my first & only time here, i gave specific instructions on how i wanted my dog cut and it was not at all how i wanted her done then to make matters more sad, my dogs nails were cut too short and after calling to ask about this service i was told it happens, not apologetic at all. this should not be acceptable and needs better response. i’m very disappointed because i trusted this place with my dog and i consider her harmed here, don’t cut nails if you do not feel confident. would sadly not recommend.

I been taking my Great Pyrenees Bear to them for almost a year and I’m always happy with how he looks after getting groomed. Brendas Grooming team Is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

After waiting weeks to get our dog in because we like to stay loyal to folks we enjoy doing business with let me say that I will not spend another dime at Brenda's. If your running late dropping your pet off like in my case, good luck. My drop off was between 8 and 9, I arrived at 9:20 after notifying them I would be late. 20 minutes late and I get pushed back another month. Really, If that's the way Brenda's does business then I'll spend my money with someone else.

I have used several groomers in the past. Brenda’s has by far been the friendliest, accommodating, reasonable and done the best job. My dog is comfortable there and they treat my dog like their own. I’ve referred many others who have thanked me for doing so!

I am completely shaken right now.They absolutely butchered my cat’s hair. NEVER before in my life have I seen such a terrible haircut. I was absolutely not prepared for when my cat exited the carrier and I got a full view of the haircut. They shaved some areas, cut others. It is completely uneven and I don’t know how his fur managed to get crimped. When I called to get some sort of explanation, I was told “we didn’t know how short you wanted it.” They apologized but there was no offer of a refund. I just hope my poor cat’s fur grows out sooner rather than later!

(I would give 4.5⭐ )My mom & I have been taking our dogs here to get their nails trimmed for years! My grandmother also takes her dogs here to get their hair cut. The staff is always friendly, you can tell they love their jobs & love the animals! They treat them as they would their own & are very gentle & patient with them. They work efficiently & quickly while making sure your pet is as comfortable as possible! They are AMAZING with dogs who fight when getting nails cut!!! I have taken several of my dogs here that were impossible for me to cut without getting bit, or getting the dog very upset & struggling to hold them, they have never had to even had to muzzle any of my dogs! They know how to properly hold them so they cant move much or bite & work so quickly they dont get upset. They are also very reasonably priced! A nail trim is only $10!I really love this place & would trust them 100% with my fur babies!*Only thing i saw that could use improvement is that they should take a little more time to make sure the nails are more even. But over all great job!

Employees are very sweet, helpful, and loving to the animals, but not a professional cut. Hair is uneven on our pup. But the price is reasonable so we will be going back as it does the trick.

I take 6 dogs to Brenda’s weekly (5 sassy dachshunds and a Siberian husky) they are amazing with all of them especially with the moody husky who requires a lot of brushing and special treatment.They always are so accommodating to anything we ask of them. Great staff & environment for all breeds!Highly recommended.

I am very upset with this groomer and I will never take my babies here again. One of my 3 Shih Tzus has gone here twice since we moved here with no issues (other than the language spoken by the employees when they didn't realize I was still in the building). I decided to bring my other 2 in, I usually groom them myself and get them done professionally once or twice a year. Today I got a call from Brenda's telling me they couldn't finish because my dogs are being very aggressive. My dogs are absolutely not aggressive. I have never had an issue with our previous groomer where we used to live. I had to pay $60 and all they did was bathe them and cut their nails. I am so upset to lose $60 for nothing! The groomer proceeded to tell me she doesn't know how I cut their hair and I said "it just takes treats any time" and she said "we do not have that kind of time!" Well our previous groomer did every time and never had a problem with our sweet dogs. Maybe stop taking so many dogs at once of you don't have time to properly spend with each dog. Dogs are special babies who deserve love and patience and most of all kindness. My poor babies have been so sad all day and have wanted to cling to us, I feel that they were not treated well at all. I am appalled you would charge me $60 for for a job you could not complete, it's not right. I still need to cut their hair myself now. I'm so disappointed and upset.

