This is a lovely little boutique! They are small but mighty as they receive nice furniture and home goods, books, CDs, toys, as well as a good supply of pet food, toys and leashes. Thursday is 10% off for seniors and I believe military receive 10% off every day. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, and the donations go to support the Humane Educational Society. Typically they have a kitty or two you can see while shopping. A great cause to shop or to direct your donations.

This store is handicap accessible with no curbs to find a ramp for. The people inside were cheerful. There is a variety of useful things at this place, and the prices are reasonable. They are closed on Mondays. All the proceeds benefit the animals at the Humane society. I intend to shop here often.

Had to go pee. And as a customer I literally seen the no restroom sign but I almost peed myself. When I ask the lady yall don't have a restroom. She said no. But taco bell does. Will never return here. I was gonna put my stuff back but didn't. Just rude

I am all about helping animals and love a good deal!! Take my advise: If you buy anything electronic here make sure you double check it before you leave. Just because they say it has been tested doesn't mean it works right. Wasted $25 on a TV for my daughter that did not work right and they do not take returns!!! I was told if they can get it to turn on it is tested and works!! Yeah not!!

Easily my favorite resell shop. They don't have the largest selection but the items they do have are always very good quality. MUCH CLEANER than other similar shops in comparison, as well. Maybe I'm biased bc I always find stuff for my "hound" (best selection I've found for resell pet products) but any time I need a specific item I'm, literally, able to find exactly what I need here..4real, it's happened on 3 separate occasions now. Check em out, even if you don't find you're exact item, you'll be pleasantly surprised at the different level of products & cleanliness offered. Can't forget the staff and all who directly contribute to everything I've spoke so highly of. They're the ones making it all happen 👍

This is a great place they have affordable pet supplies,household goods and lots more.Store is very clean and well organized will definitely be back.Also all proceeds are donated to Humane Society so its for a good cause.

I love this place, I love thrifting In general but this place has such a great selection. Everything is clean and organized. I come just about every week to see what awesome things I can pick up for super low prices. Staff is wonderful as well. Super sweet and helpful :) will continue coming back.

I love this store! Great thrift store with cute things for people and pets! I love that they donate 100% of their profits to the Humane society in Chattanooga. Such a great local shop I definitely recommend checking it out!

Was disappointed that the HES Thrift store was no longer in East Ridge but found it online. Great prices and cool stuff! Staff is also super friendly. They have a big selection of vintage Anna Ball dresses.

Good products and helpful service. Beyond the giving to a good cause, the reward of clean and useful items are a constant. The various collectibles and curios are always a treat, as you can examine/buy items used generations ago.

It's okay some of the stuff is almost the same stuff like you get at the Goodwill but just overwhelm see but it's okay.and you just got to be careful if you're getting something be careful somebody else will buy it right on your nose and they did call us back by the time we got back trying to get out there somebody else tried to buy it right under our nose the last time for a couch... full of everything from glass to furniture, this thrift store is super cool and i got a good couch for only 25 dollars. good artifacts from people that live all around Harrison bay. ran by the sweetest people in town and profits go to helping stray animals find good homes.

The Mask mandate in Hamilton County has ended...My cat passed away and I'm feeling a little down so thought I would make myself feel better by donating her cat food and shopping a little. They caught me at the door asking if I had a mask. Only place ive been in weeks that expected that...🙄 no thanks!

Terrible thrift store experience. Heard two volunteers / employees talking about some inappropriate workplace drama and differences with management. Not a good experience to have to overhear lots of negativity while I'm trying to shop. Go behind closed doors to discuss stuff like this.

I used to think very highly of this place i loved it i would donate often however i ask the lady to hold some clothes that i had found because i had not intended to buy anything that day just drop my donate stuff off and go but i decided to go in not realizing i didnt have my wallet in my purse and it was just a few minutes before closing i knew i wouldnt get back in time vefore they closed so i ask her if she could hold them and she just flat out told me no like really i have donated hundreds of dollars worth of stuff to you all and have receipts to prove so and you cant hold some used clothes for me till in the morning seriously i will not donate nor shop here ever again!

Slightly more expensive with clothes, jewelry, shoes than most thrift stores, but it is going to a good cause. i.e.T shirts are $4, children's paperback books are. 75¢ no matter there condition, but good prices on housewares.
