DOES NOT ACCEPT EBT. Store is chaotic evil for sure. Nothing is set up to be easy to find. Staff makes it clear they are not paid enough to deal with you or anything you need. Was giving dirty looks instead of a simple low from two of the staff members. The one I did ask a question she rolled her eyes and walked away. Honestly Walmart is right next door and experience is going to be better all around. I love big lots but I'll never set foot in this one again. Not that the staff will care

We went looking for Halloween decorations and they were lacking bad. There was an alise of it maybe. But they seem to be preparing for Christmas. However it's not even October! They had some cool items for a good price but just not what we were looking for.

I always find something at Big Lots that I, "need!" On this particular day, I bought my husband a very nice recliner that he loves! Probably made the wrong decision, because now my husband won't get out of his recliner....but he works hard in this heat and he deserved a nice chair to come home to! Big thanks to the gentleman that unboxed the recliner and loaded it for me. Thanks Big Lots!!! 😊

I needed outdoor string lights. I looked online and couldn't find any that lights that would not be delivered for 3 weeks. I went straight to Big Lots and got exactly what I wanted for a cheaper price. :-)

Went to big lots looking for a new coffee ppot only had 1 to select from so I just bought it. Its a black and decker its cool it makes coffee.

It's after holidays so I'm bring a little critical, but store seems like it missed a few shipments or stock is lower than normal. The folks are helpful and nice but you kinda have to go looking to find someone to help. big lots is a great store, they just need a little more stock and it would be a 4.7 instead of a 3.5. I'll check this store out again next week and see if the stock selection is improved.

I have always liked Big lots. The other day I found some tiki torch bike fighter that was in stock that was just a little over $1 for a 100 oz bottle! I bought four of course because that's usually 14 or 15 dollars anywhere else. Big lots has expanded their product lines so much over the last few years you can get just about anything you want there and in general I found it's very good quality stuff. Now if they only sold beer...

Really enjoyable store. I came to leave a review and I see a few negative ones dude to “no parking” and such, I’ve never had such issue. All of the employees go above and beyond, there may be a line at the register at times, but when it grows they call for back up. It’s my favorite store in town

When you hear the name big lots you typically think big store but definitely not the case here. does have the basics but not as big as some big lots that you've been to in the past. Everybody was really friendly has more of the neighborhood market vibe to it which is right next door!

This store was well stocked and the employees were polite,but not particularly helpful. We were shopping for a mattress. That we went straight to that department should have clued someone into the fact that we came to spend some major dollars. We could have been shopping for chewing gum from the staff's response. If I am looking to make a major purchase,I would like a little more attention. Just saying...

Wonderful place to find "that item", such as decorative pillows, area rugs, furniture, snack foods, decorative items for your garden, phone chargers. I never knew Big Lots had such an amazing selection of things. Very nice cashier.

Best customer service I have ever encountered. Karen was amazing and was so happy to help and just be her self while doing her job with kindness. I was blown away by how much she went above and beyond. So pleased with my patio furniture! Thank You Karen! This is now my home store.

I went to the Hixson store hoping to find more of the solar lights I previously purchased and to look at their furniture department to see if they had anything different from the Ft. Oglethorpe store. To my disappointment both kinds of the led lights were sold out. I made my way to their furniture dept and I was in disbelief that the two men working there did not acknowledge my presence nor did they ask me if I needed any help. I was in that department for over twenty minutes, nothing..... They asked other people coming into that area still no hello, can we help you, etc.. . This was my anchor store. Now I will go to the Ft. Oglethorpe store from here on.😥

Day 247. Still waiting in line as the christmas season brings increased traffic. Could open more lines, but returns being processed is vastly more important than checking out paying guests to recoup lost earnings on said returns. Ever wonder why big lots has ample parking? If I had remembered my cooking pan, I wouldn't be here

Besides the store being cluttered they had a lot of nice items in stock! There was one item I was going to buy but the last one on the shelf was broken, which ruined my shopping trip at this store. I have 4 stars because they need to make sure broken items are taken off the shelves.

I had a price match question for cashier. Was directed to a manager named karen who was talking with her relative. I walked over and ask ? But she didn't reply good and laughed on us after we left furniture section. This woman could care less about the customer. Never going back there!
