Store manager and staff like to antagonize customers and think it's funny and don't care that the refrigerator and shelves aren't stocked correctly. They just stand around wasting time while the store is a mess. Refrigerator has been broken for awhile.

Was extremely surprised to see and hear the store manager on the speaker phone on conference call with higher ups taking about being better at customer service and more attentive to their customers. While having 6 people with only one line open and this manager refused to even make eye contact with any of the customers in line. Leaving her only cashier and 6 customers behind to run to the restroom. But everybody has to go, understandable. However the time she stood there with that phone she could've waited on half of the customers. Unbelievable, listening to career building skills when such a small initiative could have exceeded what was being taught on conference call. Big thumbs down for this store manager.

This was probably the best visit I have ever had to this particular Dollar tree. There was a very nice young gentleman working there that was hardworking, very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable pertaining to the items sold in this store. Although he couldn't have been any older than 19 or 20, I can actually see this young man moving through the ranks quickly. Finding himself in a management position in no time. I was impressed and blown away by his mature demeanor and hard work ethic. This is unfortunately a rare quality in today's society. And especially abscent in the young men I have encountered in the workforce.

They need to do some deep cleaning. They have a better collection than some stores I've visited. The employees are not fond of wearing masks and do not greet you while you're checking out. They barely like to say your total. Great thing that I have working eyes. The vision impaired would have an awful time with check out.

Zane did a phenomenal job keeping calm under the pressure of rude customers. This dollar tree always has a good selection of items. People need to remember where they are at- a DOLLAR TREE- I've seen customers behave better at stores like Walmart, publix, and gas stations where they are paying way more for service and product. There was a long line and customers that loudly kept harassing zane. Another employee was in the back-possibly going to the restroom or finishing another task. Zane called them multiple times, but the customers were still rude. They did come to the front after 3 minutes, but not one person harrassed the person that came from the back. Please remember that these employees are being paid $7.25 and hour to deal with rude a** people like those that live in this area. I hope those people are never rushed and intimidated in their workplace like the rudeness displayed to Zane today. I have never written a google review but this interaction upset me. Zane deserves a promotion. Also- I regularly shop at this store. I have never encountered a rude employee. They have fun and sing sure- but it lightens up the store. Customer service people everywhere are not mindless drones to serve you- they are people doing the best they can with the tools and resources available to them. If you are in a rush maybe be more prepared, patient and understanding to your fellow human.

Dollar Tree is the best thing going! I get all sorts of great things here. Vitamins, toiletries, auto supplies, and much more. Its my go to for the things you'd expect to pay much more for. Always friendly staff, and interesting shoppers!

Store is messy. While I was there a woman came screaming up to the front saying she saw a big gopher rat. So be careful. If rats are coming out in broad daylight when there is people around they obviously have a big problem and have an infestation of rats. Could use a good cleaning and they only have one shopping cart in the whole store. So definitely need more.

The customer service here is always great! I love visiting here! It is very organized and the staff are always helpful when I need assistance. I usually spend way too much time in here, but they really have started to have everything I need, even decent groceries!

Items are few..under stocked..is it due to virus or like the past..Only certain items are available to certain stores..shopping at different Dollar Tree stores you see items that are NOT available at this location..makes you wonder..WHY? Seems stores are limited to what they can order. Frustrating to the customer..I have 3 in my area..hunting can be a pain..seasonal items even worse.

This store is currently experiencing an problem with a very bad odor from dead rats in the building. This was confirmed by a store employee. There store seems to be in disrepair but then again, so is the neighborhood we're in...

Very bad customer service.went in to get balloons for my sister Birthday party and the lady at the cash register told me to wait a minute she had to go pee.😱 well 20 minutes later I got tired of waiting for her to return so I left with no balloons for my sister😠. Customer service is everything and this store has very very poor customer service. I love Dollar Tree but I will never shop at this location again....😔

Dollar Tree is the best of the dollar stores but this particular one seems more disorganized than most and less friendly. I'll drop in quickly here when I need one or two items because it's so close to home, but prefer other Dollar Tree stores.

It's ok. I wish they would've left it as the family Dollar though. Cashier was busy on her phone when I walked up to the counter and made me wait a few seconds while she finished checking Facebook or whatever she was doing 😑

Management really need to reevaluate this store, long wait time to be cashed out, managers counting team members and laughing while customer are waiting. It's sad when you shop in your neighborhood and get terrible service. Stock all in the aisles, you barely can walk around the store. Dollar Tree it's time for a change.

I am handicapped on a Walker I asked the cashier if they had any buggies he said they only had two in the whole store I will not be able to shop in that Dollar Tree again they need to have more than two biggies since they don't have riding electric buggies.

One of the worst dollar tree stores that you will ever go in. Very unprofessional and associates were not willing to do bare minimum. Associate going through the store singing and not helpful at all. Wish I could leave ZERO STARS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
