The time before this time I went in there with my daughter and the two employees behind d the counter were cussing and yelling obscenities at each other in front of a line full of people. Today I go in there, and an employee accuses me of throwing candy towards her, argues with me, makes me cry, I start crying and saying I’m sorry you feel this way, and she tells me I better get out of her store. Then, I get to my car, and someone has robbed my car. Do not go here. It’s just awful. Not worth it.

Didn't realize the employees can make their own hours and close before it says but I guess they don't care cuz the owners let it happen 🙄 It's cool tho cuz the right people will take care of it 💯

The recent remodel has made the store look good. Also, they have better staffing and coverage. Items can run out of stock quick through the week, so a good idea to go earlier in the week when they just had a truck.

The parking lot was full of trash and the inside had a feeling of being dirty. I do believe it's because of the lighting though.As expected, the prices for convenience were much higher than driving further up the street to Wal-Mart. But that's to be expected.I would give this one star but I appreciate that a second cashier opened a register when she saw that there were five customers waiting in line.

Very rude people the manager name is Sara she wouldn’t give me her last name or the cashier name and she threw my money in the floor I wouldn’t go here

Everything was great until they hired Jennifer. Jen verbally attacked my disabled daughter and told her she needed to put her very small backpack/purse at the desk while shopping. My daughter had not smoked in six months but the stress from being accused of being a thief threw her back into smoking. This person is aggressive and angry and should not be working at the Family Dollar. What a mess. Fire JEN!

It's 9:37 on Monday night, and the left door is locked, and the other door was cracked open a Lil bit... I stuck my head inside ans asked if yall was closed? The lady turned her head and said yes... just wondering why they was closes at 9:37 pm on Monday March 27th 2023...

The store was a wreck, I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't even get down the aisle because of stock. It was not easy at all for a disabled person. I honestly left before I could finish because I was so frustrated and in pain. Very bad experience!

This store is drowning. They always have stock piled on carts everywhere, the isles are too packed for a nice shopping experience. The parking lot is always dirty. Has got worse over the last few months. They need help!

The shelves were about empty, but it did have the items that i needed to be content with the business. The cashiers were professional and friendly. I was in and out of the store easily. I give the place 5 stars and would give more.

Please ask the squatters to move from the back of your parking lot. We live close by and the police will not ask them to leave because it is private property. Your lot is always trashed probably due to the people living on your property. Will not be back due to the safety for my family.

Didn't actually go inside. My son Chad and I were driving back from Florida when the weather turned really bad. Tornado warnings. Raining so hard I couldn't see the road. We pulled off the highway at 4:43am. Family Dollar was the first place I COULD SEE. Pulled into the parking lot and took a nap. Till 7:45am. Thank you Family Dollar. 😎

They had what we needed and it was cheap. The staff needs some motivation for customer service, but it is a dollar store. Give them some work incentives or make work fun.
