Absolutely love it here, I started with taking my baby to self serve and ended up with a job❣️ Aqua Dog is truly my favorite place. I love how excited the grooming and daycare babies are when they get here. I am also obsessed the quality of the groomers 😍 The blonde baby is getting groomed and the black baby is playing in daycare!!

What's not to love about this place! For starters, the storefront is fun and inviting and the bright blue stands out, making it easy to spot from the road. Once inside you will find a friendly and inviting atmosphere that should put any dog, or dog lover, at ease. Which is ideal, considering the anxiety a trip to the groomer or the bathtub creates in lots of pups.Inside you will also find a nice selection of products to aid in getting your pet clean and keeping them that way, along with some little "extras" to make you pooch standout at the dog park. Of course any good boy needs a treat after getting all cleaned up and Aqua Dog has you covered there as well!Another highlight of this great place is the staff. They are easy to work with when it comes to scheduling appointments and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. They take the time to put your mind at ease regarding any concerns you may have about the care of your pet once you drop them off. What sets them apart from many other groomers is their friendly attitudes, big smiles and obvious love for the dogs.If you have a dog, you owe it to yourself and your furry friend to check them out!

Fantastic experience! I was looking for a place to take my senior greyhound, who can no longer navigate our stairs to get a bath, when a friend recommended Aquadog’s self service bath. I was a little nervous because of our dog’s mobility issues, but everything was extremely accommodating. A ramp was provided to help her enter the bath, and everything you could possibly need to get her clean. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything was so incredibly clean, and the staff so professional and kind. We will go back, and highly recommend checking them out!

I am new to this community and needed a resource for my four month old Standard Poodle puppy. I picked Aqua Dog based on the many positive reviews and I can confirm that it was a wonderful decision. I took advantage of the 2 to 3 hour initial day care assessment to determine how well my puppy could adjust to other dogs and people. They provided a thorough assessment and assurances that he will adjust to similar situations. We took him for his first ever grooming with Nicole and I can't express how pleased we were....not just with the grooming but with Nicole's careful approach, ensuring that he would have a positive first experience. Everyone we've encountered on the staff appears caring and knowledgeable. They also have such patience, with the dogs as well as their owners. The self bathing stations are highly functional and they provide everything you need to bathe, brush and dry your pet. All of the fees are reasonable and in line with other similar facilities. They also have a well stocked pet boutique. I recommend Aqua Dog without reservation.

I’ve been taking my dog here for over a year, maybe 2 now and she is consistently done within 5 or 6 hours if not longer. I don’t know why I make an appointment to simply drop my dog off to be kenneled for 4 hours before the tech is even ready to work on her. I’ve called several times, and expressed my frustrations when they told me she wasn’t even started 4 hours in. Her cuts are good, but sometimes she’s shaved short to avoid brushing out matts in the winter. If I wanted her buzzed and held in a kennel for hours I’m pretty sure I could get that done for a lot less than $120…I want to love the place because of the location & aesthetic of their store and treats, but I don’t want my dog there all day everytime she’s dropped off.

I know that people are always going to have good reviews and bad ones, but we've had nothing but a great experience from Aqua Dog Grooming. I think they went through some growing pains in the beginning, but that was because the quality of work is so good and they probably grew faster than they expected. The staff is always friendly and they are easy to schedule with. You do have to schedule in advance a couple of weeks. They have good parking and the in/out process is easy. Would highly recommend. Thanks for all you do for our dogs!

EDITED REVIEW AFTER INCIDENT WAS ADDRESSED:The response to my issue was incredibly quick and thorough. I am very impressed with how they handled this big of an issue and it gave me a lot of comfort (which is what I had bringing my puppy to them in the past).OG Review: Use to be be such a great place but just took my dog and my brothers dog there and they both got really bad razor burn on their bottoms. Not sure if there was just a new person working there but for the prices they charge I would not expect this . They have been both been uncomfortable for a few days and I am not sure I will return.

Clean facility, great stock of treats and various doggie things, super friendly staff. We went for the self serve option and loved it! Everything smells SO good and my big baby came home looking and smelling GREAT! We will absolutely be back!

Brought my doodle in for a haircut and asked them not to shave him down. Called multiple times throughout the visit with no answer. When I went to pick him up this is what he looked like. They claimed he was heavily matted however, I take both of my doodles to get groomed by this shop every six weeks to prevent matting. They said they offer to de matt for $65 but I was not called to be given the option. I also asked for his ears to not be cut straight across and for them to be cleaned which neither were done. His paws as shown are also messy. Not worth the price. They were confrontational and the groomer was immediately rude. They eventually refunded $50 which isn’t the full refund. I have been taking my dogs here for two years and was appalled by the service provided considering last experiences have always been good. Katie was the groomer. Not a groom….this is an assembly line. Easier for the business, not great for the dog. My baby went twice and was ill after each time. I told them he was sick afterwards and no return call. The groom took 6 hours for the convenience of the groomers. Maybe for some but Not for us!

