The service is good . The other day I had to go in there it least 3 times with my daughters that was 31 and 30 years old and a grandson . I had to get a small cap for up under neath our kitchen sink . But the first time the guy with short white hair was very nice helping find one . But it was to big the first time . Then we came back to her another size . and it didn't fit . Then we came the 3rd time and we had to get a quarter size cap . And the big heavy set white guy with light brown beard , well he was nice at first give me 2 the same size cap and I only needed one . And the 1st and 2nd time was to big , for my plumber to work up under my kitchen sink . And the 3rd time the quarter size cap fit . But I only needed one . And I had to take the other one back to the hardware store and get my money back on it . But the little bit taller heavy set white guy with a light beard on , didn't look to happy with me and my family, because we brought the other quarter size cap back that we didn't need . The heavy set kinda tall white guy at the cashier act like he had a bad attitude, just because I brought the other one back .

Great little hardware store and well stocked. Friendly courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Let's you browse at your leisure and take all the time you like. Found a stiff fingernail brush I couldn't find anyplace else that I'm sure will get the crud/grease/paint from under my nails.Worth a stop-by if your in the area or a trip if in need of advice.

My husband goes in the store all the time!!! It’s convenient location!!! But they are always nice, very helpful, Terry has helped my husband finds parts all the time !!! He is a very nice person they all are!!!!

I absolutely love this store! They have a great selection. The staff is the best part. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and their ready to help you find whatever you need. It's so nice to see friendly people. Always have a nice time shopping there! So I happily give them 5 stars!!

Great place! I went today because I was hooking up an appliance to my faucet and the man working showed me how parts of a faucet come off. Left to go get a part that he suggested but didn’t have in at the time. Couldn’t find the part but did what he showed me on a different faucet in my apartment and it came off. I was able to hook up my appliance no problem! Didn’t even need to buy anymore pieces. I always start my home improvement journeys at this store.

Been here many times, right across the street from my Home/Office. Usually if it's something I need here at home, planting soil, plumbing issues, or wasp spray...it's right there...If I know I need something at a job before I head out it's quick and convenient. The employees are always quick to ask if you need help finding anything and will always take you right to it and discuss options with you. The sweet lady at the register is always so nice.

Willis did a wonderful job today, I'm a disabled Veteran and my wheel chair was missing two screws and he replaced them for me, I promise any other large hardware stores wouldn't have done that. Please support this hardware store for great service.

Went in to see if I could get help with figuring out what blades I needed to get for my mower. No luck. Went to ace up the street. They had me pulled up found the blades and checked out in under 6 mins! I try to support local but places like this make it hard!8/3/18. 4:00 PM

Was completely ignored they did not have much of a selection of anything especially drill bits is what I was looking for they never asked if I needed any help and I walked by them three times didn't think I would have to say anything usually customer service speaks up and asks if anyone needs help but nope they didn't

I have called twice today both times someone has hung up on me when they answer the phone you can tell they hate there job I would fire them. I work 30 years to the public if you have a business you need to help your customer's

I bought a leaf blower from East Ridge Hardware got it home ran a couple of times would not start again after that went to make a return with my receipt they will not replace it or refund the money and said I will have to deal straight with a manufacturer was a big hassle still got the leaf blower still won't run will not buy nothing from that store again and I suggest no one else does as well
