Store was pretty much picked clean on what I was headed there for. I was informed by an employee that a truck hadn't shown up for several days. I found this to be unacceptable for a general goods store that was missing general goods. The store was also a mess and completely junky looking.On the plus side handicapped parking seems to be plentiful.

My husband slipped on some clear liquid left on the floor and fell and got hurt in this store almost a week ago. They didn't clean it up just put 2 crate's by it. No one has called from this store to see if my husband is ok. Hell no one from Dollar General has called. There is no excuse for this kind of neglect on your part. Shame on you Dollar General. You do not care about your customers and your workers are lazy. It is stores like this that need to be shut down. You don't care my husband is the bread winner and supports our family and He has been out of work since he fell. We are not going to be able to pay our bills until he goes back to work all because your lazy workers didn't clean up a mess left on the floor and failed to let anyone know that it was left on the floor.

For myself, it's a difficult walk to the store but to get there and they are closed, without even a notice on the door. I tried calling tonight so I don't waste another walk and wouldn't you know it, the phone is off the hook. This store needs to be done away with

Horribly junky and dirty. So much junk blocking the aisles. Poorly stocked. Staff rude and under trained. Can definitely tell Nicole is no longer there. The supposed "manager" rude and stands outside smoking while customers are in the store.

Great deals , great time . I came here and couldn't find what I was searching for.. so I asked the manager who was standing behind the counter and he was very polite in telling me without showing me where the item that I was looking for, was. I never felt uncomfortable being in the store, even walking around lost . Everything was affordable of course but one thing that I've never seen is a return .. an old man came in and had a return for a Christmas card that he bought. The lady had no problem returning his items with his receipt and the transaction only took as long as the customer took. All in all I had a good experience here.

This place has some recent clutter and seems to have more stuff than room. However, the workers are friendly they always seem to know where items are when asked. I got a few sets of index cards and a couple items for school projects for under ten dollars and I didn't have to wait an eternity like some stores.

This store is awful! I've seen yard sales and flea market booths that are more organized, clean, and accessible. Great prices (if you find the price), empty shelves, literally looks like a tornado touched down. In all my years of retail, sales, and management, I've never seen anything like this! Go if you are desperate, but remember - I told ya so!

This place should be condemned or at the very least closed for extreme cleaning. Trash and merchandise everywhere. Just horrible. The employees should absolutely not be working in such horrible conditions. This place hasn’t been cleaned in what looks to be years. Just disgusting 🤢

Staff's service was exceptional, very polite & friendly. However the store as an entity at first glance was haphazard & slapdash. Upon exploring the first half of the store I noticed the organization of their items to be sporadic & erratic. Overall I will return but without intention of finding anything in place.

I was able to get part of what I needed to get. They were out of several items but that was not their fault. It was Thanksgiving and the store was sold out of some of what I needed. I like Dollar General because it is convenient and has good prices.

It's was ok. The clerk's were not especially nice. They bagged my food with cleaning products. And acted as if I was bugging her trying to check out. Not to mention the same employee tried to take my buggy twice while I was standing right next to it because she thought I was leaving it. Umm no I'm right here within two foot or less does it look like I'm leaving it. The employees could sure use an attitude adjustment

I arrived at the Hwy 58 location to find the doors locked with no one in site. Mind u the time was 9:47 pm. I knocked several times and no one ever responded or acknowledged my presence. I only wanted a couple things, that would've taken just a second to grab and go; with time left....humh, I've spend a lot of hard earned money in this particular store. Sadly u just lost a customer.....good night!Sincerely,A Very Disappointed Customer :-(

My brother was violently carjacked in the parking lot Sunday 12/13/2020. This happened around 1pm, in broad daylight. He had his arm rolled up in the window, and was dragged 15ft before the assailants rolled down the window and let him free. He had horrible injuries and was bleeding, and the employees not only did not help him they stared at him and almost didn’t let him use their phone to call the police. NO ONE HELPED HIM. On top of it all, they claim their security cameras were not working. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU. I hope no one ever had their loved one treated like this.

a few of the ladies there are so rude. the manager has the worst attitude of all of them. I've shown up 2 minutes before they open while they are bringing things outside with the doors wide open and been told to stay back. wow. stay back. the next day same thing except I asked if they were open. the horrible manager replied "what does it look like?" this is a constant thing. next time I'm going to record it and post it.

Hay, one day last week iI come out store you could smell like someone smoking weed,by the door as you come out store .only people standing there was a Teen male and a manager with blunt in his hand.I guess if you smoke weed that's a good thing but I don't smoke weed so that was really bad.exspecially if you got to take a weed test for job........ today the store was clean shelves was all neet and in order nice cashier very nice young lady

Unfortunately there's not enough associates to stock the merchandise. There are usually boxes of freight interfering with you being able to comfortably shop.

Disgusting, unorganized, all products are stuffed in boxes and shelves are bare. Store manager was doing nothing at all. It look like the show hoarders. This store should be shut down.
