Great staff.Prices are kinda hit and miss with some being just the standard price of everywhere else and some being a total steal.It changes from time to time so you just have to go see what they've got each time which is fun because most of the time I actually find stuff I've never tried before and end up loving it.I've never gotten any bad meats or anything from here.A little dirty and could use a good cleaning (especially the bathrooms)

I was seriously impressed with my first visit to the United Grocery Outlet 😳 inside the store is much bigger than it appears from the outside. My goal was to check out the food section. I did see a small section of baby stuff, and passed an aisle of brand name beauty care products. There is also a cat needs and dog needs aisle. Some things I paid only a $1 for... I will definitely make it a point to return to this store at my earliest convenience 😊😊😊

It has alot of overstock items so you can get alot of discounts. The thing is you can never count on finding the same things there each time. I know I plan on going in for a couple of items and come out with bags. ;)

The thrift store of grocery stores. Every week is a new inventory.Obscure products of otherwise famous brands, foods close to or on expiry date, and maybe a few things a grocery store should have that particular day but not todayWith that in mind I'd have starved as a kid if it wasn't for ugo.

A very large selection of items at a cheaper than average price. They have a good sampling of steaks, pork, and chicken. We have never had a negative experience at this store.

Pretty impressed with the available products here. Store is decently organized and shopping carts are actually newer. Of course you need to check the expiration dates on everything. The short dated or items just beyond their sell by date are going to be your best deals. If you plan to eat something immediately or can put it in the freezer then you can really save.

The prices have increased, like so much some stuff can be found at Kroger and Walmart for cheaper than what they have it here for. Every time I come, an item I picked up didn’t ring up correctly, it seems they never have things priced correctly. Then the cashiers seem to be contentious when you tell them that the item isn’t what it rang up for. Y’all need to get your pricing together and get some cashiers that smile and are friendly.

Purchased some soda from the Alcoa location today that was on the shelf 10 months out of date. When I went back to possibly exchange it the manager tried to make it out to be my fault. The first question she asked me is if I check the expiration date when purchasing productsI told her no because I figured the manager would have trained the employees to be better at catching expired products. We were then told by an employee that most of them don't care because they only make $10 an hour

A great local store for "best by" days specials, surplus, slow selling items, etc. If you need to stretch your dollar as far as possible then you should do your grocery shopping here.

Turkey lunch meat was expired by two days. I pointed it out to the guy stocking the meat counter and he said "I know, that's why it's marked down." I pointed out it's a health code violation to knowingly sell expired food products. He just shrugged his shoulders and continued stocking.

It's a 2.5. workers are polite. Store is as clean as any UGO. Not everything is a bargain. For example, cereal this am was more expensive than what I could have gotten at Kroger with the buy 5 deal. And the cereal was there bc it was close to expire or was expired. You have to be a smart shopper and know your products. And it's not a place where you stop and get groceries for the week.

This place is awesome! There are always my favorite things at this store that are super expensive at other stores. It can be $5.99 at kroger but 1.99 @ ugo.. I love going every wk to see what new products they have on sale! I LOVE THIS STORE!!

This place has amazing prices on groceries, especially if you understand that many products are perfectly usable well beyond many of the dates started on the packaging (see the website for more particulars). I found some outstanding deals on frozen fruit and packaged pepperoni. I only wish we lived close enough to shop there regularly.

This is my go to place for meat. They have different kinds of breakfast, lunch, and dinner meats all at good prices. I love the sales. The employees are very friendly and willing to help you with your questions. I give them 2 thumbs up.👍👍

I like the fact that the have local produce. They have many great bargains. I wish they had V8 juice and tomato juice all the time and I wish they carried hot sauce. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Give this place a chance. They've got a lot of the oddball items most places don't have. The meat selection is good, never had problems. Staff is so friendly and helpful! I usually go in the morning so it's not so crowded or busy.UPDATE:. Went there today for a few things and was stunned. They've raised the prices on everything and what was left wasn't worth having. Also, the quality of the meat has gone down hill quite a bit. Won't be shopping there again. Too expensive!!
