her arthritis that we didn’t ever think she had.He gave us great recommendations for in home services that he trusted and gave us the options of what he could do for her. While it was obviously a tough choice, we are very glad to have had him to talk to in order to make the best decision for our dogs well being.We completely trust our other twos care with Main Street, Dr. Lindsey, and his incredible staff. We know that they’ll see the best care possible every time we come in to them.Also, they are always super busy but somehow manage to handle it so we hope everyone is always patient and kind to the staff.

I want to specifically highlight Robin because she was so helpful with all of the questions I always have about my dogs and she is considerate of cost, scheduling, and how my dogs will be cared for. This if my favorite vet clinic I have ever taken my dogs to and I have no intention of leaving any time soon.

We take our dog and two cats here and have had tremendous experiences at each visit. The staff is very gentle, friendly, and patient and always takes time to answer questions thoughtfully. I've never felt rushed, which was a annoyance with past vets, and the prices are affordable and transparent. From routine check-ups to minor anesthetic procedures, Dr. Lindsay and his team have always taken really great care of our pets and treated them like their own. I highly recommend them for both dog and cat care!

When my old vet retired I hadn’t found a new one that was perfect for our family. When I tried Main Street Pet Wellness I knew I finally found an awesome vet that clicked with us. Dr. Lindsay is thorough and reasonable with treatment options, he genuinely cares about his patients, and makes sure the humans feel good too. His staff are what really set them apart from others too. Kind, patient, professional, and caring. They all go out of their way to make it a welcoming, comforting environment. My baby was in great hands and loved going to see her buddies.

Would not recommend. I am new to Chattanooga and this was the first place I have tried to go. I didn’t even see the vet, so he/she probably was good, but I won’t know. I just took my fur babies in for a nail trim. I was not happily greeted by staff although the other people/pets that came in behind me were warmly greeted. They were super friendly to the other people and pets and talked to and petted their pets, but not mine. I don’t know why because myself and my babies are super sweet and friendly too. I brought them all my paperwork and the girl kept saying one of my dogs didn’t have a couple of his vaccinations and I had to go back through the paperwork with her to show her it was all there. I already told them on the phone and before they started that my dogs were a hassle to cut their nails and that’s why I was taking them to a professional, especially a veterinarian clinic instead of just a groomer. They tried to clip one nail and he got anxious and a little wild like normal and they said they would have to get the vet to proscribe them trazadone!!! Just to cut their nails. My previous vet said that them acting crazy when their nails were cut was normal and they got the job done! I left and am not going back and definitely would not recommend any new clients go there!!!

The entire staff is incredible. I love taking my dogs there. It's quick and easy and they are super helpful. They helped me rehab a rescue that is now looking fabulous. I went in for a vaccine the other day and the tech had the vaccine waiting for us at the desk, weighed him, vaxxed him, charged my card on file, gave my baby treats, and we were out the door. It took literally 2 minutes. Incredible.

The doctor here is very knowledgeable. Whole staff is great always willing to work with you too keep your pets health and happy. I trust them because time and time again they have looked at whatever the situation was and did what was most reasonable and least evasive for our pets.Are they the cheapest? I don't know but they are the best and that's all I want for my pets!

I cant say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Lindsay has been great in office but has also accepted phone calls and emails from me after hours when I’ve had questions. He will then always follow up a few days later to make sure everything is well. I’m not sure if any other vet who is so committed to their patients and their pet parents!
