@Seth York - when you come to a store 10 minutes after they close, they would have every right to close the doors. Especially someone in management such as yourself should know the rules. Shame on you from bashing this company.. How would you feel if someone came to your store ORileys and did the same thing. Did you ever think about that? Come on man be a manager if you can handle the position, and if you can’t handle, let someone else be the manager if you continue to do things like this.

Hard to find,surprised the place is still in business very bad location and do not expect any help from the employees. You'd think working in a hardware store they would at least know a little about the stuff the store they work in sells. But nope not in this case I asked for some assistance and was told that there was only two girls working and they didn't know anything about this stuff. Huh? But they had a great selection on Milwaukee power tools. So that's a plus!!

Staff has no idea what they’re talking about. Ended up buying the wrong parts for my toilet twice. Thank goodness for google. I figured it out myself. I give it a 3 star rating because the staff was at least nice and they do have a good selection.

The staff is very unconcerned bout there customers. I found potting soil on line for one price and they said the online price was different than in store. I was on Carthage Ace hardware sight. Will no return to that store ever

I love this store! Ashley is always so helpful. You can tell she takes pride in her job. I love to get a bag of popcorn and walk around and look at all their new stuff.

Employees always helpful and may not have everything i need on hand its a small town not many hardware stores so hard to keep inventory i get it but any time they dont have what i need they order it for me and call me soon as it arrives

Ace hardware always has that hometown feel to it.They might not have everything or lots of quantities, however they almost always have what you need. This store always seems to have the part I need when the big box stores don't. And they have a hardware section way better than the big box stores.

Staff is untrained on most situations (online order, specific parts, online promotions, etc. Store is often sold out of electrical components, plumbing supplies. I, generally, only go in as a last resort, sad.

Have been serveal times and the lady is always able to help me find what i need or get it ordered for me in the past month she has got my deck stain to match up just the way i wanted and great overall experience very polite and friendly

Will not ever spend a dine at this place again. My whole family has used ace because it's more of a mom and pops store but after buying 3pieces of reber to do a lil project that I didn't need I brought it back for a in store credit because I didn't have my receipt and it is the 30day and knowing u cant take anything back after 30days the girl I tried to return it to was very rude and told me if I wanted to bring it back I would have to cone back n a week knowing if I did come back it would be oast 30days and couldn't return it then. None of our family or friends around the pleasant shade area will ever cone back to thos store because of this. I cannot believe how terrible this place is.

A shovel hanging on $17.99 Rack we told cashier she charged $21.99 the other cashier went and got proof we were right. Then had a Coupon for $10.00 off of $50.00 we spent over $100.00 on the receipt said $5.10 discount because there computer said we had already redeemed our coupon on 5-26 that we had just gave them for the first time on 5-26 even the cashier said herself she had not seen us in the store tdy. The last few times we have been there employees are not trained or helpful.

I only give it a 4 due to the fact it is a small store with limited inventory, but the employees are friendly and helpful. They even loaded a large bag of soil into my car.

A great hardware store! They had everything I needed to fix my bathroom tub faucet and pipes! Friendly and helpful staff! They also have a great clearance section and Great deals on products!

It's a new store first in smith county. Very nice people to deal with. I bought a new stihl leaf blower BG-56C .I will be back to buy things from those good guys
