Walmart still needs to instill in their employee that they are there because the customer are there. With out customers there is no reason for them to be there. So, be nice. Be happy. And BE HELPFUL!!!!

Always a bit crowded, stays super busy, parking lot seemed especially dirty/messy, alot of garbage and papers on the ground everywhere... Seems like more than usual... idk?

Great pharmacy but they rearranged everything too much, they've got plenty of parking, but I don't like theself check outs,I prefer regular check outs with real cashier's.If we have to pay higher prices then we definitely deserve full service.

Very large store with friendly clerks! The pharmacy staff is one of the best in Blount County! The store is clean and most of the time it is well organized. The one weak area of the store is their Customer Service Center. The workers there need to be better trained to deal with the heavy influx of customers that come there on a daily basis. They are short tempered and very unfriendly. They should NOT be working with the public!! You need to have the pharmacy staff train these staff members on good customer service. The pharmacy staff has it down to a T!! Customer Service Staff fail miserably!!

Gets too crowded. And the selections aren't as good as other Walmarts. A couple of times, there was bad meat out to sell. I personally bought lunch meat that was very rotten. However, the people you have on the floor shopping for others are amazing. Not only do they shop for others, but they are always ready to stop and help you. They deserve a raise. I know they do a lot more.

Not happy at all. Had my card skimmed at self checking and the local bank trying to rectify this situation. Problem is that I shop there but utilized my bank card there, 36 hours later, I get a fraud alert. Sad...

A few minutes before closing I walked into this store. An elderly woman and a policeman stood in the aisle. they didn't let me in. I said I'm a truck driver and I need water. I showed the phone that there was time. but I was kicked out. disgusting feeling, disgusting service, disgusting staff.

If only I could give a 0 star review I would. Corey from electronics needs to find a new job as does Tiffany the front end team lead. She was rude and didn’t care that people had been waiting in electronics for 30-50 minutes just to get what they needed. I understand that it’s Christmas time, but that’s no excuse for poor service.

I've avoided WalMart for years due to poor customer service. That ended today because of two gentlemen in the electronics department. I had a serious problem with my cell phone service. Michael got me to the right person and was kind, telling me to have a blessed day even though I was frustrated to the point of being rude. Tysean was the wireless rep who assisted me. He went way above just doing his job. He figured out a complicated problem for an old lady and fixed it. It took time but he stuck with it. I was desperate as I need to drive several hundred miles this week and had no service away from home. I can't say enough good about these two young men. WalMart, they deserve a raise!

Old man at the front screaming at me for my receipt. Acting like he was going to touch me. Saying "you don't hear me?!?" I don't have to provide a receipt or talk to anyone. I pay for the items that I get. I'm pregnant and felt scared that this man was going to touch me. Not a good experience.

What can be said about Walmart that everyone doesn't already know. Can't ever find a buggy that will roll. Store is always understaffed which leads to it being messy and unsafe. The online order shoppers are rude and inconsiderate. They will run over you and block the aisles with their carts. Always out of something I need even though I usually check online inventory before I go. Basically try to force you into self checkout by not staffing any registers which I refuse to do. If I want to ring stuff up, I will get an application. After all that they have the nerve to ask to see your receipt when you leave.

DONT take your car here for any maintenance!! Drive my car in just fine to get new tires left not being able to drive the car take it to a real mechanic he says sounds like out of balance, take it back to Walmart for these “mechanics” to tell us there’s nothing they can do the rims are warped! Try to file a claim and the rep would prefer to speak over you then to answer your questions and concerns then when you get agitated over it hangs up on you! All in all I had to purchase 4 new rims and Walmart taking no accountability!!

I waited over 3 hours for headlight refinished!!! Employees ALL OVER STORE was seen texting on phone or standing talking!!! No one working in garden center, and tried calling the store operator 3 times and let it ring 3 minutes and no one EVER ANSWER PHONE!!!! The funny thing, I have stock in them I bought in 1992!!!!! All the reason I do Not come to Walmart!!!!!

I went and returned a battery I bought that turned out to be the wrong size Friday. And went back today (Sunday) to get the correct one automotive refused to give me a refund for the $150 battery that was never used and just gave me the core fee for it and I STILL had to pay for the battery they put in which was a $180 battery. All together I've eaten over $300 for a battery for my car.Meant to edit this, I basically had to call up auto motives manager the next morning and I got my money back. But I'm keeping the review the same since I had too many steps for a simple refund.

