Comb & collar did amazing on my dogs! We have one goldendoodle & one aussiedoodle. Their coats are very high maintenance, so having an amazing groomer makes ALL the difference. They were seeing another one that kept leaving mats & unclipped toes & wouldn’t clean their ears. So I brought them to comb & collar & she did an amazing job with them. She groomed every inch of them! They look like the little handsome pups they are now! She got me in last minute because we were desperate to find someone to fix the mess that was done from the previous groomer. She was really sweet to the dogs as well, which is important knowing I’m leaving them in caring hands!! Their prices are really fair as well, we’re used to paying big bucks for doodles but they don’t always include what you’d consider a FULL groom. Here though, they did the works and It was all included in one price! My boys were so happy there, and I’m So excited we’ve made them a part of our lives now!

We have been using Comb & Collar since they opened. We love them and the way they love our dogs. I even had a demon Chaweenie that they would do nail trims. Now I have a Bassethound and she loves them! If you are looking for a groomer I would highly recommend giving them a try!

So happy we found Comb & Collar. They are professional, friendly, and they love our pups! You can book an appointment online for all of their services. You will receive a confirmation after booking the appointment and a reminder the day or two before. They send texts when the dogs are ready for pick up and I always catch them playing with the dogs when I arrive! Great people and they do an AMAZING job with our doodles. They are getting busier and busier and why is that good news you may ask? Means they aren't going anywhere! Thank you times a billion for making our pups look handsome as ever!P.S. Our first experience at comb and collar was not good. Booked an appointment online, showed up at the time and no one was at the shop. Rebooked again and it reeked of marijuana when we picked our dog up. The grooming was satisfactory. We rebooked again thinking maybe the marijuana smell was another establishment next door. Instructions were to follow the previous notes, but cut the tail a little shorter. Our dog was butchered. He looks absolutely horrible and is in no way cut like his breed. He has a stick for a tail! It will take several months to correct this, not to mention his foot has a cut on it from trimming too close. We will never return.

They did outstanding with 2 of our shihtzus. Best haircut they’ve ever gotten and they came home with filed nails, smelled great, and did not itch. Our previous groomer was not nearly as attentive to our dogs as this place is. I had to wait a little past my appointment time to get checked in, but I assume this owner had some family things pop up. Things happen, so I wasn’t upset at all. All in all, great groomer and our dogs look better than ever.

After my dog's groomer was booked out until August, I looked around and was able to get my GoldenDoodle in the next day! The staff at Comb & Collar were amazing/very welcoming and they definitely have my business from now on. Another thing that stood out to me was the environment. You can tell they care about every single dog that comes in. My typical experience with groomers aren't like this. My dogs are usually just a number, thrown in a crate and I don't receive a call to pick them up until end of day. With Comb & Collar, Willow was not put in a crate and she was ready within 3 hours!I highly recommend this business for your fur babies.

So happy Katie was able to take us on as new clients and she did a wonderful job on both MoMo & Cooper! Wanted them to try new place where wasn’t so hectic and environment was more quiet, clean and professional and this place exceeded our expectations and best part was how happy both dogs were when time or pick up and how they looked. Katie did excellent job with our requests and both dogs looked amazing! Would highly recommend and looking forward to bringing them both back

One star is too good…Horrible business practice and customer service. We had an appointment for our Yorkie on a Monday morning at 9:am. We get a text late Sunday evening that they were not going to be in town till late Sunday night and we needed to reschedule. So, I text back and asked about Thursday. I heard nothing back. Monday morning I sent another text at 7:22am still nothing. I sent yet another text at 10:05am asking if they were even going to reply to my text? Finally I got a reply saying Thursday was fine. We get to this shop at 9:30 am in the pouring rain for our rescheduled appointment all to find no one there, rang the bell just as another customer did that was also there for a scheduled appointment. I sent a text at 9:40 this morning and again with no reply. This is not the first time this has happened with these people. We really needed this appointment as we are going out of town and needed our Yorkie groomed. I truly don’t know how this establishment is still in business. Oh and just FYI, from reading other reviews on other sites they claim that they couldn’t hear the doorbell because of hair dryers going. Dont buy in to that because you know when his truck that advertises this business is not in front of the building. They always seem to try and blame someone else for their screw ups. It’s always some excuse but there is no excuse for poor business. He really put us in a bind and we will never go here again. Luckily we did find another groomer today that was glad to get our business and takes pride in their establishment. No way this establishment has this many five stars.

I showed up to my appointment and the doors were locked. When I arrived, another lady was always waiting with her dog. She had been waiting for 20 mins. Needless to say, no one showed up. It was a waste of my time and very disappointing, as my dog really needed to be groomed because we had a family gathering to attend.

I wish zero stars was an option. I made an appointment for two yorkies at 10:30. When I arrived the doors were locked. I called the number on the door repeatedly and then text the number as the voicemail stated to do. After waiting and calling repeatedly for nearly 30 minutes I left. I continued to call for over an hour before finally getting a response. The owner called and was very argumentative insisting he was there the whole time and that his wife had the phone so he didn’t know anyone was there and couldn’t hear me due to the hairdryers and blaming me for not ringing a doorbell that i didn’t see. Also, there is no sign stating to ring a doorbell. The owner also said his truck with the logo for the business was in the parking lot, which it was not. First of all, a business should have a business phone. This isn’t a residential area, it’s a business. Second of all, it’s horrible customer service to argue with your client instead of being apologetic for the inconvenience caused by the owner of the establishment. I would have had a lot more respect if they owned up to just being late or accepted any responsibility for my waste of time at all. Instead I was met with a very argumentative and interrupting gentleman who could care less about my time as a client. I’m sorry I wasted my time on this place. I am leaving this review in hopes that others don’t do the same.

From the first time we took our Shih Tzu to Comb & Collar, we were so impressed with their shop. Brennan is very professional and did an amazing groom on "Scout"; who needed grooming in the worst way. I was embarrassed to bring her in she looked so bad. We have 3 dogs we take to them, we're so pleased each time. They make me feel like "family" when we visit. I'm so happy and proud we found them. We've never had a problem with the staff or the services they provide. Thank you very much for caring for our pets, and providing great services for our "family members"!

All I can say is WOW! My dog usually comes home after being groomed and spends the day in hiding. In fact, the last time he went to the groomers- he was injured and spent the following week unable to walk. Needless to say, this momma was afraid to try another groomer and he was a mess when we finally took a chance on Comb and Collar. What a fantastic experience!! My pup has been prancing and showing off all day today. What a completely different experience. The cut is adorable and Brennen and Heather were both fantastic. We’ve been searching for a place like this for the past year and are so glad we found you.

I have been taking my dog, Mo to Comb and Collar since the opening of the business. I have been pleased every visit with Comb and Collar. Mo is cut exactly how preferred and everyone at Comb & Collar welcomes my dog with comfort every time entering the building. Previously Mo was stressed at every previous groomer appointment he would go to. At Comb & Collar Mo loves to be there and is excited to go!

100% recommend! Not only are they reasonably priced and it’s easy to book online, but they gave me exactly what I wanted for BO! I usually take him to PetSmart and they always leave him looking choppy and skinny on his face and legs! I could tell he was less stressed too. I will definitely be bringing him back!

Honestly the nicest people and took the utmost care of my babies. They squeezed me in last minute and were happy to do so. My girls groom was exactly as I asked and they smelt sooo good. The holding area is perfect for my anxious dogs with it not being enclosed. Highly recommend and THANK YALL!