Have taken both dog and cat to Brenda’s. Always pleased. They groomed our 1 year old English Springer Spaniel today, and I’m so impressed with their attention to the “springer cut” detail. It was our dog’s first trip to the groomer- they paid extra attention to her and made sure she wasn’t stressed out. Also informed me they saw worms in her stool- news to me. So glad I took her there today. She’s beautifully groomed, and she’ll be healthier now as well. Guess I need to pay more attention to her poop! Pleasant subject, huh?Thank you Brenda’s!

I made an appointment on the phone with Alexis, to have my Yorkie Mix bathed and groomed. She gave me a Friday appt and told me to have my dog there between 8:00 and 8:30. I repeated the drop off time to her to confirm it as I was also writing it down and she said it again...to drop him off...between 8:00 and 8:30. I walked in at 8:27 this morning with him in my arms....the second I walked thru the door and towards the desk to sign him in...I didn't even get the pen in my hand when she started loudly yelling towards me from the back corner of the room while bathing another dog.... she told me that I wasn't there on time so she took another dog in my appt spot so could not take care of my dog....I told her she told me to be there between 8:00 and 8:30 and I was on time...continuing to yell from the back of the room in disagreement about what time she told me to be there, all while her grandmother (Ms. Brenda) and the other employees watched this unprofessional display play out, she then basically dismissed me...literally...by turning her back to me and back to the dog she was working on and sarcastically yelled over her shoulder "have a great weekend!". Who does this?? A young, inexperienced, disrespectful young woman who could care less about how she treats people. My family has used Ms. Brenda for years when I was growing up, and so I have continued to use her business over the years, even after her granddaughter took over her business. I've not had any negative experiences until today and it truly just stunned me. I have always thought so highly of Ms. Brenda as she has always been such a kind, friendly and professional business woman in our community...but unfortunately, those good and necessary business qualities don't appear to have been passed down to the generation she has turned her business over to...which is unfortunate. I won't ever use their services again and will be sure to let my dog loving friends and clients know to find other options for their dog grooming needs..I don't know how anyone observing this play out this morning could think this was the right and professional way to handle a long term, good customer. No one, especially a grown adult, should ever risk being treated like I was today...especially by someone young enough to be your daughter.

Took my long haired dog there. Explained that all I wanted was a trim I did not want him shaved. When I came to pick him up he was of course shaved. The woman whom I assume is Brenda, responded by saying she had to shave him because his undercoat was severely matted due to my never brushing him. I brush him multiple times a week.. It's obvious what is actually going on. They charge the cheapest price around and make up for it by quantity instead of quality. They can not spend the extra few minutes to actually cut the dogs hair and instead opt for the faster choice of just shaving. Take my advice you get what you pay for. Don't do like me and try this one just because it was 20 dollars cheaper.

The best groomer around! I take my Mini Schnauzer there whenever he needs to be cleaned up. I’ve even tried to groom him myself, which didn’t work out, and they made him look good as new. I’ll take him there as long as I can. Not to mention they are so good to him! He loves getting to go, because he knows he’s going to get lots of love. Thank you guys for being so great with my sweet pup!

I went there today for the first time from a referral. The staff was very nice but my Yorkie had the worst haircut she has ever had. I spent 10 minutes when I got there explaining that I wanted the hair on her head untouched, nothing cut. When I picked her up all of her hair had been cut off. Seriously? It is also completely uneven. I had to even it out when I got home. She looks horrible. It was as if she did it on purpose after I explained to her exactly what it is I wanted. If you want something specific, don't go here as they clearly don't listen or really care.

My parents used Brenda's and now so do I. They always make sure everyone feels welcome and loves all the fur babies . Hammy has the best time because she gets to play with her friends while she is there and "work" as we call it. I refer them to everyone . They truly love what they do and do a great job at making your fur babies look great.

claimed that they texted and told us our appointment time has changed and no text or call came through and when we went in they told us “we don’t accept late appointments” when we had no idea that our dogs wouldnt be able to get the care that they need.

Quoted me one price and then tripled it when I came to pick up the animal. Then argued that they didn't quote me that price... then how would I have known it?! They did honor the original quoted price but were rude. Wouldn't suggest them (or get a quote in writing first!!)