I have been taking Sadie to AquaDog to get groomed since she was a puppy. Every time we go, she gets so excited and happy. Our groomer, Katie B, is amazing and does such as great job.I recently started taking Sadie there for Daycare. She loves it! After every visit, I receive a report card with pictures. It really helps give us a peace of mind that she is having a great time, getting exercise and socializing in a controlled environment.I am planning to take a long trip in the summer and have made a reservation to board her with AquaDog. This will be our first time boarding her for more than a couple of days. After doing a lot of research, AquaDog seems to be one of the only places in town that has someone on staff 24/7. Again, it provides that peace of mind that she will be well taken care of.The staff is so friendly, kind and transparent. They are always willing to answer all questions I ask. And they know Sadie's name as soon as we walk in the door.

They have super friendly staff, show them a picture how i wanted the cut and they did a great job on my Camila . She had her teeth clean her ears and nails cut as well, everything was complete nothing like other experience I had in the past. Love how Camila get so happy going to get groom that was really nice to see in other places she wasn't that happy... plus they give you a report card on how your dogs behaves and what they got done. Its amazing places so happy I found a professional place and they take care of your dogs needs.

Major glow up! Nice new facility! They did a great job with my pupper- bathing, haircut, the works. She is a little fragile and they are very gentle with her. She can’t have any treats which may be a good thing because I would spend a fortune on all the stuff they have there! Very reasonable pricing for excellent service.

If I could give zero stars I would. What was supposed to be a 4-5 hour grooming turned into a 6 1/2 plus hours grooming, they of course had excuses for that. They stated if it was going to be longer than 5 hours they would call me which they didn't, more excuses. I spoke to someone 3 hours in and was not told this would be longer than 5 hours, they should have known that by then. My dogs were so stressed when they got home they had diarrhea. Both dog's groomings are very choppy and I found an injury to the boy's private parts that I was not told about, possibly razor burn? I texted about this injury and sent pictures as asked, no follow-up until I texted a comment about there being no follow-up then I got a phone call with all sorts of excuses, saying they couldn't see anything in the pictures so I hung up because I am not listening to a bunch of excuses from people who obviously don't care about anything but getting paid. These people are not only overpriced they are not careful and the environment (dogs barking constantly which I heard as I waited outside for over an hour) is very stressful for the dogs. Go somewhere else, we are.In response to Aqua Dog Grooming's response I was not aware that you had staff out with the flu until my dogs had been there for 6 hours since I wasn't notified at 5 hours in that it would be longer. If what he had wasn't razor burn then it was knicks, it certainly wasn't there before because he wasn't licking there before. So sorry the pictures aren't better, he did not want me near that area at all it was pink, red areas and looked sore. The scissors cut is so choppy, your groomer did not do a careful job or she needs retraining.I hung up because you kept interrupting me with your excuses along with saying you don't respond to these reviews on Google which appears isn't true.We have found a better groomer as they needed a better cut.The area on the male dog has healed thanks for not asking.I will stop before I have to give you a spelling lesson. Unless you want to keep this going on and on, I'm retired I have all the time in the world to keep responding to your responses.

I took my dog today to get her nails trimmed. They accept walk-ins for nail trims. That is so convenient. The staff were very friendly. My fur-baby's nails are trimmed and look great! I highly recommend them!

My (very large) puppy came home today cleaner than he has ever been. He was completely dry (thank goodness), smelled great (YAY), and was completely brushed out. He is a Great Pyrenees and only 6 months old with a LOT of fur. I’m seriously impressed, I can’t bathe him this thoroughly myself because I don’t have the patience. So, it’s 100% worth it to bring him to be groomed, but it’s a LOT of work and a lot of groomers we tried just don’t get him dry enough to brush his fur out all the way. Im so grateful the aqua dog took their time with him because it made a huge difference.Ps: he isn’t sad in these photos just very sleepy.

We used the self-service dog bath bath option plus nail trim for both of our pups, Milo and Sophie. They had large walk-in tubs and provided all the soaps, conditioners, brushes, and towels. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will bring the dogs there again.

Aqua Dog Grooming exceeded our expectations after years of using other competitors in the area. We are very happy we made the switch to Aqua Dog Grooming to care for our pups smelling fresh, clean and well treated. When trimming our German Shepard/Husky's nails he gets aggravated with people touching his paws, they massaged his ears and calmed him to make it a better experience. We appreciate the staff and look forward to future grooming visits.

Always have a positive experience here. Staff is super nice, professional, and always so excited to see Rosco! Everyone who works there greets him by name and almost always makes a comment to me about how much they love having him. We use them for grooming as well as boarding and it’s always a pleasure. At our old boarding facility, Rosco used to come home having gained a few pounds and always very lethargic. That is not the case here! He is always happy and energized when we come pick him up. And after grooming, he always smells SO good! I am confident that he is treated with care by knowledgeable people every time we drop him off.

Our pup’s hair was totally matted with dreadlocks after being boarded for a few days. We were desperately looking for a groomer to shave his hair and by chance Aqua Dog Grooming had a spot open. Long story short they’re our new favorite groomer. So caring and kind! They asked questions about what type of hair cut we were expecting and they did such a good job!!Kudos - We’ll be back!

This is a wonderful full-service dog spa offering daycare, boarding, and grooming at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and gentle with the dogs. My mother regularly takes her dog to daycare, and he loves it. The self-seve dog wash features tubs that require minimal bending and a nice selection of shampoos and conditioners. The grooming service is top notch; I have my terrier mix trimmed for the summer months, and she looks beautiful. Boarding is also great. I like that a staff member is on duty overnight. Highly recommend.
