On Mother's Day I took my husband with me to shop as he has early dementia and never gets out. Our buggy was full of almost 200 l$ worth. The young lady that rang us up kept slamming our groceries into the bag while my husband was talking to me about making lasagna. The cashier looked at her coworker who was being nice enough to converse with him and said extremely loud " These people are getting on my last nerve" Her coworker stated she enjoyed her customers. I loaded my groceries and went back in and told the coworker I appreciated her speaking with my husband as he has early dementia but that the lady that rang me up seriously needed to be working a different job and that's how they lose customers. Doubt seriously we will ever go back.

We love Murphy’s! What a great local, hometown grocery store! The quality of the meats is exceptional! The produce is always fresh and appealing. For a mid-sized store I can almost always find everything I need! The service is excellent and very glad to have them close by! They are also a great friend to the Charlotte/White Bluff and Dickson county communities.

Was overcharged, I caught one as it was scanned but missed the second sale item as it got scanned when I went and double checked the 1st wrong scanned item price. That costs me over $2 (yes, it's not a lot BUT I GOT THAT BRAND BECAUSE OF THE SALE). Live too far away to return. I realize it's not the cashier's fault, these errors fall back on management for failing to update prices in system.

Great store with awesome employees. They are always willing to help. The store has great fresh fruit and vegetable options, but like most small stores the more health conscious options aren't available. If you sign up within the store you are sent with secret sales frequently.Only reason it gets 4, not 5 stars is the lack of healthier options (soy based products) and the layout of the store. If you aren't a seasoned pro you will walk off the pounds looking for your things.

Hi guys, I'm the strawberry blonde that Mrs. Belinda had a solid complaint about. Unfortunately, she did not tell the whole story. I did not "dump" her greens out onto the belt. I asked her how many she had several times, but she did not answer my question. When I asked her a fourth time with no response, I took out maybe one or two of the greens to count them all. She had eight in total in a small produce bag. I tried to put them back to the best of my ability and I did mess them up a little bit, I do apologize for that Belinda. And I also told her to have a great rest of her day at the end, like I did with all of the customers. She then proceeded to yell at me and write a post about me online. She recently added more to the post about me "losing my job". I actually did not lose my job I had put in my two weeks about a week before. Anyways I loved working at Murphy's, I made great friends and the managers were wonderful people. I will always love Murphy's employees and the store itself! Unfortunaltly, you do have some times where it's not all that fun. Thank you Belinda!!

Stopped by on my way home from Clarksville last Thursday. The stew beef I purchased was amazing! I didn't have to trim out chunks of fat. The meat was lean and very tender! Love this friendly store!

CB's is a great grocery in our community. The staff is friendly and the prices are competitive. We shop there several times a week. Update: Christmas Eve,. We needed a few things for recipes. So nice to shop at a home town market with friendly staff and plenty of everything!

I really like shopping at Murphy's Cee Bee. Everyone is friendly and helpful. That's mostly why I shop here and because it's close to my home. There aren't many stores anymore who's employees will ask you if you'd like them to take your groceries to your car for you. There's another reason I shop here. I'm getting older so once in a while I need a little help getting my groceries to my car. And they act like they enjoy helping me. Now that means a lot to me. Most of them are young and really nice boys and girls who I appreciate a lot.

Conveniently located in the small town of Charlotte Tn., it's the town's only local grocery store. Very popular to stop on the way home & grab a few needs or weekly grocery shopping without crowds & long lines. Produce & Meat are always fresh. Shelves are always stocked. Employees are friendly.

The layout here is... odd, as is the parking. There is nothing wrong with the selection though, and the shelves are well stocked and orderly. The employees are nice and helpful. Prices higher than big-box (obviously) but not too bad, and very convenient!

The store is clean and we'll stocked. I love the fresh meat selection. They have butchers on staff. The meat is fresh and the meat prices are low. Once you shop here, you will never again want the meat at Walmart.

Got to love shopping at Murphys. Always a clean and friendly atmosphere! Great sales! The staff are always helpful. Where else can you use your rewards to get free items? A great home town grocery store!However...on 12-26-21 @ 3:50pm...I was soooo offended when a new young little strawberry blonde curly haired cashier spoke soooo rude to me when I told her I could've told her how many bunches of greens I had in my clear bag! She dumped them out and made such a mess out of them. They're not in a neat bag now. So instead of just putting the bag in the crisper, I now have to rebag them until Friday! I'm in there daily, and spend 30 to 80 dollars every visit! I have grandchildren older than her! You shouldn't tell your customers to try to have a better day! My day was fine up until that action and remark. Im truly offended! I still love my Murphys, but this new kid in town needs to be put in the corner for a quiet timeout! 12-26-2021-----------------------------------04 25 22Murphys is still always clean, friendly, and helpful. Great sales, and my go to grocery store. The strawberry blonde hasn't been seen since that incident. I hate she list her job, but with her attitude, she's probably better off in a place that doesn't deal with the general public.

As to my experience, the staff are very friendly. I have family currently running a fireworks tent next to this store. My wife and I went to help at the tent, and no matter how many times we entered the store, we were always greeted with a smile and kindness.

Very high priced on some items,I buy one product at Walmart for about 12.00, for 12 pack. here a 6 pack is over 12.50. At Ck out I questioned the price. Todd just happened to be standing there so he took the product into office, came back and said it should have been just over 10.00(still high) but he told the Big Tall guy at the register to correct it and gave me the difference back. OK so good. Fast forward to this week same item and again it rang up 12.75. the same guy at the register and he looked at me with a look of disgust but didn't offer to get a manager over to fix the problem. About 6 months ago I picked up the same item and it was way expired and all 3 on the shelve was. Again Todd was standing there talking to a employee and I showed it to him. He pulled them off the shelf. Two days later was in and just went to check and the three outdated products were back on the shelf. I have bought almost all my grocies here for ever ,Since back when Mr Murphy run it, but I want be back. Sad because he has some great employees.
