Only one cashier on duty. Line is all the way down Aisle 16 - 17. Person at the back stocking shelves. Cashier said that she was the only one running registers today and "if people didn't like it, they can leave her store." She was also using profanity in front of the customers waiting to be checked out.I get that it can get busy, but the cashier was completely overwhelmed and perhaps this contributed to her rudeness, but she was inexcusably rude. Cashier had yellow/orange dyed hair and glasses. She was not wearing a name tag.I hope a manager or someone at corporate sees this. She needs a talking to.

My last trip in was awful. Shelves hadn't been restocked but they started shoving all the newest stuff onto the shelves such as their Easter things. With st Paddy's right there as well. That stuff, was well stocked. But the other shelves were practically bare. Then, I learn they are going up on many items to $7. I knew it was coming as soon as they went to $1.25. They need to be truly reasonable. Why pay $1.25 for an 8 count of whatever when a person can go to Walmart and get 25 for $2. It makes no sense. Then the $3 & $5 items. Sure...some are decent but few & far between for sure. Now...they're moving up to $7 on particular new items coming in and again yes, I'm sure "some" items will be decent. With them charging yet more money again...I truly hope & pray they'll begin do better for their cashiers. They are over worked & underpaid. Yes, I can say that as I'm a former employee. No, I didn't leave on bad terms. I really loved the job but got tired of doing all that was required for so little and having to beg for more than 4 hours a day 😂 no one can fully survive on that kind pay or hours.

I shop at this location often, I'll usually stop here and then go to Walmart..the selection here is good and have never had a problem with people who work there as far as attitude...However today I seen people leaving but after taking a few photos of the exterior the door was locked and a note was on the door saying they were temporary closed for a while...people were inside but that's all the note said so I went on to Walmart..02/05/18 Today I found out why they closed...The health department shut down the store due to a Rodent problem. A quite severe Rodent problem..Rodent feces and urine everywhere and they apparently didn't care if people seen them...A problem like this could and should of been prevented..This is definitely do to poor management and personal so lazy and uncaring to do something about this...I don't think I can ever do business here again...They make 3 Businesses I will never go back to..Dollar Tree at Greenway(Brainerd) . Chef Lin(South Terrace East Ridge) Los Porto's(Ringgold rd East Ridge).

Most of these locations are poorly stocked and have bad customer service. However, this must have been a good day because the people were kind and helpful. Still need some better stocking on those shelves and in the freezer which was pretty much empty. But I appreciate the service!

Poor planning on throwing my uncle tiki party for his 57th birthday and I found tons of decorations and other party supplies here. But if you're looking for a sparkling personality from your cashier or any help locating items; then this isn't your location.

This Particular Dollar Tree is my Favorite to go in!! They've always have more than any others I go into! I live in Knoxville, so I make it a point to visit this store when I come to Chattanooga. The staff has always been fun, never hateful or unpleasant. The shelves are always well stocked, and there's never boxes in the isles like I find in the other stores! Good job and thank you to your staff/workers!! 👍 👍

The note on the door said they close at 1 pm now. This is Friday June 24 at 2:35 pm and they're closed. Multiple people, older people included are steady walking up, some handicap, and then walking back to their cars because of the store/business lack of commitment to their patrons.

Drove all the way here from Ringgold & get inside only for them to come over the speaker & say "we are closing in 5 mins".NO WHERE does it say they close at 1pm on a week day..... I won't be back.

Maybe everyone was tired today they were not quite as professional in the way they spoke but it was okay it not as packed though the shelves need to be stocked we've gone several times looking for specific things we are used to finding in this type of store but not finding it so hopefully they'll do better at stocking

They have a good selection on some items. Some they don't have and I had to go to the dollar tree by the Rave. I wish every store had the same things so you don't have to drive from store to store. I like the friendly staff and the fact that they are helpful. I also like that store is clean. This is a good store to go to.

Never coming to this location ever again! Came in for colored pencils. The associate I talked to acted like she didn't want to be bothered and never even looked at me. She gave the excuse that they were probably in a box in the back room, but didn't offer to go check. I told my boyfriend we'd have to go else where and how I thought she was rude to me. She basically followed us almost out of the store. Very unprofessional and down right rude. I've been in retail and customer service since I was 16. That's not how you treat a customer. Also, the place was a pig stye. Very disorganized. You just lost 2 customers.

The employees are usually very friendly, and get to know the regulars. This store carries a specific item that I can only find in this store and in this location, so I'm in there every single week. I've heard that some people consider that area as "not so great", but it just seems normal to me.
