If I could give you a zero star I would. I went to grab somethings for work, walked up to the register to pay. To be told by an employee I didn't catch her name. She was an older black lady that we were shop lifting. Which was a bull face lie. She continued to run her mouth even after we paid and left the store. My husband told her to pull cameras because we did not touch the box that she was accusing us for. I don't appreciate being treated like this when we shop there all the time. As of now we will never shop here again. I understand you may being having issues at this specific location, but to accuse someone without watching cameras nor was in the vicinity of so called box. Is completely unprofessional. Get your crew under control. Not everyone is a thief. You lost a valuable customer over an employees mouth, And false conviction.

The Family Dollar is a great store to go find things for a low price. The store stays constantly busy but the employees that are there even though they're busy or more than happy to help. The Family Dollar has everything you can imagine I went in looking for duct tape and found it if you need Automotive stuff painting stuff household stuff it doesn't seem to matter what you need they have it for a low price and it's decent quality stuff I will go back again.

The manager don't need to be manger at all.She will act ugly when ask about products in store.some of the cashier s not the most pleasant.At times they can be rude.The store is always a mess.Trash and cigarettes butt all out front on ground.Its bad, you have to drive to different area for better customer service and care. It's terrible.Their customer service/care manner's needs training.one 🌟 Star is over rate.

I've gone into this store a couple times within the last week or so and the cashiers are nothing but rude and seem to not be happy with their job. They don't smile or carry a somewhat enthusiastic "how are you?" I'll never shop here again

As far as bargain spots on Highway 58 go, this is the one I frequent the most. From killer deals on bath items to amazingly priced drinks I can normally find a plethora of great products at rock bottom prices. This stores employees at check out leave you questioning your choice of shopping spot at times but the store layout and deals keep you coming back.Handicapped accessible parking isn't the greatest and the small doors would leave someone in a wheelchair quite annoyed but with a little work these things could be rectified, hopefully this is something that will change soon.For the most part I would choose this place over Dollar General or Dollar Tree any day of the week.

So lately this store has been amazing. I noticed a larger supply of food, dog food and toys, household items, and novelty items. Its clean, has friendly staff, and great prices.

This store had only 2 attendants who were trying to put away merchandise and man the checkout. There were boxes all over creating a tripping hazard.
