I absolutely love Carthage smoke and vape. The owner is very nice, as are the employees. The fact that he has samples of the Vapes is awesome because nobody likes buying something you don't like. It's also one of the best selections I've seen. It's also the cheapest in town as well, especially if you get your card stamped 5 * you get your 20% off.