I went to this Walmart this past weekend when I encountered a medical emergency. The staff kept me safe and got me medical (ambulance) assistance. The entire time I was unconscious and armed, it was reported that it appeared that I was having a seizure . My firearm was handed over to the hospital security and kept in a safe until my discharge my medical condition had to do with vertigo which causes you to lose your balance and when it hit me it happened so fast I didn’t even know I had lost my balance and hit my head knocking me out. I don’t recall the fall and the are big gaps that I can’t explain but I am glad that I had Walmart to keep me safe until help was able to get there.

It would be sooo much better if they didn't allow this parking lot to become a homeless camp. Alcoa police won't fix it, and it's becoming a problem for other businesses! Bathrooms are getting destroyed out of spite. They steal chairs from blaze pizza and hassle customers. And they come into places demanding free things because they are homeless. This whole area is a mess, and the store managers and owners feel helpless due to how nobody has come to get rid of the problem.

Be very careful buying anything deli or meat from this Walmart. I moved back to Maryville 6 months ago and have been shopping at this Walmart since. I have noticed attempting to purchase cheese or deli meat it feels or looks as if they have sat out in a warm environment for an extended period of time. Even the hard cheddars were soft to the touch. I originally noticed this a few months ago and pointed it out to an employee who shrugged her shoulders and walked away and before I'm asked, no I don't remember her name. I have also seen some moldy shredded cheese bags that most likely were also left out at some point. On occasion the meats will be browning and begin to smell as will some of the chicken and pork specifically and especially. I have had to throw away recently purchased pork and chicken before because it appeared fine in store and was slimy and smelly after I opened them at home. And the customer service desk has 3 separate open times so trying to get your money back for these problems is next to impossible for me as I work 3rd shift and am only able to shop in the mornings on my days off. One time is posted online, another in store, and employees inform those who wait in that area or who ask that employees trained in that position will not begin arriving until 9 AM. I have already sent a message to corporate and am waiting to hear back to ensure that this problem is quickly and hopefully permanently resolved before it gets anyone sick. And the photo showing the half spoiled deli meat was specifically from the prepackaged over-the-counter deli meat but this issue pertains to the entire department not just that cooler so it is not a refrigeration issue.

The Auto Center LOST MY OIL CAP the last time I went in. I went in today to get it changed, they asked me to buy some parts for my diesel engine only for someone to tell me “nope, no oil cap, no oil change.” Proceeded to tell him they lost the cap last time we were there, and another employee told me to buy the filter, and he still said no. Why is it so difficult to do the right thing? Why cant yall take responsibility for the mistakes you made??? and now we have to shell out over $100 just for an oil cap!! (Cuz I guess the dodge ram 1500 needs the whole kit, cant just buy the cap). Never never never never go to these guys, they will NOT take accountability for their actions and procedures.

I mean, it's Walmart. Has what you need and what you want. Get in and get out. Have a list and make a plan. No mucking about. You hunt and gather what you are there for and leave. Then go do something better with your life.

Was eating dinner and had great value french cut green beans. When I took a bite it had a shard piece of glass in it.Measuring about 1inch long and about a quarter wide that cut my mouth.glad my kids wasn't eating any. When I called they gave me two wrong numbers that was supposed to be for corporate. Then proceeded to tell me to have a great day. I wonder in what part of the process at their factory do they use glass... seems they care more about making money then their customers.

Can't stand this place! Every time I go, I get frustrated and wonder why I came here! The parking lot is atrocious, you can't get in & out of the garden center anymore, COVID changed the hours, it's all self checkout anymore too 🙄🙄‼️ I came the other day to have some keys made, they don't do that either anymore! Good luck catching someone in the craft department to assist. Pharmacy is super slow and always so busy, but the pharmacists have been helpful and friendly thru the years. Food and clothing is decent, I suppose, and priced ok but the quality lacks! Numerous experiences here ... I even bought a TV on Black Friday special one time that had to go back .. with no price match. Went once to purchase a laptop and there was nothing in stock. Got a microwave another time and it was way damaged as well. ( Only one left on shelf at comparible size/cost & I took that chance ... Yep, back it went! ) You're better off shopping online if anything! Just ughhh

Placed an order for grocery home delivery. Driver left someone else's order. I returned the items to the store and explained the error and asked for a refund for the order I never received. Was told by the manager on duty that there was nothing that they could do and that I would have to call corporate office. Store employees were extremely rude and forced us to exit at the front of the store even though we had assisted in carrying in the products from our car at the side pick-up entrance (apparently out of spite). Corporate quickly processed the refund, but the whole experience with the wrong delivery and the encounter with the store employees should never have happened in the first place. I will drive to the other side of town to the Maryville location to avoid ever doing business with the Hunter's Crossing store again.

A very dirty Walmart location. They spend more money on self checkout than actual employees. The little employees they do have are over worked and very rude. The store manager has denied to meet with me on a few occasions about employee conduct and behavior. They could use some pointers on quality courtesy.
