So I had my vehicle stollen and the police found it and the guy here , the vehicle was not running and I was told it was ok to leave it there until I could get it towed , manager had me fill out a card with my contact info and all , we’ll come to find out I called to have it towed and the tow company notified me that they had it towed away and now I have to pay $400 to get it out of the tow lot , this place could have at the very least called me and told me it was going to be towed away if I didn’t come right then but no they didn’t and they don’t answer the phone ever for me to ask why they would to that !!!!!this was beyond messed up

Went to this Dollar general store several times while I was visiting my family in Tennessee for Thanksgiving . The store was well stocked and very clean. The staff was very very courteous kind polite and helpful. I would have to say the staff was the best staff I have ever seen at a Dollar general in my life. You should give every single one of them a raise for having such good manners.

Cleanest most put together Dollar general market I've ever been in keep up the good work ladies!! Sure would be nice if corporate to get most of the other ones to look the same as this one this is a model store!!

Usually, I have no issues with Dollar General, but went there to buy a Propane tank. The sign outside said $49, I go inside to purchase, and the guy says its $65. I said the sign outside says $49, he gets a coworker, and they say they cannot override the price to match what is being advertised outside (didn't buy of course). This is just false advertising saying something is one price and then told it is another price when checking out. Beware of this Dollar General and what they are advertising and what is actually being charged checking out.

I called Dollar General in Castilian Springs, Tennessee about an item I was searching to purchase.I spoke with Kay, the Store Manager. When I indicated what item I was looking for she walked thru the store, and indicated she had my item in stock. I asked her to hold the item and I would be there in about 45 minutes to purchase.She said she was taking the item up front at the register to hold for my arrival.I’d indicated I have mobility problems snd she said when I arrived to blow my horn 3 times and she would bring my items out to my vehicle for me. When I arrived she did exactly that!I gave her my payment and she completed the transaction and brought me the receipt. She said anytime I needed anything to give the store a call and she or the other associates there would shop for me and bring my items to my vehicle for me. You can’t get it any better than that!!!!She told me to have a blessed day and to please call anytime and they will be glad to help me.Thank you, Dollar General, for hiring people of this high caliber, who genuinely care about others, who go the extra mile, to help people, like me, a disabled elderly lady. THANK YOU!!!

At the register with $75 worth of merchandise, at least 2 items rang up at a different price than your tags. The $5 off $25 valid today only did not show up and the employees at the register had no idea if the discounts were there or not. It was frustrating and then embarrassing as I ended up walking out leaving all my merchandise behind. I could say a lot more but I'll leave it at that.

Every item i went to store to purchase they did not have. Glitter markers, certain dog treats, dog food, or small dog toys those are items I specifically shopped for that I buy at other Dollar Generals religiously this Dollar General did not carry or they were not in stock

I love the customer service..always a friendly face. I have noticed with several dollar generals in town how trashy the outside is. They need a trash can and someone to sweep !!!

Great location, and they usually have good clearance items here. It's great if you don't want to go farther in town if you need to grab some food items.

I LOVE our Dollar Store. I love the employees that work there and it is always a pleasure to go in there and not see employees with bad attitudes. Always friendly.

This looks like a more recently built dollar store. The workers here seem pretty nice. There's also a pretty fast check out line here.

Lately seems when I go in if 1 register is open I am in line next customer someone comes from back and has me go to another line. Supposely the cashier goes on break if I am in there.

Bad customer service , they had me waiting in line again because they payed my things wrong. They even ripped up my receipt instead of putting it in the bag or at the least giving it to me. How rude and irresponsible they are.

Who does not love a dollar store but some of the items in the stores can be found cheaper at Walmart I hate to admit it
