Americas garden has everything you could ever need for gardening or landscaping. Love going there and learning from their experienced and knowledgeable staff in order to make an informed decision on what is best for my specific needs. They have a wide variety of all kinds of plants and you can scan a QR code on the plants to take you to their website and learn all about that plant. SO COOL. They also have literal tons and tons of rocks in all different shapes and sizes. Their bulk material offerings are amazing. They can either load you up there or you can have your products delivered. Extremely convenient. All around wonderful experiences there. Will definitely be returning.

I am so incredibly happy that I found this place! It was like walking around in a wonderland. If you are looking for rare plants definitely come here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The plants were so beautiful and well taken care of. The prices were definitely reasonable, and all of the other treasures in the store were gorgeous. I look forward to coming back here very soon!

This is my local nursery, and I love it. They genuinely care about plants, and even better, they’re personable and interesting human beings too. You get the kind of conversation as a plant lover that you’ll never find at a box store. They also have unique plants and good genetic variety that I always like to see for better species diversity in my garden.

So glad we found this nursery! It’ll be our new place for all plants for sure. We walked in 30 mins before closing and got personalized, friendly help and learned a lot in the process. It was truly a pleasure to shop here! Prices very good. Left w/ lots of ground cover plants for erosion and weed control and a gorgeous house plant. Can’t wait to go back and buy even more!

This locally-owned small-business is consistently great to work with and has a kind-hearted and knowledgeable crew running it. I can't say enough good things about their customer service or how great it is to have an alternative to some of the larger nurseries our city has that aren't run with a fraction of the care or passion America's Garden has. If you've been giving your business to the larger spots you owe it to yourself (and your wallet) to give America's Gardens a shot!

Beware! Not open during scheduled business hours, they do not have staff to help load dirt during their scheduled business hours, and regularly do not answer the phone. Additionally, prices are high! $70 for a yard of topsoil when it’s $20-$25 at other places. I was hoping this place would have a cozy “small town” customer service experience, but that’s not the case. Poor customer service, the owner was rude when we could get them to answer the phone, and they showed no empathy for the fact that they did not have anyone available to load dirt during their business hours. Go to Signal Mountain Nursery or others in town for your landscaping needs!

Went here for the first time today and was really happy with my experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and they have good quality plants at reasonable prices. Plus when you shop here you get to support a local business. This will definitely be my new go to nursery.

This is one of my favorite greenhouses of all time. They have wonderful houseplants at a great price! The gift shop is amazing too with a wide variety of pots, baskets, and other gifts. The staff here is amazing specifically the owner is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Not actually open during posted business hours. Have come by twice during listed business hours to find the place locked up.EDIT: Owner reached out to inform me that they were closing early temporarily during the Holidays, which is great to allow employees some extra time to shop/prepare for the season, but the posted hours were never updated online. It is frustrating when that happens, but totally understandable. I was able to get in to make my purchase and am very glad I was! They have a very nice shop, have exactly what I needed, handled my exchange excellently, and we're very apologetic about the snafu with the hours. Overall a very good experience!

Tia was super helpful! We just moved here and the backyard needs some TLC; she helped me get some supplies to save the legacy rose bushes I transplanted and gave me some greats tips on how to identify what else I have growing. And it’s HUGE! Cant wait to come back and explore!

I don’t recommend this business to anyone. The owner has horrible customer service and talks to customers with entitlement and a condescending tone of voice. Their product selection is poor, their quality is low, and the inside of the store smells absolutely awful every time I’ve been in there. I’ve tried to give them several opportunities so I could support a local business but I will never be giving them any more of my money. There are much better local nurseries in town that will have what you are looking for and will help you with much better customer service. Don’t waste your time on this one.

What a delightful place to shop for a wide variety of beautiful plants, mid-century containers, and garden necessities! I came away with several thriving indoor plants and several containers that fit my decor perfectly. Staff were helpful in helping me select non-toxic varieties for my cats' health and were unfailingly patient as I slowly made my decisions. Prices are much lower than those at the other large Chattanooga nursery where I shopped.I am grateful for these amazing, smart women and their welcoming approach to customers. Fairly new to Chattanooga, l left America's Garden feeling that I've found my forever nursery.

I'm new to the houseplant hobby and have been to a few local nurseries (which are lovely) but I have to say, the staff at America's Gardens is very special!They have SO much knowledge and are so great at telling me everything I need to know without overwhelming me. I love their attitude towards houseplants as well. I was there to solve some problems I had (I visited multiple times for different problems) and they shared tips and philosophies that kept this hobby feel light and fun, instead of stressful and overwhelming.Their selection of both plants and supplies is great as well! I highly recommend visiting them!

I came here because I saw that they had the largest shrubbery available, between 3 and 5 feet on average. I was not disappointed. They had a lot of beautiful things to choose from. It’s 93° outside but Janelle and Caileen loaded my car without breaking a sweat. They were super helpful and love what they do!

Love this place! It is very nice and well put together. They have a wide variety of indoor/outdoor plants to choose from as well as a little shop inside. I have been looking for a particular plant for a long time and could never find it. These guys had it! Check them out!

I ordered two scoops of the mushroom compost. The dirt is so beautiful! And the delivery was so worth it and super easy to schedule. The driver was even sweet enough to include my young daughter in the unloading process: she had the honor of helping push the button to lift the truck bed. Made both of us smile.

First let me say this is a awesome place for finding that plant nobody else has. BUT....I had my feelings hurt at American Gardens today.I thought me and my daughter were maby a valued customer. They know us when we come in, I've made several purchases. (Not just window shopping u know) We talk about plants with the girls there every time were in, idk. Maby I'm to soft. So... I had $10 in points and I thought I might use them, but nobody thought to tell me I don't get points on the purchase you use your points on....until I was ring up and dun. Actually, was telling me as I was paying. I lost a lot of points...for using that $10 off. Idk it hurt my feelings. I probably won't be back for a while because of it. But it is a great place for plants. That's why I gave 4 stars, I would have dun 5 if not for the points feasciao. 😁

Very nice and large collection. Easy to find what you're looking for and an eager to help staff to make sure it is. The items I went for were actually given to me free of charge. He said he would rather know they were planted than composted.

great place to get plants and soil! The staff is very knowledgeable in the care of plants and have great advice for the best plants that suit everyone. The plants I got were very healthy and one of the spider plants doubled in size in just a few months!! Definitely going back soon!!

For a person who used to touch a plant and they died, America's Gardens was a saving grace. When my plants started dying, Sarah knew exactly how to help. She is so welcoming and J is a wiz at lawn care. What a wonderful mom and pop place located in the heart of Red bank. It's time you guys get over there and start your indoor jungle. They will set you up right.
