Great very tentative and sweet as can be waitresses! Checked in on us often! My husband and sonEnjoyed a game of checkers, as our girls enjoyed a bit of shopping before our dinner was done. Lots of cute ELVIS, and Chicken and DOG lovers kind of stuff amongst much more of course. Something for everyone! If you have not been before , stop it, I’m sure they won’t disappoint you! Thank you all!Kid-friendliness: Little games on the table, and checkers for you to sit down and play…Wheelchair accessibility: It is to get in, but going through the gift shop part might be a squeeze… you can do it… but tight!

Stopped just for the gift shop when we were in the area because one of our travel companions was looking for souvenirs. Like most Old Country Stores, they have many items that are available across the chain. Even so, there were several that were unique, too. Good quality; reasonable prices; nice displays and great customer service.Fun to see all of the Lodge cast iron skillets, given this local manufacturer, too.

We came for my sister's birthday. Eugene was our server. He's the best sever we've ever had since coming there. He never let us run out of anything. He was very friendly, fast, and got everything perfect. We will definitely be back and ask for him again. I forgot my drink and he even brought it outside to me. That's what I call perfect ending to a great dinner.

Server was great. First issues w no fried chicken had to order something else then added extra fish to be charged more for the meat than the plate. They also dont have a side salad as a side so they charge 2.49 xtra didnt know until the billQuality has gone way down hill. GM needs a wake up call paid 65 for 2 meals

Second time ordering pick up from this Cracker Barrel and both orders were lacking. One time, I can understand and will give a second try. Twice and I take my business elsewhere. Ordered the hamburger patty, pay extra to have it “smothered” to have less than an onion slice and no gravy. Requested tarter sauce forMy daughter’s shrimp to be given cocktail sauce. Wasn’t given any sauce for the fried pickles.Sad that customer service isn’t important to this Cracker Barrel.

I was meeting my family but they went to another place. The staff of Cracker Barrel was so gracious and understanding. I missed all the great food. Love the Christmas decorations.

The waiter was pleasant and did a great job considering he was new. The food was very cold when it came out. We had three meals all came with gravy and biscuits, but we were only given two biscuits for the whole group. Fortunately one in our group decided they didn't want theirs. You would expect two biscuits per person since it is part of the meal.

Staying at a hotel walking distance to this particular Cracker Barrel. I ordered online two pot pies. One with biscuits and the other with cornbread. They said :30 minutes until done so I walked over then and it was waiting on me to pick up. The order was correct and the pot pies were freaking great!! Something different for a change and enjoyed it. Very nice staff as well.

I want to start this review by stating that the only reason I am giving 3 stars is due to the fact that our server Laura K was AMAZING! If not for her I would have given this 1 star. We were sat at 2:30pm after waiting for 25 minutes to be sat. The dining room was half empty but the servers that were here were working their tails off.Laura K came over promptly and took our drink orders. She was back in a flash to get our food orders. Now is when the problems start. Laura came back out after about 20 minutes to tell me that my dish needed to be modified due to a 40 more minute wait for meatloaf. She offered to substitute more of another option and I opted for more chicken. When the food did come out my mother’s Steak/Chicken/Shrimp plate was missing the shrimp and the server (not Laura) told us that they were in the fryer and would be right out. Well after eating our meals, drinking our drink and even eating the biscuits, there were still no shrimp. We informed Laura and she checked. She told us they were just put in the fryer. Here is where the issue stems from. We overheard 2 other tables be told that parts of their meals were missing because they were sent to other tables. This is a problem with expediting and management.Management you can do better. I have been to several other Cracker Barrel’s where management is visible and checking on everyone’s experience. I had to take a moment before writing this post.We had a normal wait time to be seated.We give our breakfast orders. I didn't even notice that we didn't give our wait staff how we wanted our eggs. So he decided how we wanted our eggs, which were scrambled.My daughter's plate had one piece of shriveled sausage, half of a piece of bacon and a piece of ham 2" x 3".I had asked for Tabasco, and the server went off, I presumed he was getting it, but he didn't return with the Tabasco. I had to flag another server to get the Tabasco.I am sure others didn't have the same experience with me because their server was doing their job.

Extremely slow service. Short on staff but they have time to stand around and talk and laugh. Then when you ask for a refill you never get it. Ask for silverware and have to wait. Then get attitude from the staff. I understand you are short staffed but the ones you do hire need to work. Take care of customers. And fake a smile. 20 minute wait when there were 12 tables open. Then another 20 minute wait to have order taken. Floors were dirty. Table was dirty. I’ve also noticed you don’t get a reply here if you complain about bad service. But get a reply if you praise them and give good reviews.

My service was absolutely excellent. I didn’t want to complain to the server but now that you have asked…I had the fried chicken salad. The lettuce was really poor. It was iceberg lettuce that had a lot of the core in it and the lettuce was very light colored and didn’t taste fresh but it was near the core. It really ruined my salad. It was poor quality. The chicken was good but very small in size.Parking: I have nothing to add other than the spaces are wide enough.

It’s been a long time since I went into a Cracker Barrel, but it’s tasty nonetheless! Our server was passable but mostly apathetic. Food was delicious as always though! The time I want to pick up the takeout order should be at the end of the order instead of at the beginning. By the time I finished checking prices and choosing my food, ten minutes had passed, and this gave me very little time to get there! I had to stop at Walmart on the way, and because of issues on self-check I ended getting there 20 minutes late. The food was not in the pickup shelf so the greeter had to retrieve it from the back. Fortunately, it was prepaid. The chicken had gotten cold, though it wasn’t a terrible problem since it was on a salad, but it would have been better if warm.Dietary restrictions: Very few vegetable options that are not cooked with butter or meat, and most are salty.Parking: Go during off hours if you want to park near the front door.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Need more options for entrees,

The food was good and the waitress who waited on me was good. The issue that I and many others had on this visit was it took over 30 minutes once I was seated to get my meal. And I could have even dealt with that if the manager would have came around and explained the delay instead of saying nothing at all. I saw the manager walking around and nothing was ever said. I’m sorry for the delay would have been a great start. This is the first time that ever had an issue at Cracker Barrel. Everyone can have a bad day, so I will give y’all this one, but communicate better in the future for any delays. My waitress was great and apologetic! Maybe she should be the manager‼️

Arrived at 7:15 pm, took 20 minutes to be seated. 30 minutes after being seated my chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes and fried apple slices were cold. Ice cold! Sent everything back and within 30 seconds I had warm chicken fried chicken, cold potatoes and warm apple slices. The only thing hot was the gravy. My date had very hot fish. Complained to manager Alice who explained that cold food being delivered to the customer was NOT the servers fault. Will not return to this Cracker Barrel

I haven't actually had much interaction with employees so I can't really comment on that, we have only used to go services from here and out of our multiple times picking up from here we have yet to receive a whole correct order. Either something has been missing, wrong, or old and inedible. Getting in contact with them to correct the issue is a nightmare, which ultimately leads to it not being worth it. Save yourself the trip and travel the other way to the east ridge location where there isn't a need to get an issue corrected.
