Absolutely the Best in my area! Been taking my pets there for many many years. They Worked my Yorkie in on very short notice because she had got into some weeds and dry leafs and was tangled all in her hair.Thanks Norma and staff! Y’all Rock!!

I have been taking my dogs here for over 6 years, even after I moved to the other side of town. This is not some fancy doggy spa that overcharges for everything. They are reasonably priced and down to earth people that actually care for the animals. One of my pups has special needs and I would never leave my babies with anyone that I felt uncomfortable with just to save some money. I will take my pups here for as long as they are alive. Thank you Norma and all of your staff. You’re the best. :)

Very caring staff. Gentle amd understanding of every kind of furbaby. Ed the groomer to Robert the bather to norma the owner are legendary groomers. I drive as many times i can long distance to get my babies groomed here. Some times i have to use a local and trust me im very picky about my babies house of pets is my number one place to go to. They are awsome with medical babies amd rescues that are scared. They make furbabies feel safe.

Today is the first time ive visited house of pets. Apart from finding the place it was a lovely experience. Ed really gave my pup a awesome bath and did a great job on his nails. The price was awesome only 18 bucks for a small dog with bath and nail trim plus he filed his nails for free. Everywhere else i looked charged a extra 8-10 dollars just for that. The only issue i had was finding the place. Google maps will take you accross the street to a vacant building. So to anyone reading this in the future the business is located in the ashland gardens business area. I didnt even know that was a thing. I thought it was only apartments here haha. All in all i would 10/10 bring red here again.

Trustworthy people. The groomer can calm down our dog, not an easy thing. She seems to know he won't hurt her. Reasonable pricing. There is nowhere else that we would take our 'girl.'

For most of my entire life my Grandmother's 5 poodles all were groomed at original location, between Hixson Pk and Norcross Rd. Now I have two babies (Pomeranians) to be groomed. Always a great job.After knowing these fine folks for over 40yrs, they actually are like family.To add, they are very knowledgeable about their passion, pets, variety of animals to fish.ZERO complaints. Nothing short of the BEST!!I'm not being biased, just honestly truthful.
